Abstract

This research focuses on assessing implementing postponement in a cement industry especially for OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) in Indonesia. The company offers three postponement points; Ciawi and Kampung Rambutan, and Jatiwarna. This research has been done with observational method to map customer condition. Moreover, implementing linear programming model is used to gain optimal solution for allocated truck. The results are, highest proportion of OPC customer is in Jakarta, followed Karawang, and Bogor. The result from linear programming model simulation, Ciawi point is assigned to serve Jakarta and Bogor’ customers, Kampung Rambutan point is assigned for Jakarta and Kawarang’ customers, and Jatiwarna point is prepared for Jakarta, Karawang, Bekasi, Lampung, Pekalongan, Tangerang, and Serang’ customers. So, implementing postponement can increase customer satisfaction without adding higher cost such as investment cost. The cement industry encounter effectiveness and responsiveness even tough, some problem shall be taken such as double administration process (manual and computerized).

Abstract

Penelitian tentang hubungan kesadaran metakognitif dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fisika merupakan objek yang menarik untuk diteliti. Pembelajaran Fisika di SMA diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi untuk pemecahan masalah. Pelibatan kesadaran metakognitif dalam pemecahan masalah juga menjadi hal pokok dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran Fisika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kesadaran metakognitif dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke di SMA Negeri 1 Rundeng, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat keeratan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hasil uji korelasi product moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,275. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang positif antara kesadaran metakognitif dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke di SMA Negeri 1 Rundeng.

Abstract

Untuk kepentingan Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI), peran pelabuhan menjadi sangat penting. Dalam skenario yang berbeda, jika MP3EI bisa digabungkan secara efektif, implikasinya barang akan dilintasi sebelum menjadi lebih intens. Inisiatif utama MP3EI adalah konsep Tol Laut, yang membentuk koordinasi logistik antara Wilayah Indonesia Barat dan Wilayah Indonesia Timur. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memahami sektor apa, jika ada, yang merupakan sektor fundamental dan non-fondasi perekonomian Kota Makassar dan sekitarnya. Masalah yang ada adalah dermaga dan fasilitas bongkar muat memerlukan penyesuaian kecuali pelabuhan khusus kontainer Makassar dan Bitung, akan membatasi pembebasan fasilitas sisi darat. Secara geometris, jalan raya hinterland dan pelabuhan belum mampu memberikan kondisi angling peti kemas. Abstract

Sarang dari burung walet yang berwarna putih adalah sarang yang terbuat dari air liur burung walet spesies Collocalia fuchipaga. Dari segi keamanan pangan, terdapat cemaran kimia yang harus diperiksa pada sarang burung walet yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan manusia, yaitu nitrit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memeriksa kadar nitrit pada sarang burung walet yang diambil dari rumah burung walet asal Kabupaten Sintang. Penentuan kadar nitrit dalam sampel dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Analisis nitrit menggunakan Spektrofotometri menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nitrit bervariasi pada 4 sampel sarang walet dari 4 lokasi yang berbeda secara berturut-turut yaitu 77,823 mg/kg ; 14,795 mg/kg ; 46,645 mg/kg dan 218,112 mg/kg, serta nitrit yang terkandung pada sampel walet yang telah dilakukan proses pencucian berulang pada sampel lokasi 1 yaitu sebesar 4,148 mg/kg. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satu sampel sarang burung walet tidak bersih melewati batas keamanan yang diatur oleh pemerintah Indonesia yaitu 80 mg/kg. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa praktik budidaya yang baik harus diperkenalkan kepada petani burung walet dan pentingnya proses pencucian berulang sebelum mengolah walet kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Keamanan Pangan, Uji Kualitatif, Sintang, Collocalia fuchipaga, Analisis Nitrit The white swallow's nest is a nest made from the saliva of the Collocalia fuchipaga species. In terms of food safety, there are chemical contaminants that must be examined in swiftlet nests that can affect human health, namely nitrites. This study aims to examine the levels of nitrites in swallow nests taken from swallow houses from Sintang Regency. Determination of nitrite levels in samples was carried out quantitatively using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Nitrite analysis using spectrophotometry showed that the nitrite content varied in 4 swallow nest samples from 4 different locations, namely 77.823 mg/kg; 14.795 mg/kg ; 46.645 mg/kg and 218.112 mg/kg, as well as the nitrite content in swallow samples that have been subjected to repeated washing processes at sample location 1 which is 4.148 mg/kg. These results indicate that there is one sample of unsanitary swiftlet nests that exceeds the safety limit set by the Indonesian government, namely 80 mg/kg. This research also shows that good swallow nest cultivation practices must be introduced to swiftlet farmers and the importance of repeated washing processes before processing swallows to the community.

