Abstract

The sustainable sports training program is the government's effort to create quality athletes through a training approach from an early age. This program is divided into three stages, namely the Sustainable Achievement Sports Development (POPB) aimed at athletes under the age of 15, the Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) for junior and senior high school students, and the Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The aim of this program is to group athletes based on age, select potential athletes, and develop their abilities from an early age. In order for athletes in PPOP to achieve their best performance, it is necessary to regulate the management of available resources and ensure that their motivation continues to grow. In this context, athletes are considered as human capital that needs to be empowered. This approach is in accordance with the concept of human resource management, where humans are considered as the most important assets in achieving organizational goals (Aslam et al., 2014). This study used a quantitative method involving 201 respondents. Analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study reveal several things: This study used a quantitative method with a total of 201 respondents. With the analytical tool used, namely using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are in the reward hypothesis has a positive relationship to motivation found that reward has a significant positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that facilities and infrastructure have a positive relationship to motivation, it is found that facilities and infrastructure do not have a positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that coaching has a positive relationship to motivation, it is found that coaching has a significant positive relationship to motivation. In the hypothesis that there is a positive influence between motivation on Performance Satisfaction. It is found that motivation has a significant positive relationship with performance satisfaction. In the reward hypothesis, it is found that reward has a positive relationship with performance satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh dari perceived value, destination image, serta social media marketing terhadap tourist motivation pada Taman Bunga Impian Okura di Provinsi Riau. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan guna untuk menguji pengaruh tourist motivation terhadap visit intention pada Taman Bunga Impian Okura di Provinsi Riau. Adapun dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kuantitif dengan teknik analisis SEM (structural equation model) dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa SPSS dan AMOS. Dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden atau sampel penelitian, di mana sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceived value, destination image, serta social media marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tourist motivation. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa tourist motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visit intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh viral marketing, brand awareness, dan social media marketing terhadap perilaku konsumen Fudgybro di Jakarta, khususnya pada aspek niat beli (purchase intention) dan keputusan pembelian (purchase decision). Penelitian ini menguji tujuh hubungan utama antar variabel tersebut dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkan kepada konsumen sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing dan social media marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat dan keputusan pembelian. Kedua strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam menarik perhatian, membangun interaksi, serta mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Sebaliknya, brand awareness tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat maupun keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa mengenal suatu merek saja belum cukup untuk memengaruhi perilaku konsumen secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, strategi pemasaran digital yang bersifat interaktif dan viral menjadi lebih relevan untuk diterapkan. Fudgybro disarankan untuk terus memperkuat kampanye berbasis media sosial dan konten viral guna meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen serta mendorong konversi pembelian secara lebih efektif di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin dinamis.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is an important aspect that can influence organizational performance and effectiveness. At the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI), the diversity of employment status, namely ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and permanent employees, presents its own challenges in maintaining the level of employee loyalty. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence employee loyalty at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia by focusing on three main aspects, namely job satisfaction, incentives and working conditions. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study and open questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that employee loyalty at ORI has different employment statuses (ASN and permanent employees), this gives rise to a diverse understanding of the factors that influence employee loyalty. Employee loyalty at ORI is influenced by several factors, namely job satisfaction, incentives and working conditions. In an effort to increase employee loyalty, ORI needs to make efforts to increase job satisfaction, provide incentives and improve working conditions.
