Abstract

Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bisnis dan manajerial pemilik serta karyawan Angkringan Om Ndut melalui pendekatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Dengan menggunakan model perencanaan SDM Andrew Sikula, kegiatan ini mencakup berbagai tahap strategis seperti penetapan tujuan, perencanaan organisasi, audit SDM, peramalan kebutuhan SDM, dan penyusunan rencana aksi. Melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan yang terintegrasi, program ini berfokus pada pengelolaan bisnis yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam aspek pemasaran, pengelolaan operasional, dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan manajerial pemilik dan karyawan, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan daya saing Angkringan Om Ndut di pasar lokal dapat terus meningkat, mendukung pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan, dan menjadi model bagi usaha mikro lainnya di wilayah Cilacap.

Abstract

The community service program, especially for students at the Tahfizul Qur'an Istiqomah Islamic High School in Sambas, Purbalingga, aims to empower students by improving their competence and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. This community service team consists of the academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Al-Irsyad University Cilacap. Empowering santri with entrepreneurial acumen not only changes their future, but also the vitality of their community. Interactive workshops, mentoring programs, and real-world business projects equip them with critical thinking skills, creativity, and a resilient mindset. This blend of spiritual learning and practical business skills fosters well-rounded individuals who are ready to navigate and contribute to the modern economic landscape. This initiative not only teaches them how to start a business, but also fosters confidence. This approach echoes the transformative impact seen when the education system integrates practical skills—such as how the incorporation of technology in the classroom has changed the learning experience globally. Expanding such entrepreneurship programs can unlock untapped potential in other educational institutions, empowering more generations of young people to become catalysts for change in their own communities. Evaluation results show significant improvements in critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity. The program encourages students to think creatively and develop innovative solutions and business ideas. Students are better prepared to contribute to the economic development of their community, either by starting their own business or contributing to an existing business.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Cilacap. The research sample comprised 130 MSME participants. The sample was obtained using an online survey. This study employed Smart PLS 3.0 for analysis. The study indicates that entrepreneurial leadership positively influences MSME performance and innovative capability. Innovative capability favourably influences MSME performance and mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and MSME success. This study's drawback lies in its focus on food and beverage MSMEs in Cilacap, hindering the generalizability of the findings to other sectors or locations with distinct features. This study enhances the literature by empirically confirming the mediating function of Innovative Capability between Entrepreneurial Leadership and the performance of MSMEs, specifically within Indonesia's food and beverage industry. These findings emphasize the necessity for MSME leaders to cultivate entrepreneurial attributes and promote an atmosphere conducive to innovation. Organizations can enhance their performance metrics by investing in the Innovative Capabilities dimension, which encompasses a strategy emphasis on innovation, a conducive company culture, and practical knowledge management. Policymakers and practitioners can utilize these insights to build training programs and policies that foster leadership development and innovation in MSMEs. Additional research is advised to investigate other mediating or moderating variables, like technological advancements, market situations, or organizational frameworks.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation of Al-Irsyad Cilacap High School students in choosing entrepreneurship as their career choice. The background of this activity is the low interest of students in entrepreneurship due to a lack of understanding of career opportunities and benefits in this field. In addition, there is an assumption that entrepreneurship is a high-risk field and requires large capital, thus reducing students' interest in pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. Through a series of presentations and interactive discussions, students are introduced to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, the importance of innovation in business, and the opportunities and challenges faced by entrepreneurs. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' interest and understanding of entrepreneurship. Surveys conducted before and after the activity showed a 30% increase in students' interest in continuing their studies in entrepreneurship. In addition, students also showed an increased understanding of the role of entrepreneurship in creating jobs and reducing unemployment. This activity succeeded in providing inspiration and motivation to students to pursue a career in entrepreneurship as prospective young entrepreneurs, as well as equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the future. It is hoped that similar activities can continue to be carried out to support the development of student potential and create a young generation that is ready to face the challenges of the world of work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang menjual ikan laut, menganalisis standar harga jual dalam menghitung tingkat keuntungan, dan menganalisis kendala penjualan yang digunakan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Sparadley yaitu observasi langsung dan wawancara langsung dengan “informan kunci”.Responden merupakan seluruh kelompok binaan yang ada di TKI Padanarang, Dinas Perikanan Cilacap. Wawancara akan dilakukan secara langsung dan analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk memperoleh beberapa sumber data yang diperoleh dari data sekunder yang akan diolah, seperti: sensus penduduk, data harga pasar dan harga jual ikan, serta data penjualan ikan UMKM dengan beberapa jenis kegiatan yang ditawarkan. Model yang diterapkan secara turun-temurun sejak zaman dahulu dirasa sudah cukup diterapkan oleh masyarakat sekitar pesisir pantai TPI. peningkatan keuntungan UMKM yang signifikan di wilayah penelitian yaitu 24,21% atau dari Rp 1.000.000 menjadi Rp 3.000.000 dalam beberapa waktu (kurang dari sebulan). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi tradisional telah memberikan banyak manfaat yang signifikan.

Abstract

. The purpose of this study was to determine whether supply chain management has a practical effect on the performance of food and beverage MSMEs in Purwokerto. The research sample consisted of 100 MSME actors. Sample collection used an online questionnaire. The analysis used in this study used Smart PLS 3.0. The results stated that SCMP did not have a direct positive effect on MSME performance, but it positively affected digital adaptation. Digital Adaptation did not significantly affect MSME performance or mediate the relationship between SCMP and MSME performance. The limitation of this study is that the scope of this study is limited to food and beverage MSMEs in Purwokerto, which may affect the ability to generalize the findings to other sectors or regions with different characteristics. Theoretically, this study contributes to the existing literature by challenging the alleged positive relationship between SCMP, Digital Adaptation, and MSME performance. Practically, these findings indicate that MSMEs should not assume that implementing SCMP and adopting digital technology will automatically improve performance. Further research is recommended to use a broader and more diverse sample across industries and regions to improve the generalization of findings.
