Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, ease of use, and security on the decision to transact using QRIS among MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) at the BSI MSME Center in Aceh, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 84 MSME respondents at the BSI MSME Center in Aceh, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results reveal that financial literacy does not have a significant partial effect on the decision to transact using QRIS, while ease of use has a positive and significant partial effect. Security also does not significantly influence the decision to transact. However, simultaneously, financial literacy, ease of use, and security significantly influence the decision to transact using QRIS. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing the ease of use of QRIS through interface simplification and user training, as well as strengthening financial literacy and security to support the adoption of digital payment technologies among MSMEs. These findings can serve as a reference for Bank Syariah Indonesia, the government, and payment service providers in designing educational programs and technological advancements to promote QRIS usage in the MSME sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance, with work stress as a mediating variable at PT. Samira Makmur Sejahtera. The research employs a quantitative approach with simple random sampling, involving 91 employees as samples. Data were analyzed using path analysis along with outer and inner model analysis, assisted by SmartPLS 4.1.0.5 software. The results indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as does the work environment. Workload also positively and significantly affects work stress, while the work environment has a negative and significant effect on work stress. Work stress negatively and significantly affects employee performance. Mediation analysis reveals that work stress mediates the effect of the work environment on performance, but not the effect of workload. These findings highlight the importance of managing a conducive work environment to enhance employee performance and reduce work stress at PT. Samira Makmur Sejahtera.

Abstract

paraprase: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 48 orang. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 pegawai pada Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dan bersedia menjadi responden. Metode analisis yang diterapkan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai thitung (2,162) > ttabel (2,014). Pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai thitung 7,661  ttabel 2,014. Sedangkan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dengan perolehan nilai Fhitung sebesar 93,702 Ftabel sebesar 3,204 dan tingkat signifikansi 0.000. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai ditentukan oleh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir. Semakin baiknya pelatihan yang diberikan dan semakin baik pengembangan karir maka semakin besar peluang bagi Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai
