Abstract

The research was conducted to see the influence of work experience and organizational climate on employee performance with performance allowances as an intervening variable at the Medan City Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office. This research used a quantitative type of research. This research was carried out at the location where the research was carried out at the Medan City Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office. The population used was 131 employees and the sampling technique used was the Slovin technique so that the sample used was 99 employees, the data collection technique used was questionnaire distribution, the research model used was analysis method and the measuring instrument used the Smart PLS version 3.0. The results of this research are as follows: Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.568 and a p value of 0.000. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on performance allowances with a sample value of 0.792 and a p value of 0.000. Work Experience has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.123 and a p value of 0.062. Work Experience has a positive and insignificant effect on Performance allowances with an original sample value of 0.154 and a p value of 0.093. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.295 and a p value of 0.001. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through performance allowances with an original sample value of 0.234 and a p value of 0.002. Work Experience has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through performance allowances with an original sample value of 0.045 and a p value of 0.175.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher aims to see the results of the influence of communication and teamwork on employee performance by synergy as an intervening variable at the BPJS Padang Sidempuan Raya and Pematang Siantar Raya branch offices. The phenomenon that occurred at the Padang Sidempuan Raya and Pematang Siantar Raya branch offices was the influence of communication and teamwork on employee performance with increased synergy as an intervening variable at the Padang Sidempuan Raya and Pematang Siantar Raya branch offices. Where communication is very important in employee performance to increase synergy and cooperation within the team. When communication and teamwork work poorly, employee performance in improving company synergy will be delayed. So a good relationship between communication and teamwork is needed to build synergistic performance. The results of this research are as follows: Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.177 and a significant value of 0.005. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on synergy with a value of 0.196 and a significant value of 0.023. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sample of 0.259 and a sig of 0.016. Communication has a positive and significant effect on Synergy with a value of 0.733 and a sig of 0.000. Synergy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.533 and a significant value of 0.000. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indirectly through Synergy with a value of 0.104 and a significant value of 0.041. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indirectly through Synergy with a value of 0.391 and a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of communication on employee performance with competency as an intervening variable at BPJS Employment Padang Sidimpuan Branch and BPJS Employment Kisaran Branch. The phenomenon that occurs at BPJS Employment in the Padang Sidimpuan Branch and Kisaran Branch is the influence of communication on employee performance and work competency. Because there are still many individuals who lack the ability to comprehend and comprehend communication, the effectiveness of communication cannot run smoothly. When an individual sends a message in communication, the recipient of the message must understand the meaning of the message so that employee performance and competence can run well with the aim of achieving the success of a company. The results of this research are as follows: Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.604 and a significant value of 0.000. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.307 and a significant value of 0.001. Communication has a positive and significant effect on Competency with a value of 0.768 and a significant value of 0.000. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indirectly through Competency with a result of 0.463 and a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

One of the companies that carry out human resource management is BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Social Security Organizing Agency) is a public program that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks and its implementation uses a social insurance mechanism as a State institution engaged in social insurance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan which was formerly known as PT Jamsostek (Persero) is the implementer of the law The results of this study are as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a value of 0.431 and a sig of 0.000. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture with a value of 0.347 and a sig of 0.001. Teamwork had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a value of 0.380 and a sig of 0.001. Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture with a value of 0.573 and a sig of 0.000. Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a psoitative and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a value of 0.113 and a sig of 0.204. Teamwork has an indirectly positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Culture with a value of 0.150 and a sig of 0.007. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has an indirect, positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Organizational Culture with a value of 0.247 and a sig of 0.000.
