Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kecerdasan Emosional sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT Mandhala Sinergi Payoda. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Keterampilan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pengetahuan terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional. 5)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Keterampilan terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional. 6)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pengetahuan melalui Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. 7)Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Keterampilan melalui Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui proses sampling jenuh. Populasi yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan sejumlah 46 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengetahuan, Keterampilan dan Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, bahwa Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional karyawan, bahwa Kecerdasan emosional memediasi antara pengaruh Pengetahuan serta keterampilan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital innovation-based competitive marketing strategy implemented by PT Amara Tujuh Perjuangan in facing competition within Indonesia’s exhibition industry. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, the research focuses on the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and digital transformation strategy as the main frameworks for understanding modern marketing dynamics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving company management, marketing staff, and key customers. The findings indicate that the integration of BMC with digital innovation strengthens the company’s competitive advantage by enhancing operational efficiency, personalizing services, and improving customer relationships. The digital platform Auto360 plays a crucial role in expanding market reach, optimizing promotional costs, and increasing customer engagement. However, challenges remain in digital literacy and customer analytics integration. Conceptually, this study emphasizes the importance of synergy between technological innovation, customer orientation, and internal resource management in creating adaptive and sustainable marketing strategies in the era of industrial digitalization.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to formulate a women's empowerment strategy to support the creative economy based on small and micro enterprises in urban areas. Through a participatory and contextual approach, this activity was carried out in Pondok Labu Village, South Jakarta, involving women micro-entrepreneurs as active partners. The implementation methodology included identifying community needs, designing training modules, conducting training and mentoring, and evaluating the activity's outcomes qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicated that women SMEs face significant barriers in digital literacy, online marketing, access to capital, and business networks. Interventions through locally based training and community mentoring resulted in a 63% increase in digital knowledge and participants' success in utilizing e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. Furthermore, this program encouraged the formation of community business networks, strengthened local product identity, and increased women's self-confidence and leadership. The program's impact extends beyond individual impacts to strengthening an inclusive and sustainable local economic ecosystem. These results confirm that a holistic, contextual, and participatory women's empowerment strategy is highly effective in driving SME-based socio-economic transformation.
