Abstract

Berbagai bentuk layanan penggaduan yang telah diimplementasi oleh banyak pemeritah kota, kabupaten, provinsi ataupun pemerintah pusat. Layanan penggaduan tersebut berbentuk layanan pengaduan langsung, call center, sms center, aplikasi berbasis web dan layanan berbasis mobile. Bentuk layanan tersebut memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan dan masih perlu adanya pengoptimalan penggunaan agar layanan tersebut meningkat efektivitas dan efesiensinya terhadap penanganan pengaduan masyarakat. Pada tulisan ini memaparkan oprtimalisasi penggunaan egovernment yang terinterasi dengan data kependudukan dengan perancangan aplikasi, uji coba aplikasi pada lingkup kecil, perumusan optimalisasi dan kajian dari hasil penerapan aplikasi pada masyarakat kota binjai.

Abstract

Missing values is a serious problem that most often found in real data today. The C4.5 method is a popular classification predictive modeling used because of its ease of implementation. However, C4.5 is still weak when testing data that contains large missing. In this study we used a hybrid approach the bootstrap method and k-NN imputation to overcome missing values. The proposed method tested using Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) data, and evaluated using accuracy and AUC. The results showed that the proposed method was superior in overcoming missing values in CKD. It can be concluded that the proposed method is able to overcome missing values for chronic kidney disease prediction.

Abstract

Penentuan jumlah klaster K-Means adalah masalah utama yang paling popular di kalangan peneliti data mining karena sulitnya menentukan informasi dari data secara apriori akibatnya dimungkinkan hasil klaster tidak optimal dan cepat terjebak ke dalam minimum lokal. Metode pengklasteran otomatis dengan pendekatan evolutionary computation (EC) dapat menyelesaikan masalah K-Means. Metode automatic clustering differential evolution (ACDE) adalah salah satu metode pendekatan EC yang terkenal karena dapat menangani data berdimensi tinggi dan meningkatkan kinerja penglasteran K-Means dengan nilai validitas klaster yang rendah. Namun, proses penentuan ambang batas aktivasi k pada ACDE masih bergantung pada pertimbangan pengguna sehingga proses penentuan jumlah klaster K-Means belum efisien. Pada penelitian ini, masalah ACDE akan diperbaiki menggunakan metode u-control chart (UCC) yang terbukti efisien digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah penentuan jumlah klaster K-Means secara otomatis. Model yang diusulkan dievaluasi menggunakan kumpulan data terkini seperti data sintetik dan data real (iris, glass, wine, vowel, ruspini) dari repositori UCI serta menggunakan davies bouldin index (DBI) dan cosine similarity measure (CS) sebagai metode evaluasinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode UCC berhasil meningkatkan metode K-Means dengan nilai objektif DBI dan CS terendah masing-masing sebesar 0.470 dan 0.577. Nilai objektif DBI dan CS terendah adalah metode terbaik. Model yang diusulkan memiliki kinerja pengklasteran lebih unggul setelah dibandingkan dengan metode terkini lainnya seperti metode genetic clustering for unknown k (GCUK), dynamic clustering pso (DCPSO) dan automatic clustering approach based on differential evolution algorithm combining with K-Means for crisp clustering (ACDE) untuk hampir seluruh evaluasi fungsi objektif DBI dan CS. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, metode UCC mampu memperbaiki kelemahan metode ACDE pada penentuan jumlah klaster K-Means dengan menentukan ambang batas aktivasi k secara otomatis.

Abstract

Making dashboards has many functions from various aspects, one aspect that utilizes the use of the dashboard is in terms of education. In terms of education, the dashboard can be used as a forum for meeting the needs of higher education accreditation. UIN Alauddin Makassar, especially in the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, is a study program which in its accreditation implementation involves BAN-PT as an assessor of study program achievements. This study aims to create a web-based dashboard that can facilitate the collection of information and data for the 9 criteria for the accreditation process of study programs. The method used in this research is the prototype method, which consists of stages (1) listening to customers, (2) building and improving prototypes, and (3) testing prototypes. The result to be obtained as an output in this research is an information system in the form of a dashboard that can facilitate monitoring of accreditation data for 9 (nine) criteria.

Abstract

Food stalls play a role in helping fulfil daily needs by offering convenient and fast services, so people like to eat food at food stalls. If contaminated cutlery is used, those who use it may be infected with disease-causing microbes. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of Coliform bacteria in water both before and after being used to clean food utensils in food stalls around the Medistra Institute of Health Lubuk Pakam. Methods: The method used is quantitative, as well as experimental to test water quality with applicable quality standards and describe the results of research based on literature review. Results: Of the 4 food stalls around the Medistra Institute of Health, it shows that there are 3 food stalls in the category of not meeting health requirements and 1 other food stall in the category of meeting health requirements based on the maximum number of total coliforms for piped and non-piped water 10/100 and 50/100 ml of water samples respectively in accordance with Permenkes No. 416/Per/Menkes/IX/1990. The quality of washing water (clean water) used in food stalls around the Medistra Institute of Health based on the results of laboratory tests of total Coliform, from four food stalls around the Medistra Institute of Health, 3 food stalls in the category of not meeting health requirements and 1 other food stall in the category of meeting the requirements according to Permenkes No. 416/Per/Menkes/IX/1990, concerning clean water quality for piped and non-piped water with numbers 10/100 ml and 50/100 ml of water samples. Abstract

