Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan besar dalam hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk pendidikan. Di era ini, siswa-siswi SMK Insan Prima Mandiri Garut perlu mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dihadirkan oleh perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa-siswi SMK Insan Prima Mandiri Garut tentang pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi dalam menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode pengabdian ini melibatkan workshop, pelatihan dan sesi diskusi dengan melibatkan siswa-siswi SMK Insan Prima Mandiri Garut sebagai peserta aktif. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi seperti pengelolaan media sosial dan digital safety terhadap penyebaran informasi yang kurang akurat ini dapat membantu dalam berselancar di dunia internet agar tetap menjadi pengguna yang beretika digital.

Abstract

Garut Regency Regional Government is one of the non-profit organizations that has long utilized information systems and information technology. However, currently, many information systems fail to be implemented due to various reasons. These failures are measured in percentages of 35% total failure, 50% partial failure and 15% success, Judging from the statistical data of the district assessment of the best SPBE implementation in 2022, Garut Regency is not included in the index, meaning that the Garut Government is still below the top 10 of the overall index average. From the various exigencies found, this research was conducted to produce an Enterprise Architecture design using the Oracle Architecture Development Process as a way to facilitate the alignment of business strategies with Information Technology strategies and their implementation. To achieve the research objectives, the Oracle Architecture Development Process method approach is used in which there are several design phases in the form of vision architecture, current state architecture, future state architecture, strategic roadmap, architecture governance, and business cases. So that a blueprint is produced with four main components of architecture, namely business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture which are adjusted to the goals and business processes of the Garut Regency Government. And produced nine recommended applications to support government public service activities, and produced an IT Roadmap that is used to assist in implementing enterprise architecture design and integrating business processes and Government applications. The results of this study are expected to be used as a comparison and guide for the Garut Regency Regional Government in developing information technology in applications, data, and technology, it is hoped that further research will design the business case phase so that the proposals given can be implemented by the Garut Regency Regional Government as a whole.

Abstract

Pengelolaan presensi dan penggajian karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, namun masih banyak perusahaan yang menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan kehadiran dan perhitungan gaji yang akurat. Salah satunya adalah Kumon Pengasih, sebuah Lembaga bimbingan belajar yang berada di Kabupaten Kulon Progo Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kesalahan dalam proses ini dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan pembayaran gaji dan ketidakpuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem presensi karyawan berbasis cloud computing yang terintegrasi dengan sistem penggajian untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan gaji. Sistem ini dirancang dengan fitur pencatatan presensi berbasis geolocation dan biometrik, serta modul penggajian yang otomatis menghitung gaji berdasarkan kehadiran, lembur, dan potongan lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Agile, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara bertahap dan fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi penggajian, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan hingga 87.5%, serta memberikan transparansi dalam proses pembayaran gaji. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT), yang menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi terhadap kemudahan akses, akurasi perhitungan gaji, dan kecepatan proses. Dengan adanya sistem ini, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penerapan teknologi cloud dalam sistem presensi dan penggajian yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, serta menyediakan solusi yang dapat diterapkan pada sektor lain dengan kebutuhan serupa.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the perspectives of three schools of thought regarding the implementation of the land pawn system. This research was conducted in Cibeureum District. The research approach used is qualitative. The study shows that although the Ijab Qobul is performed verbally in the local language, its implementation complies with Islamic law. Other aspects concerning the Rahin and Murtahin are also regulated under Islamic law, as both parties are considered mature, sane, and legally aware. In Islamic law, land is also considered a valid form of collateral, making the marhun legitimate. If the pawnee excessively utilizes the land, such actions are deemed inappropriate and invalid according to Islamic law. This is because it involves exploiting misfortune, which is unjust for the “Rahin” and entirely contradicts the principles of Muamala.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing a classification model for cyberattacks on global networks during the time span of 2020 to 2023 using the Naive Bayes method. The main objective of the study is to analyze and classify the frequent severity of cyber, which helps in improving network security and reducing vulnerabilities. The Naive Bayes method was chosen for its efficiency in handling large datasets and its ability to make predictions based on probabilities. Collecting cyberattack data from a variety of reliable and up-to-date sources, the study covers attacks such as ransomware, phishing, DDoS, and other malware. The classification process includes data pre-processing, feature extraction, and finally the application of Naive Bayes algorithms to identify patterns in such attacks. The classification results are then evaluated using the Apply Model and Performance validation methods to assess the effectiveness of the model. The results of this study show that Naive Bayes is able to accurately classify cyberattacks, providing a useful tool for cybersecurity professionals to understand attack trends and respond proactively. The study also suggests areas for further research, including the integration of the Naive Bayes model with other artificial intelligence systems for improved cyberattack detection. The study provides new insights into the application of the Naive Bayes method in cybersecurity and paves the way for improved data-driven cyber defense strategies.
