Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of job training variables on the quality of service to the community at the BPJS Health Langsa Branch Office. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research technique used distributing questionnaires (Likert scale questionnaires) to 46 research respondents. The research results show that: 1) Digital media has a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of service to the community at the BPJS Health Langsa Branch office. The results of this research are based on the coefficient value tcount < ttable, namely - 1,730 < 1.680 with a significance of 0.091 > 0.05. It was concluded that the research hypothesis H₀ was accepted and H1 was rejected. This means that there is no influence between digital media on the quality of service at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office. 2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the quality of service to the community at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office. The results of this research are based on the coefficient value tcount > ttable, namely 19,697 > 1.680 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. It was concluded that the research hypothesis H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. This means that there is an influence between development on the quality of service at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office, 3) Job training has a positive and significant effect on the quality of service to the community at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office. The results of this research are based on the coefficient value tcount < ttable, namely 4,355 > 1.680 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. It was concluded that the research hypothesis H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is an influence between job training on the quality of service at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office. 4) Digital media, career development and job training simultaneously or together have a positive effect on the quality of service to the community at the Langsa Branch BPJS Health Office. The results of this research can be seen from Digital Media (X1), Career Development (X2), Job Training (X3) with a significant value of α 0.000 < 0.05 and a value of Fcount > Ftable (972,032 > 3.21). Based on the ANOVA table, the significance level used is 0.05. Thus, the decision is obtained that H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. Therefore, this research is suitable to be used because the independent variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor intrinsik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pegawai di Kantor Lurah Tanah Enam Ratus, Medan Marelan. Faktor intrinsik yang meliputi tanggung jawab, prestasi, dan kesempatan berkarir, serta disiplin kerja yang terkait dengan kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan ketepatan waktu, diperkirakan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 pegawai di kantor tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor intrinsik dan disiplin kerja, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai. Dengan demikian, peningkatan dalam faktor-faktor ini dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi manajemen kantor lurah dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee maturity, work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat Jalan Asrama Nomor 7A Medan, with a population of 115 people, and a study sample. of 54 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained employee maturity has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,324 > 2,009) at n = 54 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (8,397 > 2,009) at n = 54 at 95% significance level. Work stress has a negatif effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (3,821 < 2,009) at n = 54 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count > F table (62,584 > 2,79) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of employee maturity, work environment and work stress on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Barat. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.
