Abstract

This study uses a literature review method, where the data obtained comes from various literatures relevant to the topic discussed. The data is then analyzed and compiled to draw appropriate conclusions. The results of the study indicate that technology and knowledge management have a crucial role in managing digital libraries. With a good management system, librarians can develop skills in managing libraries and create digital library systems that are easier to use and access by users. The design of a digital library information system includes the preparation of a framework and infrastructure that allows for effective and efficient management of information access through digital platforms. One of the main challenges often faced by digital libraries is the difficulty in adapting to developments in information technology and competition with various sources of digital information available in electronic media.

Abstract

The results of previous relevant research include important types of research for a study of literature review. The previous research is very relevant and functions in complementing theories and phenomena on the relationship or influence between variables. This article contains a review related to the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation on worker performance. The writing of this article is based on the aim of building a hypothesis of the influence of two variables so that it can be used as a guideline in research that will be carried out further. The research method used in this study is the literature review method or literature study and the data obtained comes from literature sources that are in accordance with the topic discussed, then analyzed based on the data that has been obtained, collected and discussed to then draw conclusions. The results and implications of this study are the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation on worker performance.

Abstract

Mahasiswa program studi kewirausahaan adalah salah satu program studi yang diminati oleh calon mahasiswa di Universitas Battuta, dan mahasiswa di program studi ini banyak yang sambil kerja, wirausaha, seperti jualan, menjahit, kerajinan, buka konter pulsa, minuman boba dan bahkan ada yang jualan tiket pesawat, berdasarkan hal demikianlah tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat membuat suatu kegiatan guna menunjang dan memberikan wawasan serta pengetahuan dibidang pemasaran online atau pemasaran digital. Diketahui bahwa usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa memerlukan pengembangan dalam usaha dengan menggunakan teknologi agar dapat bersaing dengan usaha-usaha baru yang berasal dari luar kota dan dalam kota bahkan pendatang. Kondisi pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah saat ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa kewirausahaan benar-benar ada potensi untuk menjadi pengusaha dimasa yang akan datang, hanya saja terkadang teknik marketing mereka masih menggunakan teknologi sederhana dalam pemasaran, yaitu menggunakan smartphone dan didominasi dengan media whatsupp, facebook, instagram dan sosial media lainnya. Bahkan, masih banyak usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa secara offline tanpa bantuan teknologi. Dengan demikian, upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam berbisnis online atau digital marketing perlu dibuat suatu pelatihan penggunaan teknologi dalam pemasaran produk. Diharapkan nanti hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa program studi kewirausahaan sangat menyambut positif pada kegiatan ini, dan dapat memberikan manfaat dan inspirasi, sehingga mahasiswa kewirausahaan memiliki rencana tindak lanjut untuk menjalankan usaha secara online dan marketing berbasis digital.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has opened up significant opportunities for business actors, particularly MSMEs in the regions, to act as innovative and creative entrepreneurs. MSMEs, born and raised amidst technological advancements, have enormous potential to create digital-based businesses. However, to maximize this potential, they need to understand the opportunities available, the challenges they face, and the right strategies for entrepreneurship. This community service program aims to delve deeper into the characteristics of MSMEs that support entrepreneurship, explore business opportunities in the digital era, and provide strategic recommendations that can help this generation overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities to succeed as entrepreneurs. Through a sound understanding of digital entrepreneurship, MSMEs can create businesses that are not only innovative and creative, but also sustainable and have a positive impact on society.
