This study examines the use and development of instructional media by the teachers of Office Administration Vocational School (OAVS) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The population of this survey research is all teachers of OAVS in DIY. This research employed the purposive sampling technique and considered only the teachers who had been teaching productive subjects for at least five years. The descriptive analysis technique was used to conduct the data analysis. The result shows all the teachers of OAVS in DIY have utilized learning media in teaching and learning activities. The most widely used type of instructional media is the PowerPoint. The technical constraints experienced in utilizing learning media are related to the preparation of using learning media. While the non-technical are related to the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Teachers of OAVS in DIY who have developed learning media are still at a low level. Technical things experienced by teachers in developing learning media are constrained in the process of planning the development of learning media and should look for media experts who will validate. The non-technical constraints faced by teachers in media development are issues about facilities and low teacher motivation.

Abstrak: Efektivitas Media Pembelajaran Powerpoint Berbasis Animasi Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar. Mutu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu indikator sebuah pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diraih siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah media powerpoint berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas, 2) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Abstract: The Effectiveness Of Learning Media Powerpoint Based Animation In Increasing Motivation And Learning Achievement. The quality of education is affected by many factors, one of the factors that affect the quality of education is the quality of learning at school. One of the indicators of a quality learning can be seen from the results of the study earned students. Learning motivation may affect the achievement of the learning achievements of students. The utilization of the media in the process of learning in the classroom to create an atmosphere of learning into fun learning motivation can grow as well as learners. One of the media learning which can be utilized in improving learning and achievement motivation of learners is a media-based powerpoint animation. This research aims to find out whether the utilization of media learning powerpoint based animation can increase motivation and learning achievements learning educates learners on standards of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity. The subject of this research is all learners class X Office Administration amounted to 34 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) utilization of instructional media in powerpoint based animation can improve the learning motivation of learners on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity of media Utilization, 2) powerpoint animation based learning can improve the learning results of students on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure integrity.

Abstrak: Kesiapan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Mahasiswa Program Studi Sekretari D3 Tahun 2018. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai kompetensi lulusan Sekretari D3 ialah dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk PKL. Pelaksanaan PKL membutuhkan koordinasi yang baik antara mahasiswa, prodi sekretari D3 dan instansi mitra atau dunia kerja/dunia industri (DU/DI). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan dari segi administrasi dan teknis mahasiswa, Prodi dan DU/DI dalam pelaksanaan PKL tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian survey. Populasi sekaligus sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang melaksanakan PKL tahun 2018, Ketua Prodi Sekretari D3 dan pembimbing PKL. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian: 1) Kesiapan administrasi mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan PKL yaitu pemenuhan persyaratan, melakukan pendaftaran pada Prodi Sekretari D3, dan pendaftaran PKL pada DU/DI. Kesiapan prodi dalam pelaksanaan PKL secara administratif terdiri dari mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang memenuhi persyaratan, memfasilitasi proses pendaftaran, membuat jadwal penyelenggaraan pembekalan dan penunjukan dosen pembimbing. Kesiapan DU/DI dalam pelaksanaan PKL secara administratif terdiri atas penyediaan informasi penyelenggaraan PKL, proses penerimaan surat permohonan PKL dan penunjukan pembimbing PKL. 2) Kesiapan teknis dalam pelaksanaan PKL mahasiswa terdiri atas proses mencari informasi tempat PKL, mengikuti pembekalan, memperoleh buku panduan, melakukan pendaftaran, persiapan pelaksanaan PKL. Kesiapan prodi Sekretari D3 secara teknis yaitu menyelengarakan pembekalan, penjelasan teknis, menyediakan waktu konsultasi, persetujuan pelaksanaan PKL dan menyediakan dosen pembimbing. Kesiapan teknis DU/DI sebagai tempat PKL yaitu menyediakan fasilitas untuk mahasiswa yaitu tempat kerja, peralatan administrasi, uang saku dan uang lembur, membuat deskripsi pekerjaan untuk mahasiswa, membuat jadwal penyelenggaraan dan menyiapkan pembimbing yang sesuai latar belakang pendidikan mahsiswa. Abstract: Field Work Practice Readiness (PKL) for D3 Secretary Study Program Students in 2018. One way to achieve the competence of D3 Secretary graduates is to provide opportunities for students to PKL. The implementation of PKL requires good coordination between students, D3 secretary study programs and partner agencies or the world of work/industry (DU/DI). The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness in terms of administrative and technical students, study programs and DU/DI in the implementation of PKL in 2018. This type of research is survey research. The population as well as the sample in this study are students who carry out PKL in 2018, the Head of the D3 Secretary Study Program and the PKL supervisor. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study: 1) Administrative readiness of students in the implementation of PKL, namely fulfillment of requirements, registering at the D3 Secretary Study Program, and PKL registration at DU / DI. The readiness of study programs in the implementation of PKL administratively consists of identifying students who meet the requirements, facilitating the registration process, making a schedule for organizing debriefing and appointment of supervisors. DU / DI readiness in implementing PKL administratively consists of providing information on the implementation of PKL, the process of receiving PKL application letters and the appointment of PKL. 2) Technical readiness in implementing student PKL consists of the process of finding information on the location of PKL, taking part in debriefing, obtaining guidebooks, registering, preparing for the implementation of PKL. Technical readiness of the D3 Secretariat is to conduct debriefing, technical explanations, provide consultation time, approval for the implementation of PKL and provide a supervisor. DU / DI's technical readiness as a place for PKL is to provide facilities for students, namely workplaces, administrative equipment, pocket money and overtime pay, make job descriptions for students, make a schedule for implementation and prepare counselors that are appropriate for students' educational background.

