Abstract

The development of technology to improve effective, efficient, and comprehensive mental health care services have now been carried out, one of which is the development of Virtual Reality Therapy (VR) in mental health services to achieve optimal health by creating the illusion of living in virtual reality. This article aimed to find out the application of technology-based Virtual Reality Therapy (VR) in mental health care services and modifications that might be made by reviewing the existing limitations. A scoping review was written based on identifying scientific articles in three databases, namely Science Direct, Pubmed NCBI, and Proquest, using the terms Virtual Reality Therapy, Mental Health, and Nursing. The author carried out the selection and analysis process using PRISMA based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researcher, and a total of 15 articles were analyzed.  The use of technology-based Virtual Reality Therapy in psychiatric nursing has been shown to have a positive impact on the condition of psychological health problems, including reducing anxiety, changing moods, emotions, empathy, reducing stress, loneliness. Therapy delivery system and allows for program modifications.  Virtual Reality Therapy has a positive impact on improving one's mental health. It is necessary to develop modifications in VR implementation to achieve optimal physical and psychological health

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pelecehan seksual beresiko terjadi dilingkungan sekolah dan belum banyak diungkapkan. Siswa maupun guru merasakan dampak dari pelecehan seksual secara psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana siswa dan guru memaknai pelecehan seksual serta pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja di sekolah. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan partisipan 7 siswa kelas X-XI, usia 16-17 tahun dan mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Partisipan guru sebanyak 5 dengan kriteria minimal kerja 1 tahun dan pembina kegiatan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu sekolah negeri menengah atas di kota Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi‐terstruktur dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis dengan membuat kategori, sub tema dan tema. Hasil analisis menghasilkan enam tema utama: (1)Dinamika remaja di era digitalisasi terhadap pelecehan seksual; (2) Media sosial sebagai ancaman laten dan budaya diam; (3) Faktor pendukung berbalik menjadi pondasi yang rapuh bagi remaja; (4) Guru sebagai gatekeeper dengan beban berlapis; (5) Religiusitas, Norma, dan Akhlak sebagai benteng protektif remaja; (6) Rapuhnya kontrol diri dan keluarga akibat normalisasi. Kesimpulan: Pencegahan pelecehan seksual dan promosi kesejahteraan psikologis memerlukan intervensi multilevel yang mengintegrasikan dengan kebijakan sekolah dan ramah korban. Pentingnya penguatan kapasitas guru, keterlibatan aktif keluarga, pendidikan seksualitas komprehensif yang sensitif budaya dan literasi digital yang memadai bagi remaja.
