Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to describe the improvement of Indonesian language learning achievement with the application of lesson study learning strategies in class VII D students of SMPN 3 Ponorogo in the 2022/2023 academic year. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The process of Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out using the model of Kemmis and Mc.Taggart. The research subjects used were students in class VII D SMPN 3 Ponorogo, totalling 32 students. Techniques used for data collection were observation and interview. The lesson study learning strategy for Indonesian language learning material on summarising fiction and non-fiction books was carried out with three stages, namely plan, do, and see which were carried out in three cycles. The results of data obtained the results of learning completeness by students who were classically "achieved". The ability to summarise fiction and non-fiction books can be improved through the learning process by applying lesson study learning strategies. The increase in students' learning completeness in each cycle, namely in cycle 1 had a percentage of 71.86% (not yet achieved), cycle 2 was 81.25% (not yet achieved), and cycle 3 was 93.75% (achieved). Abstract

This research is based on the emergence of the phenomenon of a lack of understanding of persuasive reading in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 2 Balong. This has an impact on the ability to identify persuasive text information. In the pre-cycle implementation, the results showed that students liked learning that was shared or classical. So that this study applies a meticulous technique to improve learning outcomes in identifying persuasive text information. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data was collected using observation techniques, note-taking techniques, and giving final tests. The data used in this study is in the form of learning outcomes to identify persuasive texts obtained during 3 cycles of learning. The results show that the improvement of classical learning outcomes and the results of the final test are able to achieve minimal mastery. In classical learning cycle 1, students get an average score of 76 with a completeness percentage of 33%. In cycle 2, students get an average score of 82 with a completeness percentage of 83%. In cycle 3, students get an average score of 85 with a completeness percentage of 81%. In addition, students have better self-confidence after doing classical learning for 2 cycles. This is evident in the results of individual learning in cycle 3 which has been able to achieve a minimum percentage of completeness. Keywords: Clever; Information Identification; Persuasive Text.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the condition of students' writing skills, especially producing a text in class VII of SMPN 1 Babadan, which is low. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of response text writing skills in fiction and nonfiction books with the application of the Guiding Questions technique in class VIIA students of SMPN 1 Babadan in the 2022/2023 academic year. This Classroom Action Research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques, while the techniques used are tests and observations. To carry out the research, the researcher chose the research subject, namely class VIIA students of SMPN 1 Babadan with a student capacity of 25 children. From the results of data analysis obtained after conducting research using the Guiding Questions technique, it was able to improve the skills of writing responses to the fiction and nonfiction books they had read. It can be seen that the average student writing skills from the data obtained in cycle 1 is 75 and increased in cycle 2 which is 81. Directly proportional to the data also shows that students who meet and exceed the predetermined KKM have increased in each cycle, namely in cycle 1 60% and cycle 2 96%. Abstract

This research is correlational in nature. The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between vocabulary mastery in Indonesian and the narrative writing ability of visually impaired students in grade VII at SLBN Dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat Ngawi. The sample of this study consists of 5 visually impaired students in grade VII. Data collection techniques were conducted through vocabulary tests and narrative writing tasks. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively using correlation analysis methods. The quantitative results show that 1) The correlation analysis results reveal that the score from vocabulary tests conducted by the researcher on visually impaired grade VII students yielded a value of 0.998, which is greater than the product-moment correlation table value of 0.878. This indicates that the calculated r-value is greater than the r-table value (0.998 > 0.878). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between vocabulary mastery and narrative writing ability among visually impaired grade VII students at SLBN Dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat Ngawi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikanimplementasi model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat, kemampuan menulis teks narasi imajinatif siswa, dan keunggulan serta kelemahan model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran, yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif.Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan klaster kualitas sekolah, yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Magetan, SMP Negeri 2 Sukomoro, dan SMP Negeri 2 Poncol. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII pada masing-masing sekolah. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes menulis teks narasi imajinatif, pedoman observasi, dan panduan wawancara. Jenis sumber data yaitu 3 orang guru matapelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan 6 orang siswa danaktivitas kegiatan pembelajaran menulis teks narasi imajinatif. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dan analisis model interaktif untuk data kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa guru telah menerapkan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan sintaksnya. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa kemampuan menulis teks narasi imajinatif siswa tergolong baik dengan diterapkannya model rekreasi-prokreasi berbasis cerita rakyat. Model ini memiliki keunggulan, yaitu dapat mendorong terciptanya suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mengembangkan kreativitas siswa melalui berpikir kritis dan mencipta, sedangkan kelemahan yang ditemukan berkaitan dengan masalah teknis dan prosedural.
