Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of service quality and facilities on citizen satisfaction at the Matalamagi Village Office in Sorong. The approach applied in data processing is quantitative descriptive analysis. The partial t-test results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, with a t-value of 5.994, exceeding the t-table value of 1.6716, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Similarly, the facilities variable has a t-value of 3.033, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.6716, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of hypothesis (H2). Furthermore, the F-test results show that the F-value reaches 48.918 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This confirms that, simultaneously, service quality and facilities influence citizen satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan  untuk mengkaji evaluasi  pelaksanaan  program  pembangunan  dan  pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat di kelurahan klablim. Metode penelitian yang digunnakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informen dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Sumberdata yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunaka adalah obserfasi,  wawancara, dan review. Teknis analisis data yang dipakai adalah kategorisasi, interpretasi induksi, dan verifikasi data. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukan bahwa  evaluasi pelaksanaan program pembangunan  dan pemberdayaan  masyarakat  di kelurahan klablim  berjalan  dengan  baik  sesuai  kebijakan pemerintah kelurahan.  Program  pembangunan  kelurahan  yang  sudah  terimplementasi,  dalam pembangunan fisik terdapat beberapa program yaitu Pembangunan Gedung PAUD, Rehab Berat Posyandu, Umum Kelurahan Klablim, Perkerasan Jalan, Peningkatan Rabat Beton, Pengadaan Jaringan Sumur Bor, Pengaspalan Jalan Kelurahan Lingkar Klablim, Pengadaan Embung, Pembangunan Balai Pertemuan Rt dan program –program  lainnya. Pembangunan  non fisik  atau  pemberdayaan  meliputi program Dana Bergulir dan Program Ekonomi Produktif. Hal tersebut merupakan proses pembangunan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah kelurahan klablim pada tahun 2023.

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam lingkup status sosial ekonomi merupakan pencapaian pendidikan berdasarkan nilai atau gelar yang menjadi tolak ukur pencapaian individu dalam upaya perolehan pendapatan. Sehingga, pendidikan berperan dalam pendapatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatis, dengan alat bantu SPSS IMB 26,0. beberapa hal sebagai berikut : a) untuk  hipotesis pertama (H1) karena T hitung 0,353 < T tabel 1,990 maka tidak ada pengaruh X1(sikap keuangan) terhadap Y (literasi keuangan), dan nilai signifikansi 0, 725 > 0,05 maka hipotesis pertama (H1) di tolak; b) Dan untuk hipotesis kedua (H2) karena T hitung 0,467 < T tabel 1,990 maka tidak  terdapat pengaruh X2(teman sebaya) terhadap Y (literasi keuangan), dan nilai signifikansi 0,645 > 0,05 maka hipotesis kedua (H1) di tolak; c) Selanjutnya  untuk hipotesis ketiga (H3) karena T hitung 1,111 < T tabel 1,990 maka tidak terdapat pengaruh X3(status social/uang saku) terhadap Y (literasi keuangan), dan nilai signifikansi 0,279 > 0,05 maka hipotesis ketiga (H1) di tolak; d) dari hasil uji F diatas dapat dilihat bahwa F hitung 0,615 < F tabel 2,72 maka tidak terdapat pengaruh X1 (sikap keuangan); X2 (teman sebaya) dan X3(status sosial) secara simultan bersama-sama terhadap Y (literasi keuangan), dan nilai signifikansi 0,607 > 0,05 maka hipotesis keempat di tolak.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency on improving employee performance in the North Sorong District. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant testing via (t-test), using simple linear regression and determination coefficient (R2). The population in this study was all employees at the North Sorong District Office totaling 28 respondents and the sample was 28 respondents. Primary data was obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies.The results of the research variable reliability test show that competency has a Cronbach's alpha of 0.754, and employee performance has a Cronbach's alpha of 0.746, greater than 0.60. It was concluded that the three research variables were declared reliable and reliable. In the coefficient of determination test, an R square of 65.3% was obtained, meaning that competence influenced employee performance by 65.3%, while the remaining 34.7% was influenced by other factors not analyzed in this research. The results of the t test, where t count is 7,000 > from t table 1.7056, it can be said that the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance in Bikar District, Tambrauw Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all employees in the Bikar District, TambrauwRegency. the sample amounted to 34 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 6.432 + 0.762X, the regression coefficient value of 0.762 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the compensation variable, the employee performance variable will increase by 0.762 if the compensation variable is zero, then the employee's performance has a value of 6.432. In the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 54.6%. it means that compensation has an effect on employee performance by 54.6%. while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. Theresultsofthet-test,wheretcount6.201>fromttable1.6939, it can be said that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the land and building tax management system in rural and urban areas, its effect on local revenue in Tambrauw Regency and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency. This type of research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely explaining the management of rural and urban land and building taxes at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency by conducting interviews, observations, and document review. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, Tambrauw Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data types. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Tambrauw Regency in managing rural and urban land and building taxes to increase local revenue based on three management functions, namely planning, implementation, and supervision has not been maximized, and the inhibiting factors that affect the management of PBB in increasing PAD in Tambrauw Regency, piled on obstacles that occur because it is known that there are two inhibiting factors, namely internal and external factors, namely as follows: a) Internal, namely regulations (Perda, Perbup, SOP) that are not yet good and incomplete, limited supporting facilities, such as operational vehicles, and performance of ASN OPD BPPRD that is not yet maximal, b) External, namely coordination between OPD and other stakeholders that is not yet effective, understanding of taxpayers is low, and commitment and coordination of regional leaders is weak. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of package delivery service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Indonesian post. Malawili Aimas Sub-Branch Office, Sorong Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all consumers at PT. Indonesian post. The Malawili Aimas Sub-Branch Office, Sorong Regency, totaled 590 respondents. The sample was 85 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 8.704 + 0.619X, the regression coefficient value of 0.619 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the variable quality of package delivery services, the variable satisfaction consumer satisfaction will increase by 0.619 if the variable quality of package delivery services is zero, then customer satisfaction has a value of 8.704. In the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 58.6%. This means that the quality of package delivery services affects customer satisfaction by 50.1%. while the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study.The results of the t-test, where tcount tcount 9.239> from ttable 1.6634, it can be said that the variable quality of package delivery services has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality Package Delivery, Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality
