Abstract

This community service research aims to describe hygiene care activities with the community located in the Al-Musta'in Mushollah, Ngentak Hamlet, Sumberjo Village, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency. The author used descriptive qualitative research with observation and documentation data collection techniques at the research location. The research method used before the activity was Particaptory Action Research (PAR). The results of the research show that the residents of Sumberjo Village have a high level of concern for cleanliness around the Al-Musta'in Musholla area in Ngentak Hamlet. These findings illustrate that there is a high sense of togetherness and solidarity among residents, as well as showing the existence of strong values of friendship and mutual respect between fellow residents. This reflects the culture of mutual cooperation that is still strong in society, where they not only care about the cleanliness of the environment individually, but also actively participate in maintaining cleanliness together, making the Al-Musta'in Musholla a focal point for uniting in efforts environmental maintenance and positive social values.

Abstract

The activity of mentoring mosque youth in the routine of tadarus every Friday night at the Al Amanah Mosque, Ngingas, Waru, Sidoarjo aims to increase interest in studying the Koran in the community, especially among teenagers. Through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, this service utilizes local potential such as the spirit of mutual cooperation, the presence of active mosque youth, and support from religious figures. The results of the activity show an increase in community participation in tadarus, an increase in the ability to read the Koran, and the formation of religious character and social solidarity between residents. This activity not only makes the mosque a place of worship, but also a center for inclusive and sustainable religious learning. Active participation of teenagers in tadarus activities is also a means of developing leadership and forming Islamic character. This activity is expected to be a model of religious-based community empowerment that can be replicated in other environments with ongoing support from various parties.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penyelesaian sengketa merek usaha dagang di Indonesia, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran prinsip itikad baik, dengan fokus pada studi kasus antara merek bantal HARVEST dan HARVESTLUXURY. Perlindungan merek diberikan kepada pemilik merek yang pertama kali mendaftarkannya di bawah sistem hukum Indonesia, yang mengikuti prinsip first to file. Namun, sistem ini membuka celah terjadinya pendaftaran oleh pihak yang bertindak tidak jujur dan bertujuan mengambil keuntungan dari reputasi merek lain. Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan prinsip itikad baik dalam prosedur pendaftaran merek dan kaitannya dengan aspek teori kepastian hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan tinjauan pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, ditemukan bahwa prinsip itikad baik memegang peranan sentral dalam perlindungan hukum atas merek, serta menjadi dasar pembatalan pendaftaran yang dilakukan dengan niat yang tidak jujur. Putusan Pengadilan Niaga Surabaya yang membatalkan merek HARVESTLUXURY menegaskan pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap prinsip moral dan kejujuran dalam praktik pendaftaran merek, guna memberikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi para pelaku usaha yang memiliki reputasi baik.
