Abstract

Advancements in information and communications technology (ICT) have accelerated significantly in the last decade, with key indicators such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing demonstrating a level of technological development far surpassing previous years. This progress has provided substantial benefits to society, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of information across various sectors. However, these technological advances also present challenges, particularly concerning increasingly complex cybercrimes that are frequently encountered by Generation Z as active internet users. Community service activities were conducted at Vocational High School Insan Cendekia Yogyakarta on June 11-12, 2024, aiming to increase the students’ awareness of cybersecurity and digital literacy. The activities included lectures, demonstrations, and discussions on cybercrime and digital literacy, involving 35 participants. Results from pretests and posttests indicated a significant improvement in participants' knowledge, with an average score increase of 11.43 points or 16.8%. Participant satisfaction surveys also revealed that the activity was highly beneficial and met expectations. Overall, the activity successfully achieved its primary objective of enhancing students' awareness and knowledge about cybersecurity, evidenced by high levels of participation and satisfaction.

Abstract

Digital literacy is not only limited to the ability to use digital devices and applications, but also involves a deep understanding of cyber security awareness. In this digital era, threats to cyber security are increasingly complex and can affect the continuity of every aspect of life, including education and health. Therefore, increasing awareness of the importance of cyber security, especially among students at the Cipta Bhakti Husada Yogyakarta Health Vocational School is crucial. In this research, the author used a qualitative research method with a descriptive model. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can provide students with a better understanding of potential risks and precautions in cyberspace. In addition, we want to improve students' skills in using technology wisely, ethically, and safely. We also need to be committed to continuing to develop digital literacy and cyber security awareness among students so that students can grow into an intelligent and creative generation in facing a digital era full of challenges. In this way, they can become agents of change who are able to face the challenges of the digital world with a positive and responsible attitude. Keywords: Digital Literacy; Cyber Security Cipta Bhakti Husada Yogyakarta Health Vocational School Students

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether organizational climate can moderate the effect of work conflict on job stress. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 58 lecturers at Yogyakarta State University (UNY), selected through purposive sampling. The analysis was conducted using validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 21. The findings indicate that role conflict has a positive and significant effect on lecturers’ job stress at UNY, meaning that the higher the level of role conflict, the greater the stress experienced. Meanwhile, organizational climate is found to negatively and significantly moderate the effect of role conflict on job stress. In other words, the more positive the organizational climate, the weaker the effect of role conflict on job stress. These findings highlight the importance of managing individual roles and organizational efforts in fostering a positive climate to minimize job stress. The study suggests conducting similar research at other higher education institutions by including additional variables and employing a qualitative approach to gain deeper insights. This research contributes to the understanding of the moderating role of organizational climate in the relationship between role conflict and job stress and serves as a foundation for universities in formulating policies to promote a positive organizational climate.
