Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the reward policy on the performance and motivation of senior high school teachers. The award is given as a form of appreciation for the dedication of teachers in devoting their thoughts, energy and resources for the advancement of education. The method used in this research is literature review and literature review relevant to the research topic. Through this approach, the research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the effect of rewards on teacher professionalism and morale. The results show that the government's reward policy has a significant impact on improving teachers' welfare and motivation. This is reflected in the high enthusiasm of teachers in obtaining certification as a competency requirement set by the government. In addition, the government has also developed specific guidelines for assessing and rewarding outstanding teachers. These awards not only encourage teachers to maintain optimal performance but also inspire them to innovate in education. Thus, the awards should not only assess academic achievements, but also innovations and contributions that have a positive impact on society and the development of education. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan penghargaan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penghargaan diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas dedikasi guru dalam mencurahkan pemikiran, tenaga, dan sumber daya demi kemajuan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah telaah pustaka dan kajian literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan penelitian dapat memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai pengaruh penghargaan terhadap profesionalisme dan semangat kerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penghargaan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan motivasi guru. Hal ini tercermin dari tingginya antusiasme guru dalam memperoleh sertifikasi sebagai syarat kompetensi yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Selain itu, pemerintah juga telah mengembangkan pedoman khusus untuk menilai dan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru berprestasi. Penghargaan ini tidak hanya mendorong guru untuk mempertahankan kinerja yang optimal, tetapi juga menginspirasi mereka untuk berinovasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan demikian, penghargaan yang diberikan sebaiknya tidak hanya menilai pencapaian akademik, tetapi juga inovasi dan kontribusi yang berdampak positif bagi masyarakat dan perkembangan pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out alternative education financing that is in accordance with the sharia concept and can overcome the financing needs of students to continue higher levels of education. The presence of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council No. 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 regulates how the concept of education financing based on Sharia Principles with the Al-Ijarah or kafalah method. However, education financing is included in the Al-Ijarah Multijasa category. Education financing using the Al Ijarah Multijasa method was chosen because this financing can serve a wider range of financial services, such as health financing, weddings, vehicle rental services, houses, wedding halls, building tools and other services. So that education financing is more ideal using the sharia principles of Al Ijarah Multijasa. With the presence of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council on Education financing, it is hoped that it will be able to become a financing solution so that students are free from the snares of usury that make it difficult.

Abstract

Two of the many methods of human resource development are using competency tests and Coaching.  Many organizations do not find the key to the failures they face, they assume the team or members are not working optimally. Whereas it is very possible that unproductivity occurs because the placement of personnel is not in accordance with their capacity, and there is no proper Coaching of personnel who carry out activities repeatedly even though mistakes always occur. Therefore, it is important to develop human resources with a competency test and Coaching approach. With this method, employees are expected to be able to maximize their potential and feel the expected comfort. So as to produce conditions where the right people are in the right place and maximize all abilities to give their best to the organization and contribute to the development of human resources around them.
