Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the effect of work motivation towards the employee performance PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia, Effect of work load towards the employee performance of PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia, effect of work motivation and work load towards the employee performance of PT. Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Sampling technique using simple incidental technique. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Partial test result show that work motivation positively affects to the employee performance, work load positively affects to the employee performance. And the result of the research concluded that work motivation and work load have simultaneous positive influence on the employee performance.  Keyword: work motivation, workload, employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely Skills and Work Ability on employee performance at Nadira Hijab, a Muslim clothing SME company located in Bekasi Regency. The number of respondents who are used as research objects is 36 people, this number is the total population as well as the sample or saturated sample. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach through classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There is a partial effect of Skills (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) on Nadira Hijab in Bekasi Regency. (2) There is a partial effect of Work Ability (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) on Nadira Hijab in Bekasi Regency. (3) There is a simultaneous influence of Skills (X1) and Workability (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Nadira Hijab in Bekasi Regency. Keyword: Skill, Work Ability, Employee Performance

Abstract

The role of marketing research in marketing plans and strategies is very important through idea generation. Market research can help in creating business ideas. Especially for those who are just starting their own business, this will provide an overview of the market they will be targeting and will be a consideration in taking future steps. Apart from that, the variety of ideas to choose from is not just one business idea, from conducting market research you will get a variety of ideas to choose from. Next, you can note down several variations of existing ideas according to your interests so that they can then become alternative choices. One of the obstacles often encountered in developing a business is difficulty developing a concept. With marketing research, you can obtain a variety of information and data that can be used as an option for creating a business plan. Another thing that is no less important is that through marketing research you will be presented with a variety of the latest trends. This is quite important considering that market conditions move quite quickly from time to time. By following existing trends, you will obtain a variety of information that can be taken into consideration when implementing the next marketing strategy. Marketing research can also play a role in product development. Changing market conditions in terms of tastes and trends must be followed by product development through market research. The role of market research which is no less important is to test the market or market research can be used as an experiment to see whether the results of existing research are in line with the desired expectations so that it will ultimately lead to commercialization or the creation of sales. The things described above have not currently been carried out in a structured manner for MSMEs in Kuningan Regency, so that the products produced have relatively not experienced significant growth either in terms of the number of sales or product variants produced.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian operator produksi PT Anugrah Kama Ratih.. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perbaikan pada kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kinerja. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 44 orang, dengan jumlah sample diambil dari seluruh karyawan bagian operator produksi PT Anugrah Kama Ratih dengan jumlah sample  yang berjumlah 44 orang atau sample jenuh.  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kontribusi variabel bebas dalam upaya mempengaruhi variabel terikat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi r square sebesar 0,414. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,4% dari variabel kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepemimpinan dan pelatihan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini misalnya kompensasi, motivasi kerja, beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan lain sebagainya.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Background of this research based on  data’s observational at a company relating to capacity, amount of raw material inventory and production volume where the phenomena that occur still need to be optimized. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data as a data source obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents related to activities in accordance with the specified research variables. The analytical methods used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2). The results of this research show that:1. The machine capacity variable partially has a positive and significant effect on production volume at PT. Gema Graha Saran, Tbk Bekasi Regency.2. The raw material inventory variable partially has a positive and significant effect on production volume at PT. Gema Graha Sarana, Tbk Bekasi Regency.3. The variables of machine capacity and raw material inventory simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on production volume at PT. Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small adn Medium Enterprises (UMKM) can create jobs and empower households to earn income. UMKM have a very large role in economic growth, as aprovider of jobs and also as a source of income for the community. Therefore, empowerment is needed so that UMKM can develop further and be able to support the stability of the national economy. The development of the era, technology and competition in the business world which is getting higher every day makes UMKM actors have to have a good business strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. Various problems in running  a business occur in today’s economy. The millenial generation has a differnt perspective from the previous generation. Their purchasing power is needed not like the generation above them who are more established, but they can get goods and services that are much cheaper. Several aspects play an important role in determining consumer purchasing power. This community service activity is carried out to help UMKM in Warnasari Village, Bandung regency in facing sompetition in the digital era. By learning about daily financial managment, conducting digital promotions, and also knowing how to determine the ideal selling price.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dituntut untuk bersungguh – sungguh dalam menggapai keberhasilan tujuan perusahaan. Untuk dapat mencapai segala tujuan suatu perusahaan terdapat aspek penting yang harus dijalankan, diantaranya ialah aspek komunikasi. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif apabila memperhatikan lima aspek, diantaranya ialah aspek kejelasan, ketepatan, konteks, alur dan budaya. Aspek kejelasan: Komunikasi harus jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh penerima pesan. Penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, kalimat yang terstruktur, dan penghindaran ambigu atau jargon yang membingungkan adalah beberapa contoh strategi untuk mencapai kejelasan komunikasi. Aspek ketepatan dalam mencapai komunikasi yang efektif harus tepat dan relevan dengan konteks yang sedang dibahas. Pesan harus disampaikan dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, harapan, dan pengetahuan penerima pesan. Kesalahan interpretasi dan penyalahgunaan informasi dapat dihindari dengan memastikan ketepatan komunikasi. Aspek konteks pun menjadi salah satu yang penting dalam menjalankan komunikasi. Konteks merupakan lingkungan atau situasi di mana komunikasi terjadi. Pemahaman konteks yang baik memungkinkan komunikator memilih metode dan gaya komunikasi yang tepat. Konteks dapat mencakup faktor seperti budaya, latar belakang, nilai-nilai, dan norma-norma sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi cara pesan disampaikan dan diterima. Selanjutnya aspek alur dalam komunikasi yang efektif melibatkan alur yang baik antara komunikator dan penerima pesan ( komunikan). Alur yang baik berarti pesan disampaikan secara teratur, terstruktur, dan logis. Gen Z atau Generasi Z dalam bahasa sehari-hari dikenal sebagai zoomer, adalah mereka yang lahir pada tahun 1997 hingga 2012 merupakan sumber daya manusia yang perlu memahami komunikasi dalam arti hakiki tidak hanya berdimensi lisan, tetapi juga tulisan dan bahkan yang terpenting adalah body language serta digitalitasi yang menjadi kekuatan terbesar mereka. Kesemua aspek komunikasi tersebut tidak terpisahkan untuk mencapai kesuksesan karier dan dunia social di era revolusi Industri saat ini.

