Abstract

Basically the way the machine works is to receive money input and read the value of the money, then calculate the amount of money that has been entered by the buyer, and delete the item desired by the buyer after the calculation result of the money entered by the buyer is right or more. In creating this machine logic, an automatic theory is needed that explains sequential machines, namely machines that carry out events or events depending on previous events or events. Automated theory is a theory that presents conditions where a device will automatically move towards a certain condition depending on the user's input and the last condition he was in.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between public speaking, credibility, and emotional intelligence in shaping students' personal branding at Universitas Tangerang Raya. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data were collected from 352 students through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SMART-PLS 4.0. The findings indicate that public speaking has a positive and significant impact on personal branding, both directly and through credibility as a mediator. Credibility plays a crucial role in enhancing audience trust and building a professional image. However, emotional intelligence does not moderate the relationship between public speaking and personal branding, suggesting that this factor does not strengthen or weaken the relationship within the study. These results highlight the importance of mastering public speaking skills for students to improve credibility and competitiveness in the job market. Furthermore, educational institutions are encouraged to provide communication skills training to support students' personal branding development. This study contributes to both academic understanding and practical applications in managing professional identity in today’s competitive landscape.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur besarnya dampak persaingan ekonomi terhadap hasil perekonomian. Mikrodata yang digunakan berasal dari data sensus manufaktur tahunan dan data perdagangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan volume impor dapat meningkatkan sebaran pekerja di sektor informal, khususnya pekerja yang bekerja di perusahaan kecil. Dampak guncangan kompetisi bisnis terhadap margin penyesuaian jangka pendek juga bervariasi, dimana perusahaan dengan produktivitas awal yang lebih rendah menghadapi biaya penyesuaian yang paling besar. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan produktivitas untuk bertahan dalam persaingan global.

Abstract

X merupakan perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam layanan distribusi penjualan rokok di wilayah Tangerang Raya. Setiap bulan, perusahaan ini menerapkan pemangkasan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 untuk para karyawannya. Pengkajian ini berguna untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dalam perincian Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 menggunakan perhitungan Progresif dengan perhitungan tarif efektif rata rata (TER) dan Aplikasi ebupot terkait gaji karyawan di CV. X. Metode analisis yang diterapkan yakni metode deskriptif, yang mencakup pengumpulan data, dekompilasi, perhitungan, perbandingan, serta penjelasan situasi guna menarik kesimpulan tentang perician PPh Pasal 21 guna pegawai tetap di CV. X. Temuan pengkajian mengungkapkan adanya kekeliruan dalam perincian Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 di CV. X, yang menyebabkan kelebihan setor dan merugikan wajib pajak CV X.
