Abstract

Bahasa Dayak merupakan bahasa daerah yang ada di provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. semakin tahun penutur bahasa daerah di provinsi kalimantan tengah khususnya kota Palangkaraya mengalami penurun. Untuk menjaga agar bahasa dayak tidak punah, maka berbagai usaha dilakukan seperti membangun komunitas bahasa dayak dan mewajibkan memasukan bahasa dayak sebagai bahasa daerah yang diajarkan pada muatan lokal mulai tingkat PAUD sampai SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan video animasi untuk mengenalkan bahasa Dayak Ngaju di TK Islam Darul Istiqomah Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Subjek penelitian yaitu kelompok B1 Usia 5-6 Tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Validasi ahli media mendapatkan hasil persentase 92,31% dengan kategori sangat baik. Validasi ahli materi mendapatkan hasil persentase 82,22% dengan kategori sangat baik. Validasi ahli bahasa mendapatkan hasil persentase 85,71%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai media video animasi untuk mengenalkan bahasa Dayak Ngaju di TK Islam Darul Istiqomah Palangka Raya dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Early childhood development is something that is very important for children. This can be stimulated through a series of games that can support aspects of development. One aspect that must be developed in early childhood is the physical motor aspect related to fine motor skills and gross motor skills. 6 types of outbound game activities, namely 1) Moving the flag to the bottle, 2) Blowing the ping pong ball on the water, 3) Hula Hoop Relay, 4) Putting the ping pong ball into the glass through the head, 5) Relay ping-pong balls using spoons, 6) Obstacle course. This community service activity is carried out using the service learning method. The target for this activity is 20 students at RA Al-Musafirin Palangk Raya. The results of this activity are that children can demonstrate the game well even though they still need assistance. Therefore, there is a need for more varied stimulation activities that can develop children's fine and gross motor skills.

Abstract

This study aims to compile a detailed inventory of the types and recipes of traditional Balinese cakes in Batang Kapas District. This includes: 1) describing the types of traditional cakes sold as souvenirs in Batang Kapas District. 2) recording and describing traditional cake recipes sold as souvenirs in Batang Kapas District, including the names of the dishes, ingredients, tools, and processing methods. This study employed qualitative descriptive methods. The research location was the main traditional market in Batang Kapas District. The informants were elderly women and vendors knowledgeable about the types and recipes of traditional cakes. The study found 13 wet cake recipes and 10 dry cake recipes. These cakes are made from rice flour, glutinous rice flour, glutinous rice, sago flour, cassava, sweet potatoes, and peanuts. Furthermore, these traditional cakes often use coconut, either coconut milk or grated coconut. Traditional cake processing techniques include steaming, boiling, frying, baking, and roasting.