Abstrak: Studi Pelaksanaan PPL Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FE UNY di SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang berhubungan dengan sosialisasi, jumlah kesanggupan (kuota) dan observasi pada proses pelaksanaan Praktik Lapangan Terbimbing (PLT) bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FE UNY di SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen DIY tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SMK yang menjadi tempat PPL di DIY dan seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrai Perkantoran yang melaksanakan PPL tahun 2017 di SMK se DIY. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru pembimbing PPL 21 orang dan mahasiswa 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi PPL terdapat permasalahan yang menghambat yaitu pihak sekolah mitra merasa menghadiri kegiatan sosialisasi mengganggu kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, informasi yang diterima pada saat sosialiasi tidak jelas, informasi yang disampaikan pada saat sosialisasi kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah, informasi pada saat sosialisasi tidak mudah dimengerti oleh peserta, guru-guru yang terlibat kegiatan PPL kurang senang menerima informasi sosialisasi dan sosialisasi PPL tahun ini tidak mampu memecahkan permasalahan PPL tahun sebelumnya, informasi yang disampaikan pada saat sosialisasi implementasinya bergeser atau tidak sama dengan pelaksanaan PPL. (2) proses penetapan kuota PPL mengalami permasalahan yaitu keterlambatan pengiriman kuota. (3) Permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan observasi sekolah tanpa didampingi oleh dosen pembimbing membuat mahasiswa tidak percaya diri, tidak mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan, tidak mampu menyampaikan kebutuhan selama PPL, merasa bingung dalam melaksanakan observasi sekolah. Abstract: Study of PPL Implementation of Student Office Administration Education Study Program at UNY FE at Vocational School. This study aims to determine the barriers associated with socialization, the number of abilities (quota) and observation on the process of Field Practice Guided (PLT) for students of Education Program Administration FE UNY at SMK Business and Management DIY 2017. This research is a research descriptive. Population in this research is all of SMK which become place of PPL in DIY and all student of Education Study Program of Administration Official which implement PPL year 2017 at SMK se DIY. The subjects of the study consisted of the head of vocational school and mentor teachers 21 people and 72 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Questionnaires are used to explore facts about the opinions of students, principals of partners, and supervising teachers on the obstacles to the implementation of PPL Education Studies Program Administration Office. The technique used is descriptive quantitative. The result of the research indicates that (1) the implementation of socialization activities of PLM / PLT there are problems that hamper the school partner feel attending socialization activities interfere with learning activities in school, information received at the time of socialization is not clear, the information submitted at the time of socialization less appropriate with the needs of schools , the information at the time of the socialization is not easy to understand by the participants, the guruguru involved in PPL / PLT activities is less happy to receive information on socialization and socialization of PPL / PLT this year is not able to solve the problem of PPL the previous year, the information submitted during the socialization of its implementation shifted or not implementation of PPL / PLT. (2) PPL / PLT quota determination process has problems that is the delay of quota delivery. (3) Problems in the implementation of school observation without accompanied by supervisors make students are not confident, unable to solve problems, unable to convey the need for PPL / PLT, feel confused in carrying out school observation.

Abstrak: Efektivitas Unit Produksi dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Kewirausahaan SMK di Kota Yogyakarta. Pendidikan kejuruan didesain untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang terampil, mandiri dan memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan. Implementasi pendidikan kewirusahaan pada SMK telah dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu sumber belajar kewirausahaan pada SMK yaitu dengan memanfaatkan unit produksi. Pembelajaran praktik di unit produksi menuntut siswa untuk dapat menghasilkan barang/jasa kemudian mampu untuk menjual sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan finansial. Dengan mendapatkan keuntungan siswa menjadi lebih termotivasi dalam belajar kewirausahaan. Unit produksi SMK di Yogyakarta berjumlah 172, dari jumlah tersebut hanya 10% yang masih aktif beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas unit produksi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa di SMK Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan sample yaitu siswa yang pernah praktik di unit produksi dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan praktik pada unit produksi kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar kewirausahaan Abstract: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PRODUCTION UNITS IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE MOTIVATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING IN SMK YOGYAKARTA CITY. Vocational education designed to produce graduates who are skilled, independent and has the soul of entrepreneurship. Implementation of entrepreneurial education on the vocational high school has done a variety of ways. One of the sources of entrepreneurial learning in vocational high school that is by utilizing production units. Learning practice in production units demanding a student can produce the goods/services are then able to sell the resulting financial profit. With profit students become more motivated in learning entrepreneurship. Production units SMK in the Yogyakarta city amounted to 172, of this only 10 % which is still actively operating. This research aims to know the effectiveness of production units in improving entrepreneurial learning motivation of students in SMK. This research using survey method by using the sample that is students who never practice in production units and analysis performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that practices activities on production units are less effective in improving students ' motivation in learning entrepreneurship. The objective of this study was to determine how production units can be used effectively as an entreprenuership learning resource to increase the entrepreneurial learning motivation, to clarify the content of the entrepreneurial learning materials and to provide direct experiences for the Vocational High Schools students in Yogyakarta. This study is survey research with quantitative approach. The population of this study were 1.995 students of grade XI and grade XII at 17 Vocational High School in Yogyakarta. 333 students were selected as the sample. Questionnaires and documentation were used for collecting the data. The data was analysed through quantitative descriptive analysis using the Microsoft Excel software. The result of this study indicated that: (1) Production units were effective to increase the intrinsic entrepreneurial learning motivation of the students (2) Production units were ineffective to increase the extrinsic entrepreneurial learning motivation of the students (3) Production units were ineffective to clarify the entrepreneurial learning materials (4) Production units were ineffective to provide direct experiences for the students.

Pelatihan pengelolaan arsip keluarga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang arti penting arsip keluarga dan memberikan bekal keterampilan dalam pengelolaan kearsipan keluarga di Kelurahan Wates, Kulonprogo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2019. Lokasi pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah Kelurahan Wates, Kulonprogo. Peserta pelatihan dalam kegiatan ini adalah perwakilan anggota PKK. Jumlah peserta pelatihan yaitu 26 orang yang mewakili setiap RT di Kelurahan Wates. Peserta yang mendapatkan pelatihan ini akan ditunjuk sebagai kader dalam mensosialisaikan kesadaran dan arti penting arsip keluarga. Pelaksanaan pelatihan kearsipan keluarga dilakukan melalui empat tahap yaitu: (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) pelatihan tahap pertama, (3) pelatihan tahap kedua, serta (4) monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada pelatihan tahap pertama dan kedua terdapat instrumen pretest dan posttest yang digunakan unuk instrumen ecaluasi peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan kearsipan keluarga berjalan dengan baik. Pada pelatihan tahap pertama terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta saat pretest dan posttest. Pada pelatihan tahap kedua juga terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta saat pretest dan posttest.

The industrial era 4.0 demands changes in various aspects of life, including using the learning strategies and media. A learning strategy that suits the demands of the industrial era 4.0 is online learning using digital information technology-based. Many platforms offered to teachers for online learning, both paid and free platforms. Google Classroom is an example of a free online learning platform. Meanwhile, Office Administration Vocational School teacher usualy conduct offline learning using PowerPoint. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of learning media of Google Classroom and PowerPoint in increasing the learning motivation of students in Office Administration Vocational School (OAVS) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative approach, a quasi-experimental method, and a non-equivalent control group design model. The population was students of OAVS in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, covering four districts and one city. The sample was selected by cluster sampling technique based on the districts or city. Each district or city selected two schools as a sample, in which homogenous in characteristics. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation, and focus group discussion.AbstrakEra industri 4.0 menuntut perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk penggunaan strategi dan media pembelajaran. Strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era industri 4.0 adalah pembelajaran online menggunakan berbasis teknologi informasi digital. Banyak platform yang ditawarkan kepada guru untuk pembelajaran online, baik platform berbayar maupun gratis. Google Classroom adalah contoh platform pembelajaran online gratis. Sedangkan guru SMK Administrasi Perkantoran biasanya melakukan pembelajaran offline dengan menggunakan PowerPoint. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran Google Classroom dan PowerPoint dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMK Administrasi Perkantoran di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode eksperimen semu, dan model desain kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Administrasi Perkantoran di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang meliputi empat kabupaten dan satu kota. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik cluster sampling berdasarkan kabupaten atau kota. Setiap kabupaten atau kota memilih dua sekolah sebagai sampel yang sifatnya homogen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan focus group discussion.

Sebagian besar guru SMK mengalami keterbatasan waktu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran secara mandiri sedangkan media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bagian yang penting dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dan hal tersebut mutlak harus dipenuhi. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdi yaitu memfasilitasi guru SMK khususnya Manajemen Perkantorna dan Layanan Bisnis di Jawa Tengah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis PowerPoint dengan suara. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan diadakan yaitu workshop secara daring. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut 1) rerata tingkat partisipasi peserta adalah 58 orang atau sebesar 193,3% dari target yang telah ditetapkan, 2) rerata jumlah peserta yang lulus post-test 51 orang atau 204% dari target yang telah ditetapkan, 3) rerata persentase peserta yang memberikan respon menarik terhadap materi adalah 98,47% 4) Jumlah media pembelajaran dengan kategori baik dann sangat baik sebanyak 22 orang atau 73%. 5) penilaian peserta terhadap kegiatan pengabdian, pembicara, panitia dan fasilitas berada pada kategori sangat baik.
