Abstract

This study aims to determine the Impact of Apparatus Empowerment on Employee Performance in the Government Sector. This study used a sample of 27 people. The data analysis used is Simple Linear Regression. The results of the hypothesis test between Apparatus Empowerment (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Ponelo Islands Sub-district Office, North Gorontalo Regency, obtained a sig value for the influence of the Apparatus Empowerment variable on Employee Performance obtained at 0.000 while the value was 0.05. If the two values are compared, the sig value (0.000) is still smaller than the value (0.05). Therefore, it was concluded that Apparatus Empowerment was positive and significant for Employee Performance at the Ponelo Islands Sub-district Office, North Gorontalo Regency. The amount of influence of Apparatus Empowerment on Employee Performance at the Ponelo Islands Sub-district Office, North Gorontalo Regency is 59.3%. While the remaining 40.7% was influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Desa Tuladenggi Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Borontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melakukan pendekatan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan analisis jalur yang mengedepankan aspek narasi deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan program tersebut telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan. Implementasi program bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) di Desa Tuladenggi telah disosialisasikan oleh pemerintah Desa melalui berbagai kegiatan yang mengumpulkan masyarakat, maupun pelibatan unsur aparat pemerintah pada tingkat Dusun. Program bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) model pendanaannya adalah melalui kebijakan anggaran dana Desa yang ditetapkan melalui musyawarah Desa dengan melibatkan masyarakat didalamnya. Untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan program, maka komitmen kerja pemerintah Desa telah ditunjukan dengan adanya sinergitas dan konsistensi sejak tahapan pengusulan pendataan sampai pada dana diterima langsung oleh masyarakat. Sebagai saran dari peneliti terhadap pemerintah Desa Tuladenggi dalam melaksanakan kebijakan program bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) adalah Perlu dimaksimalkan lagi dengan berbagai cara untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait dengan program atau kebiajakan yang diambil dan dilaksanakan, edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya peran serta masyarakat dalam mendukung dan menyebarkan informasi penting akan setiap kebijakan yang diambil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of implementing the policy implementation of Gorontalo City regional regulation no. 12 of 2017 concerning Waste Management in Hulonthalangi District. This research was conducted by a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used were using interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique is interactive data analysis. The results of the research as indicators of the success of policy implementation used in this study, both in terms of socialization, the availability of supporting facilities, and factual budget support are not available or can even be said to have received full attention from the Gorontalo City local government. As suggestions and recommendations that can be given by researchers as part of constructive things, the importance of education that is continuously carried out massively by local governments, the need for full penetration from local governments on the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, the availability of sufficient budgets as part of policy financing also needs to be prepared by local governments, communication and coordination across sectors, addition to temporary waste collection points at each point in each sub-district in the Gorontalo City area.
