Abstract

Introduction. Aging is a natural process in humans is accompanied by a decrease in the physical, psychological and social which interact with each other is known as the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Elderly Posyandu using Abraham Maslow hierarchy of the class system of the elderly independence. Method. The design of this study was quasy experiment with post-test only with control group design. Data collection was performed using the independence of elderly people who modifi ed checklist sheet of cards to health (KMS) elderly and then test hypothesis test using independent t test with signifi cance level 0.05. Results. Statistical analysis showed the independence of the elderly for the treatment group obtained a mean value of 75.4615 and 60.8462 of the control group. Normality test as a condition of the t test showed the two groups has a normal distribution so as to know the difference between the independence of elderly people treated group and the control group were tested using independent t test with p value = 0.001 results < α (0.05). There was a difference in elderly independence between the treatment and control groups. Discussion. Need for innovative program to improve the independence of the elderly through the integration of health services through Posyandu modifi ed by taking into account the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual based class Maslow hierarchy. Keywords: Elderly, Posyandu, independence, Maslow

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu kasus malnutrisi kronis yang prevalensinya terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun di indonesia Berdasarkan hasil PSG tahun 2015, prevalensi balita pendek di Indonesia adalah 29%. Angka ini mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2016 menjadi 27,5%. Namun prevalensi balita pendek kembali meningkat menjadi 29,6% pada tahun 2017. (Kemenkes RI, 2018). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Non eksperimen : analitik dengan pendekatan restrospective. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Budaya keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan anak, Nilai dasar Keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting 1000 Hari pertama Kehidupan Anak, Peran Keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting pada 1000 Hari pertama kehidupan anak Madura, Kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan anak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Orang tua yang memiliki Anak usia 3-5 tahun di PAUD ANNA HUSADA yang berjumlah 175. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa P Value : 0,029 lebih kecil dari α : 0,05 HO ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara Nilai Budaya dengan Kemandirian Kleuarga dalam pencegahan stunting pada 1000 HPK Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa P Value :0,007 lebih kecil dari α : 0,05 artinya ada hubungan antara nilai dasar keluarga dengan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa P Value :0,000 lebih kecil dari α : 0,05 artinya ada hubungan antara peran keluarga dengan kemandirian keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting

Abstract

Psychological changes in the third trimester are increasingly complex due to the growing condition of pregnancy, physical discomfort, worry, fear, indecision, and doubt about the condition of the pregnancy before childbirth so pregnant women need psychosocial support from husbands, families, and health workers. The study aimed to analyze the differences in Islamic Sleep Ritual Activity (ISRA) Intervention to Improve Sleep Quality and Physical and Psychological Comfort of Pregnant Women in Time Three. The research method of the non-equivalent control group design, the population is pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of Alas Kembang Bangkalan village in 2024 as many as 48 people. Physiological pregnancy inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who refuse to be researched and pregnant women who experience complications, use simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire using a value scale. Statistical tests use the paired t-test and the Wilcoxon test. The ISRA intervention study's results can significantly affect maternal sleep quality p 0.000 or 0.05. There is a significant difference between the physical comfort of pregnant women before and after being given the ISRA intervention p 0.001 or 0.05. The implementation of ISRA in the pregnant women's care program in the third trimester is highly recommended to provide a sense of comfort and quality of sleep to all pregnant women, and it needs to be continued for all pregnant women.

Abstract

Health Service Facilities are places to organize health service efforts, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. Health services that are the first service in the health level of a region are Hospitals. One of the technologies that is currently developing is the Self-Registration Queue Machine (APM). This innovation project report aims to identify the level of satisfaction with the use of the Self-Registration Queue Machine for patients or the Community at Anna Medika Hospital Madura. This innovation project report was conducted on patients/families who use APM machines at Anna Medika Hospital, Madura. The sampling technique in this study used the Incidental Sampling Technique so that the respondents in this study were 18 respondents. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The questionnaire research instrument was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis used was descriptive and univariate analysis. The results of the study showed the percentage of group calculations from the Format dimension 0.566 (56.6%) and Ease of Use 0.544 (59.5%) included in the moderate category, the Content dimension 0.722 (72.2%), Accurancy 0.811 (81.1%) and Timelines 0.656 (65.6%) were in the good category. This indicates that the satisfaction of APM machine users is running well and needs to be maintained, so there needs to be socialization for officers who are less supportive. The purpose of using APM machines is to reduce registration time at the counter for health services provided to improve services for outpatient needs.
