Abstract

In the formation of the nation's character, it is necessary to teach ketamansiswaan education to apply inclusive and national-based educational values, especially in education in Indonesia. The team of lecturers and fellow students of Padepokan 47 Real Work Lecture of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University conducted community service on the role of socialization of ketamansiswaan education in the formation of national character at SD Negeri 1 Ngandong. The purpose of this socialization is so that the community, especially teachers and employees of SD Negeri 1 Ngandong, can find out how the role of ketamansiswaan education in the formation of national character through the teachings of Tamansiswa.To achieve these activities, socialization activities have been carried out in the first week at SD Negeri 1 Ngandong regarding the socialization of ketamansiswaan education in the formation of national character. The implementation of this socialization begins with planning followed by the presentation of material fundamentally to the main discussion. This socialization activity is expected to be useful and for teachers and employees as well as at SD Negeri 1 Ngandong and fellow students of the Real Work Lecture Padepokan 47 Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa university. This socialization is expected to provide knowledge in overcoming problems regarding the lack of understanding of the teachings of Tamansiswa education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of the variables of Self-Motivation, Learning Discipline, and Parental Support both partially and simultaneously to student learning achievement in the Automotive Engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. This type of research is included in quantitative correlational research with multiple regression analysis techniques. The entire population was sampled with a total of 104 grade XII students. Data collection used a closed questionnaire and student final exam results documents. The research instrument that has passed the validity and reliability test, then continued with the classical assumption test to ensure that the regression model meets the eligibility requirements. The results showed that the three independent variables contributed significantly to student automotive learning achievement with a value of F = 26.718. Simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.001) and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.428 which means the model is able to explain 42.8% of the variation in learning achievement. Partially, the Self-Motivation variable significantly (p<0.05) provides the largest contribution to student learning achievement with a t-value of 2.120 followed by Learning Discipline with a t-value of 1.992 and Parental Support with a t-value of 2.021. The magnitude of the real contribution of each variable, namely: Self-Motivation of 12.15%, Learning Discipline of 10.49%, and Parental Support of 10.24%. These results emphasize the importance of strengthening students' intrinsic motivation, habituating learning discipline, and active parental involvement to improve learning outcomes in vocational education.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools is not only oriented toward mastery of concepts and computational skills, but also toward students’ ability to apply mathematical knowledge in everyday life. Therefore, an evaluation system is needed that can comprehensively describe students’ learning achievements. Authentic assessment is one assessment approach that is relevant to supporting meaningful learning evaluation.  This study aims to evaluate the implementation of elementary school mathematics learning based on authentic assessment. The study employed an evaluative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of teachers and elementary school students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that authentic assessment is able to provide a more comprehensive picture of students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities in mathematics learning. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, particularly limited time and teachers’ understanding in designing authentic assessment instruments. Therefore, it is necessary to improve teachers’ competencies and provide school policy support so that the implementation of authentic assessment in mathematics learning can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the role of teachers in optimizing the use of digital interactive whiteboards as learning media for integer arithmetic operations in Grade IV mathematics at SDN Girirejo 1. The background of this research is the need for innovative digital media to support students’ understanding of abstract mathematical concepts, particularly integer operations, as well as the crucial role of teachers in integrating technology effectively into classroom instruction. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted in January 2026 at SDN Girirejo 1, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, involving 18 fourth-grade students and one classroom teacher as research participants. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that teachers play a significant role in optimizing digital interactive whiteboards through careful lesson planning, interactive implementation of learning activities, and reflective evaluation of learning outcomes. The use of digital interactive whiteboards helps increase students’ learning motivation, engagement, and conceptual understanding of integer arithmetic operations when supported by appropriate pedagogical strategies. However, the study also found several challenges, including limited teacher proficiency in utilizing all interactive features and time constraints during classroom activities. Overall, the optimization of digital interactive whiteboards in mathematics learning depends not only on the availability of technology but also on the teacher’s pedagogical competence and creativity in designing meaningful learning experiences.
