Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah kondisi di mana tekanan darah sistolik seseorang mencapai atau melebihi 140 mmHg, dan/atau tekanan darah diastoliknya mencapai atau melebihi 90 mmHg. Faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat diubah yang mempengaruhi peningkatan tekanan darah seseorang meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, etnis/ras, dan riwayat keluarga. Sementara itu, faktor-faktor yang dapat diubah mencakup aktivitas fisik, status gizi, pola makan, dan gaya hidup.Tujuan dalam penelititan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran determinan hipertensi di Puskesmas Amurang Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Metode: Desain penelitan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Amurang dengan Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis data secara univariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien penderita hipertensi yang diteliti berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan riwayat keluarga lebih banyak sedangkan pasien penderita hipertensi yang tidak mengonsumsi alkohol dan tidak memiliki memiliki kebiasaan merokok lebih banyak dari pada pasien penderita hipertensi yang mengonsumsi alkohol dan memiliki kebiasaan merokok. Kesimpulan: Determinan hipertensi yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat keluarga, serta tidak mengonsumsi alkohol dan memiliki kebiasaan tidak merokok lebih banyak pada pasien penyakit hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas Amurang.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors associated with medication adherence among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) at Puskesmas Tumpaan, Indonesia. The study aims to identify the influence of knowledge, comorbidities, and family support on patients' adherence to prescribed medication regimens. A cross-sectional design was employed with 205 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured interviews and validated instruments: MMAS-8 for adherence and DKQ-24 for knowledge. Statistical analyses included chi-square and multivariate logistic regression. Results revealed that 56.1% of patients were adherent to their medication, with knowledge, presence of comorbidities, and family support significantly associated with adherence (p < 0.05). Patients with good knowledge were nearly seven times more likely to adhere, while those with comorbidities and strong family support also demonstrated significantly higher adherence. The findings suggest that enhancing patient education and involving families in chronic care management may improve adherence outcomes. This study underscores the multidimensional nature of adherence and its implications for primary health service programs in diabetes management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the utilization of elderly health posts (posyandu lansia) in Pasan Subdistrict, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research used a quantitative analytic method with a cross-sectional approach involving 300 elderly respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured interviews using a validated questionnaire and analyzed using chi-square statistical tests. The results showed significant associations between the level of knowledge (p = 0.002), attitudes (p = 0.011), access to services (p = 0.021), family support (p = 0.003), and the role of health officers (p = 0.018) with posyandu utilization. Knowledge emerged as the most dominant factor influencing behavior. These findings support Green’s theory that predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors affect health behavior. The study recommends improving health literacy among the elderly, enhancing family involvement, and optimizing the role of health personnel to increase participation in posyandu services. Limitations of the study include its geographic focus and the use of quantitative design only.

Abstract

Abstrak Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan proses berkelanjutan yang memantau pemberian layanan dan hasilnya untuk menilai berbagai faktor frekuensi kunjungan pasien yang memengaruhi layanan kesehatan. Dengan cara ini, masalah dapat ditemukan dan sumbernya ditangani, yang mengarah pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik bagi mereka yang menggunakan layanan kesehatan Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap kunjungan pasien di Poliklinik Gigi dan Mulut di puskesmas Tepa melalui variabel Tangible (Wujud), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Cepat Tanggap), Assurance (Kepastian) dan Emphaty (Empati). Metode kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada periode Januari-maret Tahun 2025 yang bertempat di Puskesmas Tepa, Kecematan Pulau Babar Barat, Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya. Sampel penelitian yaitu 76 responden. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data hasil survey dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square dan regeresi logistic. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tangible (Wujud), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Cepat Tanggap), Assurance (Kepastian) dan Emphaty (Empati) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kunjungan pasien di Puskesmas Tepa. Adapun variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan pasien di Puskesmas Tepa adalah variabel Responsiveness (Cepat Tanggap) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,015 (p value < 0,05) OR = 0,025 (95% CI = 0,001 - 0,487) artinya responden yang merasa cepat tanggap (responsiveness) baik dari pelayan kesehatan mempunyai peluang 0,025 kali tidak puas terhadap responden yang menyatakan kurang cepat tanggap (responsiveness) dari petugas kesehatan dengan nilai koefisien B yaitu 3,691 bernilai positif, maka semakin kurang cepat tanggap (responsiveness) dari petugas kesehatan semakin kurang pasien yang melakukan kunjungan ke Puskesmas dengan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Puskesmas Tepa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Tangible (Wujud), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Cepat Tanggap), Assurance (Kepastian) dan Emphaty (Empati) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kunjungan pasien di Puskesmas Tepa. In this way, problems can be identified and their sources addressed, leading to better health and well-being for those who use health services.The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the quality of dental and oral health services and patient visits to the Dental and Oral Polyclinic at the Tepa Health Center through the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional approach.This research was conducted in the period of January-March 2025 which took place at the Tepa Health Center, West Babar Island District, Southwest Maluku Regency. The research sample was 76 respondents. The technique used is purposive sampling. Survey data were analyzed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy have a significant and positive relationship with patient visits at the Tepa Health Center. The most influential variable on patient visits to the Tepa Health Center is the Responsiveness variable with a significant value of 0.015 (p value <0.05) OR = 0.025 (95% CI = 0.001 - 0.487) meaning that respondents who feel responsiveness from health services have a 0.025 times greater chance of being dissatisfied with respondents who state that the responsiveness of health workers is less than the responsiveness with a coefficient value of B, namely 3.691, which is positive, so the less responsiveness from health workers, the fewer patients will visit the Health Center with dental and oral health services at the Tepa Health Center. The conclusion of this study is that Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy have a significant and positive relationship with patient visits at the Tepa Health Center.