Abstract

This research is research that is part of a Supply Chain Management process where the production process is an internal part of the process within the company. In the production process, activities begin with Procurement of Raw Materials which is continued in the Production Process activities themselves. Meanwhile, the next stage of the production process is the output in the form of a good quality product or not. This research takes the object at PT. Gramedia Printing in the Cikarang area, Bekasi Regency. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, in research regarding the analysis of the influence of raw material procurement and production processes on product quality at PT. Gramedia Printing Cikarang Kab. Bekasi has results, including that the procurement of Raw Materials (X1) has a partial influence on Product Quality (Y) of tcount 7.129 > ttable 1.985. The Production Process (X2) has a partial influence on Product Quality (Y) amounting to tcount 10.302 > ttable 1.985. Procurement of Raw Materials (X1) and Production Process (X2) have a simultaneous influence on Product Quality (Y) amounting to fcount 58.053 > ftable 3.089. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menjadi bagian dari sebuah proses Supply Chain Management dimana proses produksi merupakan bagian intern dalam proses tersebut yang ada dalam perusahaan. Dalam proses produksi kegiatan dimulai dengan Pengadaan Bahan Baku yang dilanjutkan dalam kegiatan Proses Produksi itu sendiri. Sedangkan tahap lanjutan dari proses produksi adalah output yang berupa produk baik berkualitas atau tidak. Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada PT. Percetakan Gramedia di kawasan Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, bahwa dalam penelitian mengenai analisis pengaruh pengadaan bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk pada PT. Percetakan Gramedia Cikarang Kab. Bekasi memiliki hasil antara lain pengadaan Bahan Baku (X1) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Produk (Y) sebesar thitung 7,129 > ttabel 1,985. Proses Produksi (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Produk (Y) sebesar thitung 10,302 > ttabel 1,985. Pengadaan Bahan Baku (X1) dan Proses Produksi (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Produk (Y) sebesar fhitung 58,053 > ftabel 3,089.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen dari perilaku konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi adalah minat beli sehingga minat beli harus menjadi concern perusahaan. Pemilihan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 44 orang, dan semua dijadikan sebagai sampel, keputusan penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian terlihat berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas produk (X1) mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli (Y). Harga(X2) berpengaruhhsecara terhadap minatbeli (Y) dan uji simultan(uji-F) ditemukan hasil penelitian bahwa semua variabel independen (bebas) yaitu kualitas produk(X1) dan Harga(X2) bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli(Y).
