Abstract

Rantau Rasau Village, which is one of the villages in Berbak sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district. To get to Rantau Rasau village we have to use river transportation services in the form of ketek (a type of large boat equipped with a robbins engine), this water transportation. It is the only access to Rantau Rasau village because there is no land road to the village. This thesis aims to determine the role of air transportation in the economy of the people of Rantau Rasau village, East Tanjung Jabung district, to find out what obstacles exist in the use of this transportation.This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of air transportation in the economy of the Rantau Rasau village community, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, includes mobility for people in and out of the village and also as a bridge for all economic activities of the Rantau Rasau village community. Obstacles in using this transportation service are tides and unpredictable weather conditions. Keywords: Water Transportation, Community Economy, Watershed

Abstract

Sharia marketing strategy is an activity through planning, service, product development and pricing that satisfies consumer needs in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to analyze the application of sharia marketing strategies in service and product development to increase revenue for batik entrepreneurs in Pelayangan District, Jambi City. This thesis uses leatherative research, the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data is collected through observation and interviews with batik owners in Pelayangan District, Jambi City. The results of this study indicate that some batik entrepreneurs in Pelayangan District, Jambi City have not been optimal in implementing sharia marketing strategies. Sharia marketing strategies can have a positive impact, but it is still necessary to develop an optimal sharia marketing strategy, the development of sharia marketing strategies, especially in product and service promotion in Pelayangan District, Jambi City, of course, there are several obstacles.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan peralatan kalorimetri yang terintegrasi Cassy Lab telah dilaksanakan kepada asisten laboratorium Pendidikan Fisika Universitas Jambi. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan teknis yang baik dalam mengoperasikan peralatan laboratorium. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah model pendampingan berupa presentasi, diskusi dan pelatihan penggunaan peralatan laboratorium. Pre- test dan post- test dilakukan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan asisten laboratorium. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dengan nilai N- Gain sebesar 0.89 yang menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan sebesar 89%. Nilai tersebut menyatakan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan peralatan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan asisten laboratorium. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan model pengembangan kompetensi teknis asisten laboratorium untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas praktikum di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

The culinary business is the fastest growing business because food is everyone's basic needs. Competitiveness is the company's ability to be compete to maintain the business to be superior to its competitors in seizing attention and consumer loyalty in order to generate sustainable profits. SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate external and internal factors of a business speculation. To increase the competitiveness of the House Eating SMS needs to determine the most accurate and competitive marketing strategy. The research method used is qualitative. Informants in this study are owners, employees, and customers of Rumah Makan SMS. The results of this study show that the strength of SMS Restaurant's business lies in the taste of typical Minang dishes, strategic location, has regular customers, relatively cheap prices compared to closest competitors. The weakness of the SMS Restaurant is that when the price of groceries rises, the service is less fast. The opportunity that Rumah Makan SMS has is the opening of a new branch. Home Threat Eating SMS comes from culinary business rivals of the same or not the same type small eatery. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of the strategies required for to increase competitiveness is the addition of a new menu, the addition of the number of employees.
