Abstract

The background of this research is the students who memorize the Qur'an at Pondok Tahfiz Sheikh Haji Jabang Tabing Mosque, the motivation of children in memorizing is decreasing day by day, they are a lot of lazy in memorizing, many of their memorization is missing, there are still many who don't. serious in memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely research that tries to describe, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with data that can be obtained in the field, which cannot be described in the form of numbers. This study describes the motivation of students in memorizing the Qur'an at Pondok Tahfiz Sheikh Haji Jabang Tabing Mosque through the Tasalsuli Method. In collecting the required data, the writer needs to do it through observation, interviews, informants, namely students, as key informants, tahfiz teachers and parents as supporting informants. The results showed that the lack of motivation in memorizing the Qur'an while internal factors (inside themselves) that influenced students in memorizing the Qur'an were seen from the physiological aspect, psychological aspects. Abstract

This research is motivated in the teaching and learning process, the teacher uses the lecture method, although it is rarely applied by the teacher in the teaching and learning process, it's just that the teacher is more often in making summaries and giving assignments to students. The teacher has made efforts or methods in the learning process even though not all of them have been implemented by the teacher, the goal is that students are motivated in learning, but in fact there are still some things that researchers found, it can be seen from the lack of student interest in learning fiqh, students do not do the tasks given by the teacher , and students pay less attention when the teacher explains the material when learning takes place, some talk to their classmates, or do other things that can interfere with learning concentration. Therefore, to achieve success they need the spirit and motivation of a teacher. As for the author's goal in this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing student motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a method that describes the situation that occurs in the field systematically. Sources of data in this study were teachers who taught Fiqh in class VII as key informants, while the supporting informants in this study were class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam Balingka. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation, as well as to measure the validity of the data using something else by comparing the data obtained from the observation data and the results of interviews with the research object. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts in increasing student learning motivation in class VII Fiqh learning at MTsN 3 Agam Balingka are less than optimal due to the teacher's efforts to increase students' motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII is only by giving numbers, giving tests, know learning outcomes, and praise. While the teacher has not implemented the provision of prizes, competition or competition, ego-involvement and punishment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon from the author's observations that the range of moral development carried out by PAI teachers to their students has not gone well, because there are still many of their students who have morals that are not in accordance with the teachings taught by their teachers, such as smoking during recess, playing cellphones. when studying, rarely do assignments, clothes are not neat, often late, likes to pull out and likes to bully his classmates. This study aims to describe the Creativity of Islamic Education Teachers in Fostering Student Morals at SMA N 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subject of this research is 1 PAI teacher and curriculum representative at the school. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews, the data analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis technique and the data validity technique is observation, increasing persistence, triangulation, when it comes back to research later the researcher uses supporting reference materials and hacks. The results of data analysis show that creative teachers can be seen from four aspects of creativity, namely fluency in thinking, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results of the research from the four aspects of creativity that teachers have about the creativity of PAI teachers in fostering the morals of students at SMA N 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency, not all teachers have criteria for these four aspects due to the low knowledge about creativity possessed by teachers. Even so, teachers continue to try to create ideas so that they can develop students' morals well. For example, they hold extracurricular activities and involve their students, so that their talents and interests are channeled and the purpose of the extracurricular itself is to avoid delinquency.  Keywords: Creativity, PAI Teacher, Fostering Morals
