Abstract

This study explores the relationship between public speaking, credibility, and emotional intelligence in shaping students' personal branding at Universitas Tangerang Raya. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data were collected from 352 students through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SMART-PLS 4.0. The findings indicate that public speaking has a positive and significant impact on personal branding, both directly and through credibility as a mediator. Credibility plays a crucial role in enhancing audience trust and building a professional image. However, emotional intelligence does not moderate the relationship between public speaking and personal branding, suggesting that this factor does not strengthen or weaken the relationship within the study. These results highlight the importance of mastering public speaking skills for students to improve credibility and competitiveness in the job market. Furthermore, educational institutions are encouraged to provide communication skills training to support students' personal branding development. This study contributes to both academic understanding and practical applications in managing professional identity in today’s competitive landscape.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari Kecamatan Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang dibentuk sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dari sampah. Dengan periode bulanan, Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari melakukan kegiatan penimbangan sampah yang dikumpulkan oleh warga yang menjadi nasabah Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk melihat efektivitas pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari. Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama dalam hal pendanaan, sementara dari sisi regulasi masih diperlukan aturan pendukung guna memperkuat operasionalnya. Partisipasi masyarakat telah menunjukkan perkembangan positif, namun belum mencapai tingkat optimal akibat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman. Dari aspek teknis, operasional bank sampah telah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi keterbatasan lahan menjadi tantangan utama. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan pengurus Bank Sampah Marga Harum Sari melalui pemberian edukasi serta wawasan mengenai sistem bank sampah digital yang berbasis Aplikasi Mobile Bank Sampah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memuat tahapan yang terdiri dari sosisalisasi, pelatihan,dan penerapan teknologi.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play a major role in achieving organizational goals, including in the government sector. Civil Servants (PNS) as an integral part of government organizations must have high competence and integrity in order to carry out their duties optimally. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing an electronic-based performance assessment system (E-Kinerja) known as SIPENDEKAR at the Tangerang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Office. This system is expected to increase transparency, efficiency and accuracy in assessing employee performance and improve the performance allowance system. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews with five ASN employees who have in-depth knowledge about the implementation of the E-Kinerja system. The research results show that the implementation of SIPENDEKAR has a positive impact in increasing employee discipline and transparency in the management of performance allowances. However, this system also faces technical problems, such as slow internet connections and server problems which affect the smooth use of the application. Apart from that, another challenge found was the mismatch between employee competency and position placement, which could affect the effectiveness of the system. However, with continuous training and increasing the match between employee duties and competencies, this system can be more optimal. Overall, implementing E-Kinerja can improve employee performance and help government agencies achieve goals more efficiently.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the impact of Guerilla Marketing and Experiential Marketing on consumer buying decisions, with Brand Awareness and Brand Trust as moderating variables. Novelty - This study integrates both Guerilla Marketing and Experiential Marketing strategies and explores the mediating and moderating roles within the context of consumer buying decisions. This approach differs from previous studies by providing a more comprehensive understanding of how these two marketing strategies influence buying decisions in the Indonesian creative industry sector. Method - This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to examine the effects of guerrilla marketing and experiential marketing on buying decisions, with purchase intention as a mediating variable and brand awareness and brand trust as moderating variables. A sample of 200 consumers of CV. Giribelah Indah was selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test direct, mediating, and moderating relationships among variables. Findings - The results show that both Guerilla Marketing and Experiential Marketing have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Brand Awareness and Brand Trust strengthen the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer behavior. Purchase intention also plays a significant role in the decision-making process. Limitations and Implications - This study is limited to the creative industry sector, specifically CV. Giribelah Indah, so the findings may not be generalized to other sectors. The implications of this study provide practical insights for marketers to optimize Guerilla Marketing and Experiential Marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian logistik di J&T Express Gateaway Cikupa. Dalam industri logistik yang berkembang pesat, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor utama dalam menjaga efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 133 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian juga, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan guna mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying has undergone significant changes in the digital age. What used to be limited to physical spaces like schools or communities has now shifted to cyberbullying that crosses social and geographic boundaries. This article discusses bullying as a new challenge in the digital era, adopting a human rights perspective. Bullying practices not only violate the rights to dignity and equality but also threaten global human security. The article analyzes how identity-based cyberbullying creates a dilemma between freedom of expression and protection from hate speech, using a review of literature and international documents that emphasize the need for global regulation. The findings show that digital-age bullying is a serious threat to human rights because of its anonymous, fast-spreading, and cross-border nature. Therefore, international policies, cooperation, and social diplomacy are necessary to strike a balance between free speech and the protection of individuals who are victims of discrimination. This article stresses that identity-based bullying in the digital age must be viewed as a human rights violation that requires a collective response across nations.   Keywords: Bullying, identity Politics, Digital Era, Human Rights.
