Abstract

Television as a mass media which is almost in a century became the most preferred mass media at this time began to be disrupted by the presence of new media, namely social media. This new media is growing in the country which makes Indonesia one of the highest internet users in the world. Nearly half of Indonesia's population is currently an internet user, they access the internet generally from smart phones or smartphones. Indonesian mass media audiences (especially the younger generation) have now switched to the use of media, not only the print media that are increasingly unsold, but also affect television media. The pattern of watching TV has changed. The audience is not completely transfixed by the broadcast hours and broadcast time. In the internet era, people can watch TV anytime and anywhere. In addition, watching TV shows does not always have to be from a television set, but many viewers, especially millennials who watch through gadgets, smartphones or laptops. Television broadcasting is currently strictly regulated and supervised by the government through the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, but social media is still very free because there are no specific regulations. The audience can watch anything including spectacle which is strictly prohibited to be broadcast on television, through social media a prohibited spectacle is very easy and free to be watched by anyone.

Abstract

The spread of tuberculosis can occur in two ways, namely exogenous and endogenous. The spread of tuberculosis exogenously or Exogenous Reinfection of tuberculosis can be observed using a mathematical model. Then an analysis of the mathematical model with a bifurcation approach was carried out. Based on the result, it was found that there was a change in stability properties and the type of equilibrium point in the distribution equation system of exogenous reinfection tuberculosis, where the parameter that occurred bifurcation was , with . When value of is smaller than zero, the system of differential equations of exogenous reinfection tuberculosis shows an unstable with a saddle point type, when the value of is equal to zero the system of differential equations cannot be determined its stability, and when system of differential equations shows asymptotic stability, where there is a change in species. The points are nodes, star nodes, and spirals.

Abstract

Abstract

The background of the problem is that students have difficulty finding inspiration to complete assignments, are late in submitting assignments, and look unenthusiastic when studying. The purpose of the study was to find out what efforts teachers make to improve students' learning motivation. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is carried out using triangulation techniques. The research procedure goes through the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study are: (1) students gain an understanding of the learning process by understanding the goals and benefits of learning (2) students gain self-awareness of learning (3) teachers provide gentle touches as a motivator for students' enthusiasm (4) teachers give gifts as a form of appreciation (5) teachers give praise and awards as a form of appreciation (6) teachers create a healthy competitive learning climate in the classroom (7) teachers do not inform students of their learning achievements (8) teachers use multimedia when teaching (9) teachers use multi-methods when teaching.   Keywords: Teacher Effort, Learning Motivation, Creative Batik Crafts
