Abstract

This research examines the role of cultural integration in leadership education to create social harmony and stability in Indonesia's pluralistic society. The issue raised is the extent to which current leadership education is able to accommodate local cultural values. The purpose of this research is to analyse the importance of cultural integration in leadership education and identify effective models. The research method used is a literature study, by tracing literature from relevant journals, books and official documents. The results show that multicultural education plays an important role in creating inclusive, tolerant and adaptive leaders. Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of adult content filtering as an effort to strengthen noble moral values in elementary school students in Islamic Religious Education. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing literature from various trusted sources. The results showed that the implementation of parental control software and the active involvement of teachers and parents are effective strategies in limiting students' access to inappropriate content. However, challenges such as lack of technological knowledge and infrastructure support require an integrated solution. This research emphasizes the importance of synergy between school and family in creating a conducive learning environment for students' character building based on Islamic values. The findings are expected to serve as a reference in the development of educational policies that support the wise use of technology.
