Abstract

Homeseksual dan orang yang kecanduan alkohol dan obat-obat terlarang menjadi salah satu sebab penting untuk pembatalan nikah dalam Gereja Katolik menurut ketentuan kanon 1095§3, yakni “ketidakmampuan psikologi.” Gagasan utama tulisan ini ialah kaum homoseksual dan orang yang kecanduan minuman keras dan obat-obat terlarang secara psikologis tidak mampu menjalankan tuntutan-tuntutan utama dalam perkawinan Katolik dan merugikan pasangan (pihak lain) dalam rumah tangga. Menghadapi pribadi-pribadi sedemikian, Gereja Katolik memegang prinsip yang jelas bahwa hukum harus ditegakkan tapi cinta kasih pastoral terhadap penderita tetap diperhatikan dan menjadi faktor utama dalam proses penemanan

Abstract

Perkawinan Katolik merupakan kesepakatan antara seorang pria dan seorang wanita untuk membangun persekutuan hidup yang terarah pada kebahagian, prokreasi, dan pendidikan anak. Tulisan ini tidak sekedar memberikan pendasaran yuridis atas status perkawinan dalam Gereja Katolik, akan tetapi secara tegas menekankan efek dari sebuah perkawinan Katolik, sebagaimana termaksud dalam Kitab Hukum Kanonik 1134-1136. Efek dari perkawinan Katolik tidak lain adalah tanggung jawab suami-istri dalam membangun hidup berkeluarga yang bahagia.

Abstract

Sanctions in the Church is not a punishment, but a process of learning of how to obey to the law of the Church, and with a greatfull heart taking responsibility to what we have done as a mistake that have broken the commitment of all members of community. Therefore, the sanction of the Church must be understood as a grace to all the faithfull who wants to reconcile with the Church as a mother in faith and moral. As a mother, the Church must guide her chidren to grow up in their life to be the good sons and daughters of one God as the Father. This arcticel will be a guideline for every faithful to understand the meaningful behind the sanctions in the Church.

Abstract

“Misa Kudus atau Ekaristi Kudus” menduduki peranan penting dalam kehidupan umat beriman Katolik. Dalam Misa, bukan pertama-tama apa yang kita berikan kepada Tuhan, melainkan apa yang Tuhan berikan atau anugerahkan kepada kita. Dan, sungguh luar biasa bahwa yang diberikan oleh Yesus adalah Tubuh dan Darah-Nya sendiri, yang dicurahkan kepada kita yang hadir dalam Ekaristi sebagai kekuatan rohani yang tak terkira nilainya. Khususnya dalam Misa hari Minggu, semua umat berkumpul untuk memuji Allah dan mendapatkan rahmat pengudusan dari Allah. Karena itu, kehadiran umat dalam Misa Kudus pada hari Minggu merupakan sebuah kewajiban seperti yang tertuang dalam sepuluh perintah Allah dan lima perintah Gereja.

Abstract

The Diocesan priests are the main ministers of the apostolic ministry and faith development of the people in every diocese. The effort to implement the spiritual apostolate in the midst of the people of God, the diocesan priests are often received the negative assessment from the people. The history has noted that from of old the people of the compare the life style and the ministry of the diocesan priests and the religious priests. The religious priests are assessed to be better than the diocesan priests. This common assessment also takes place in the diocese of Amboina. However, if we are wise enough, this assesements become the input for the betterment of the spiritual grouth of the diocesan priests.

Abstract

“There are many problems that happen in the ministry of the Pastor as Parish Priest. The Parist priest is called to give solution for the people who are facing their daily problems. One of the problem in the ministry is marriage cases. This article is dedicated to the Parish Priest as guideline in his ministry, especially in the working on marriage cases. The spirit behind the rules in the Church is for the sake of souls.

Abstract

For society of Kei, the most important relationship is the relationship by marriage; every marriage unites two houses (groups) in a relationship called yan’ur-mang’ohoi. The yan’ur house is the groom‟s, while the mang’ohoi house is the bride‟s. Each house is thus related to a number of other houses, some of which are its mang’ohoi and others its yan’ur. In the accepted vocabulary of social anthropology, these of a marriage alliance relationship are defined as “wife-giver” and “wife-taker”. In this study, we focuses on mang’ohoi house in two issues: mang’ohoi house as origin of yan’ur house and mang’ohoi house in relation with the dead or mang’ohoi as most ancestors. This paper is based on data collected during fieldwork visits to different parts of Kei Islands, in the Southeast Moluccas. For good explication, this paper involves two steps. First, we question marriage alliance theory in general, in order to delimit its scope and to reconsider its appropriateness in the case of Kei society. Second, we attempt to trace more closely to society‟s concepts regarding the marriage system and its relation to values.
