Abstract

Desa Sriminosari di Lampung Timur mengalami beberapa permasalahan, di antaranya minimnya komunikasi antara tokoh agama (ulama) dan pemerintah setempat (umaro), pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama yang masih terbatas, serta belum tersedianya forum resmi untuk berdialog. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat komunikasi antara ulama dan umaro, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama berdasarkan prinsip Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyah (ASWAJA), membentuk forum dialog resmi, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kerja sama. Program unggulan bernama FORSILUM (Forum Silaturahmi Ulama dan Umaro) diadakan pada 24 Februari 2025 di Masjid Baiturrahim, Dusun 4. Metode yang diterapkan adalah ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development), dengan lima tahapan utama: Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, dan Destiny. Pendekatan ini menjamin bahwa program berfokus pada pemanfaatan aset lokal dan melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama serta terjalinnya sinergi antara ulama dan umaro melalui FORSILUM. Masyarakat juga semakin memahami pentingnya kolaborasi dalam menciptakan desa yang harmonis. FORSILUM direncanakan untuk diadakan secara berkala setiap 2-3 bulan sekali sebagai sarana dialog berkelanjutan. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam menciptakan kehidupan beragama yang moderat dan harmonis.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged Islamic microfinance institutions to innovate their services in order to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Micropay Mobile digital service innovation and its impact on member satisfaction at BMT Artha Buana Metro. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a field research approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, using triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that Micropay Mobile, developed from the previous IBS Mobile platform, has improved member satisfaction through four key aspects: ease of access anytime and anywhere, efficiency in time and transaction costs, real-time transaction speed and accuracy, and a multi-layered security system based on PIN authentication and transaction notifications. SERVQUAL analysis indicates that the application fulfills five service quality dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Challenges include limited digital literacy and internet connectivity constraints. To address these issues, the institution provides socialization programs, user education, and face-to-face assistance. The study confirms that digital transformation strategically strengthens long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risks and mitigation strategies implemented in the door-to-door service of murabahah financing products at BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional, Metro Branch Office. The service is designed to improve financing accessibility for members, particularly micro-entrepreneurs; however, its implementation poses potential operational and financing risks. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that operational risks include limited field supervision, potential transaction recording errors, security risks for field officers, and high operational costs, while financing risks involve payment delays and an increase in Non-Performing Financing (NPF) due to members’ business instability. To mitigate these risks, BMT applies prudential principles through 5C analysis, multi-layered supervision, the use of an integrated Mobile Collection digital system, restrictions on large cash transactions, and a gradual mechanism for handling problematic financing. Overall, the study highlights that strengthening internal procedures and leveraging digital technology are key factors in maintaining the quality of murabahah financing and ensuring that the door-to-door service remains effective, secure, and compliant with sharia principles.