Body Positivity Movement merupakan gerakan sosial yang berkembang pesat dalam era media sosial sebagai respons terhadap dominasi standar kecantikan sempit. Gerakan ini menekankan penerimaan semua bentuk tubuh tanpa diskriminasi, membongkar label negatif yang dilekatkan pada tubuh non-konvensional. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji dinamika Body Positivity Movement dengan menggunakan pendekatan Teori Labeling Howard Becker serta menjelaskan peran media sosial sebagai medium perubahan narasi sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur dan observasi media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memperkuat resistensi terhadap stigma tubuh, membangun solidaritas sosial baru, dan menghadirkan tantangan berupa komersialisasi gerakan. Artikel ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman akademik mengenai transformasi norma sosial di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis Android guna mendiagnosis penyakit pada balita menggunakan metode Dempster-Shafer dan penelusuran Forward Chaining. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai solusi terhadap pentingnya deteksi dini penyakit pada balita, mengingat masa usia dini merupakan fase pertumbuhan yang sangat krusial. Dengan memanfaatkan metode Dempster-Shafer, sistem mampu mengolah ketidakpastian data gejala dan menghasilkan diagnosis yang akurat, sementara Forward Chaining berperan dalam menelusuri aturan berbasis fakta yang tersedia. Hasil yang di dapat yakni 98% pilek berdasarkan deteksi penyakit dan pengujian dengan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai fungsinya dan hasil diagnosis konsisten dengan perhitungan manual. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam mendukung pelayanan kesehatan anak, serta membuka peluang pengembangan sistem pakar berbasis Android yang lebih luas di masa mendatang. Saran kedepan agar lebih di perdalam lagi dalam proses mengidentifikasi penyakit balita dengan metode lainnya.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping children's character and spirituality from an early age, particularly through the ability to read the Qur'an. However, based on national survey results and observations at TPQ Syuhada in Bengkulu City, children's Qur'anic reading skills remain low, as indicated by hesitant reading, inaccurate pronunciation, and improper intonation. In fact, the IQRA method is known as an effective, gradual, and systematic approach to teaching Qur'anic reading. This study aims to describe the efforts of Community Service Program (KKN) students in optimizing the IQRA method to improve Qur'an reading skills among TPQ students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the active involvement of KKN students through mentoring, the use of varied methods, and motivational support has a positive impact on the improvement of children's Qur'anic reading quality. Challenges such as limited time and resources were addressed through creative and adaptive approaches. These findings contribute to the development of Qur'anic learning in TPQ and the implementation of religion-based KKN programs.

Abstract

Social innovation is often considered to have great potential to encourage sustainable development and transformation towards more sustainable economic practices. Many companies in preparing community empowerment programs with an orientation that is simply considered good at the start, even just to meet the interests of certain parties, but do not plan what benefits are targeted so that they quickly become obsolete. In order not to be left behind, companies must form a business model, embrace many parties, create sustainable programs from year to year, and prepare an exit strategy carefully. This article discusses social innovation practices in the PT PLN UIK Tanjung Jati B TJSL program based on the social innovation process model and empirical practice. This article contributes to improving the concept of social innovation, how social innovation succeeds and what factors encourage its emergence and growth.

Abstract

Motorcycles are among the most popular means of transportation in Indonesia. However, traffic accidents remain a significant issue, particularly in the city of Sungai Penuh. A contributing factor to the high accident rate is the risky behavior exhibited by motorcycle riders. This study aims to investigate the impact of motorcycle riders’ risky behavior on traffic safety in Sungai Penuh City and to assess the level of traffic awareness among these riders. The research employed a quantitative method, utilizing data collected through questionnaires. The sample comprised 100 respondents from the Sungai Penuh community, selected through the random sampling technique. The questionnaire featured 24 statements categorized into two variables: risky behavior and traffic safety of motorcycle riders. Responses were measured using a Likert scale. For data analysis, a simple linear regression test was conducted to determine the relationship between the variables. The findings indicate that the risky behavior of motorcycle riders does not have a significant positive impact on traffic safety. Such behaviors account for 17.4% of traffic safety outcomes, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other factors, including environmental conditions, road quality, time of day, and driving conditions. Furthermore, the level of awareness among motorcycle riders regarding risky behavior and traffic safety is moderate. Common risky behaviors among motorcycle riders include not wearing helmets on short trips and riding at high speeds. Traffic safety practices that need improvement include regularly checking vehicle conditions and using protective gear such as gloves and shoes
