Abstract

Indonesia’s coastline, particularly Kendal Regency in Central Java, faces critical mangrove degradation due to land-use changes and rising sea levels. This study aims to asses the condition and erosion impacting Kendal's mangrove ecosystems to inform future conservation strategies. Using remote sensing technology, multi-spatial and multi-temporal imagery from 2005–2023 was analyzed and validated with field observations to evaluate mangrove species composition, structure, and land changes. The mangrove area increased by 52% in three locations, with the Bodri River delta (Pidodo Kulon and Pidodo Wetan villages) showing the most significant growth at 76.69 hectares. Ngebum Beach (Mororejo) had the largest proportional increase, reaching 185%. The ecosystems are moderately diverse, containing at least 11 mangrove species, though Rhizophora dominates due to extensive planting efforts. Despite stable conditions, these ecosystems face threats from deforestation for aquaculture, the primary driver of land erosion, compounded by rising sea levels. Although mangrove areas have expanded significantly, ongoing challenges include erosion, anthropogenic pressures, and limited species diversity. Future strategies must involve multi-stakeholder collaboration to implement sustainable practices, promote species diversity, develop erosion mitigation models, and conduct awareness campaigns to ensure the resilience of Kendal’s mangrove ecosystems.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang sering dialami pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa adalah penambahan berat badan di antara dua waktu hemodialisa atau dikenal dengan interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). Meningkatnya derajat IDWG pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa dianggap dapat memengaruhi perubahan tekanan darah intradialitik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara derajat IDWG dan perubahan tekanan darah intradialitik pada pasien GGK yang dirawat di RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyk 98 responden, yang diambil menggunakan consecutive sampling. Alat pengumpul data adalah lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Pearson chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan derajat IDWG pada pasien GGK di ruang hemodialisa RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu dalam ketegori derajat ringan sebanyak 44 (44,9%). Perubahan tekanan darah intradialitik pada pasien GGK di ruang hemodialisa RSUD Kabupaten  Indramayu sebanyak 61 (62,2%) mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah intradialitik sistolik, dan sebanyak 55 (56,1%) mengalami penurunan tekanan darah intradialitik diastolik. Hasil analisa lanjut didapatkan nilai p value 0,232 dan 0,785. Karena kedua p value > ? 0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan antara derajat IDWG dengan perubahan tekanan darah intradialitik, baik sistolik maupun diastolik. Selanjutnya perlu adanya penelitian tentang faktor determinan perubahan tekanan darah intradialitik pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa.
