Abstract

This study has a purpose, namely to test whether the independent variable (X) in this study, namely Working Capital (WCTO), Solvability (DAR), and Liquidity (CR) has an effect on Profitability (ROA) at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population and sample in this study were all data on the financial statements of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period in each quarter of the research period. Documentation is a data collection technique used in this study. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios, then entered into multiple linear regression equations. The findings in this study indicate that partially working capital turnover (WCTO), solvability (DAR), and liquidity (CR) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). That is, every time there is an increase in WCTO, DAR, and CR, it will increase ROA and contrarily. In addition, based on the F-test shows that simultaneously the variables WCTO, DAR, and CR have a positive and significant effect on ROA. Both hypotheses in this study were accepted.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The data collection techniques included questionnaires, documentation analysis, interviews, and an extensive literature review. The data analysis methodology contained multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing in partial and simultaneous manners. The research findings indicate that the variables of performance allowance policies and leadership engagement exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Haji Makassar General Hospital. In other words, the research hypothesi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan memahami pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Gowa, dengan menguji peran mediasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner pada 132 staf pengajar dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling jenis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi. Ditemukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional terbukti berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi parsial yang signifikan dalam semua jalur hubungan. Pengaruh tidak langsung terkuat adalah jalur dari Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru yang dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasional, menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi guru optimal mendorong kinerja melalui peningkatan loyalitas dan ikatan emosional terhadap madrasah. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menegaskan bahwa Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Gowa sangat bergantung pada penguatan Kompetensi, didukung oleh Kepemimpinan Transformasional yang efektif, dan dipelihara melalui Kepuasan Kerja serta Komitmen Organisasional yang tinggi. Abstract

This study examines the competitive strategy of Skena Coffee in navigating the intensifying market competition within Makassar’s rapidly expanding coffee shop industry. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, the research employs an integrated analytical approach comprising PESTEL, SWOT, IFAS, and EFAS frameworks to obtain a comprehensive assessment of the firm’s internal capabilities and external environmental conditions. The empirical findings demonstrate that Skena Coffee holds a strong internal strategic position, as indicated by an IFAS score of 3.06, supported by product differentiation, advantageous geographic placement, and consistent service quality. Concurrently, the company benefits from favorable external opportunities, reflected in an EFAS score of 3.12, including the increasing prevalence of coffee consumption and the rising influence of digital engagement on consumer behavior. The firm’s placement within Quadrant I of the IE Matrix denotes an aggressive “grow and build” strategic orientation, signaling a capacity to pursue expansion, innovation, and intensified market engagement. Based on this strategic mapping, the study proposes the adoption of Strength Opportunity (SO) strategies, particularly through market penetration via additional outlet development, continuous innovation and refinement of menu offerings aligned with shifting consumer preferences, and the enhancement of digital marketing systems through optimized social media utilization and strengthened online customer interaction. Collectively, these strategic directives are projected to reinforce Skena Coffee’s competitive positioning and support its long-term sustainability within the structurally dynamic and increasingly competitive F&B sector in Makassar.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing challenges related to the quality of education, reflected in the low performance quality achieved by teaching staff. This phenomenon is also evident at Madrasah Aliyah in Gowa Regency, where teacher performance is sub-optimal and teacher competence scores are low. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of Transformational Leadership and Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High Schools) in Gowa Regency, by examining the mediating roles of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.This quantitative research employed a data collection method utilizing questionnaires distributed to 132 teaching staff and was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results consistently demonstrate that both Transformational Leadership and Teacher Competence exert a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance, both directly and indirectly through mediation. It was found that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment significantly function as partial mediating variables across all relationship pathways. The strongest indirect effect was observed in the path from Teacher Competence to Teacher Performance as mediated by Organizational Commitment, suggesting that optimal strengthening of teacher competence primarily drives performance through an increased loyalty and emotional attachment to the Madrasah. Overall, this study affirms that Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gowa Regency is highly dependent on the reinforcement of Competence, supported by effective Transformational Leadership, and maintained through high Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada transformasi digital pelaku UMKM kopi dan masyarakat pedesaan untuk meningkatkan keunggulan produk dan daya saing. Kegiatan intinya adalah seminar kewirausahaan bertema “Membangun Jiwa Wirausaha dari Desa: Menggali Potensi Tanaman Kopi sebagai Komoditas Lokal Bernilai Tinggi” yang diselenggarakan pada Juli 2025, melibatkan UMKM, mahasiswa, dan komunitas lokal di Desa Tompobulu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Materi seminar mencakup eksplorasi mendalam potensi kopi lokal sebagai produk unggulan serta strategi optimalisasi penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas UMKM kopi dalam beradaptasi dan berinovasi di era digital, memberdayakan mereka untuk mengubah tanaman kopi menjadi komoditas lokal bernilai tinggi.
