Abstract

Processing of student progress data is currently done through recording in a book (logbook). This process is carried out by academic advisory lecturers. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile application for the academic progress of students of the Information Systems Department at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research method used is qualitative and the application development uses the waterfall method. The Design and Build of Mobile Applications for Student Progress in the Information Systems Department at the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Alauddin Makassar was created using an android-based programming language with web-based programming (PHP), MySQL, as the database and this system uses the Black Box testing method. The results of this study resulted in a mobile application for the progress of students of the Department of Information Systems at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Alauddin Makassar. Where based on a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions and distributed to 27 respondents, the final result obtained is an average total percentage of 81.2%, which means that respondents strongly agree with this system. Abstract

Letter disposition is a response that a document received and read by work supervisor/leader as follow-up activity. Next step is to instruct the subordinate to finish remaining tasks flow. The process of this letter disposition is one of the activities at the Makassar City DPRD office which is still less effective processes. One obstacle in the disposition process is need more time to be completed, where the work supervisor is not always in place caused by bustle. Consequently affected to the distribution process of letters. This study aims to determine the implementation of the letter disposition system that occurs at the Makassar City DPRD office and then attempt a solution to a system to facilitate staff or employees in managing letters. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely by observation, interviews and documentation review. Then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The resulting system includes several features such as incoming and outgoing mail data, disposition processes, employee users, and reporting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by HR training and development consulting services. The problem faced by CV Boengkar Nusantara Jaya is the ineffectiveness in disseminating information because it is still in the form of brochures to distribute to agencies and companies so that this institution takes quite a long time to process activities because it has to hold meetings repeatedly. The next problem is that it is difficult for customers to know the location of activities and frequent schedule collisions with other customers due to lack of information on activity locations and lack of information on activity schedules. The type of research carried out is qualitative research and the methods used to obtain data are observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires The waterfall method is the application design methodology used in this study. The black box testing approach is used in system testing.

Abstract

Making dashboards has many functions from various aspects, one aspect that utilizes the use of the dashboard is in terms of education. In terms of education, the dashboard can be used as a forum for meeting the needs of higher education accreditation. UIN Alauddin Makassar, especially in the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, is a study program which in its accreditation implementation involves BAN-PT as an assessor of study program achievements. This study aims to create a web-based dashboard that can facilitate the collection of information and data for the 9 criteria for the accreditation process of study programs. The method used in this research is the prototype method, which consists of stages (1) listening to customers, (2) building and improving prototypes, and (3) testing prototypes. The result to be obtained as an output in this research is an information system in the form of a dashboard that can facilitate monitoring of accreditation data for 9 (nine) criteria.

Abstract

Saat ini, Indonesia menghadapi masalah serius terkait stunting dan wasting pada anak, yang disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan ibu terkait isu kesehatan ini. Perlu adanya perbaikan dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat tingkat primer, yang merupakan langkah awal dalam menjaga kesehatan anak dan ibu hamil. Di era teknologi yang pesat ini, digitalisasi menjadi solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu. Penelitian ini menghadirkan inovasi berupa Aplikasi PULIH (Pelayanan Unggul Layanan Ibu dan Anak Hidup Sehat), yang dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur layanan antrian, konsultasi dokter, edukasi masyarakat, dan diagnosa dini stunting serta wasting. Keunikan aplikasi ini terletak pada fitur diagnosa dini yang belum ada pada aplikasi sejenis. Diharapkan Aplikasi PULIH dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan, terutama stunting dan wasting, di Indonesia.