Abstract

Bintangur leaf is one of the potential plants to be developed into a standardized herbal medicine which has many benefits such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. The aim of this study is to determine the steroid, tannin, and alkaloids of bintangur leaf extract. Preparation of bintangur leaves was conducted by soxhletation extraction technique with 96% ethanol as solvent. Determination of tannin tannic acid equivalent, and alkaloid quinine equivalent was analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. While the analysis of steroid content β-sitosterol equivalent using a TLC Scanner. The results of the analysis showed that steroid content was 11061,49 µgBSE/g, alkaloid was 307,16 µgQE/g, and tannin was 6,586 %w/w TAE.

Abstract

Cunduk mentul, better known as kembang goyang, is an original Indonesian headdress accessory that symbolizes the blessing of female beauty in the hope of being able to face life wisely. The younger generation does not know the meaning and philosophy of this local wisdom, so there is a need to preserve this cultural heritage. This work aims to create a romantic edgy style deluxe ready to wear fashion with laser cutting technique inspired by the cunduk mentul motif. The shape of cunduk mentul is transformed into a fabric motif with laser cutting technique applied to ready to wear deluxe in romantic edgy style. The methods used are exploration, design, and realization. The hope of this work is to add to the diversity of motif designs and works of Indonesian fashion as well as to add insight and a sense of concern for the younger generation towards the preservation of cunduk mentul accessories. The results of the work were realized in six deluxe ready to wear fashion looks presented in the Fashion Show Jogja Fashion Parade (JFP) 2024.

Abstract

This project aims to expand the creative repertoire of Garut embroidered woven fabric through hand painting techniques inspired by the Barbie movie. The Barbie movie is considered to contain strong elements of feminism and carries a message that inspires the younger generation, especially women. According to interviews with Garut weaving entrepreneurs, woven fabrics are still rarely favored by young people but are popular among those approximately 30 years and older. Therefore, it is hoped that the application of hand painting techniques inspired by the Barbie movie can attract the interest of the younger generation. Scenes from the Barbie movie are reinterpreted into surface designs using hand painting techniques on Garut embroidered woven fabric. The creation process of this work employs exploration, design, and realization methods.

Abstract

Cincalok is a fermented shrimp product which has the potential to be used as pharmaceutical preparations. Its LD50 showed non-toxic. However, subchronic toxicity tests have not been performed. Therefore, this study aims to determine its subchronic toxicity assay towards haematology in male and female white rats in the Wistar strain. The animals used were divided into six groups, the control group induced with virgin coconut oil (VCO), the dose group induced with Cincalok oil (100, 400, 1000 mg/kg BW), and two satellite groups (control group VCO and 1000 mg/kg BW). Haematological parameters evaluated include hemoglobin, Red Blood Cell Count (RBC), Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin (MCH), Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC), leukocytes, basophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, platelets, and neutrophils. The average level of haematological profile in this study indicated that hemoglobin, MCH, MCHC, basophils, eosinophils, stem neutrophils, neutrophil segments, lymphocytes, and monocytes platelets in female and male rats were still in the normal range.While, there was a decrease in levels below the normal range in the parameters of RBC, leukocytes, MCV and hematocrit. It was concluded that the consumption of cincalok oil orally had no effect in hemoglobin, RBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC, leukocytes, basophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, platelets, and neutrophil.

Abstract

The development of Si-based materials has attracted increasing attention, particularly for application in semiconductors, batteries, sensors, and optical technology. Silicon has abundant availability, high energy storage capacity, and low work potential. However, it faces compatibility challenges due to its low electrical conductivity and extremely small magnetic susceptibility. This research aimed to investigate the influence of Co dopants on the structure, morphology, electrical conductivity, and magnetic susceptibility of silicon. Silicon was synthesized using the magnesiothermic reduction method, and silicon was modified with Co metal dopants at 0.1% and 0.5% concentrations through the impregnation method. XRD analysis results showed that Si, 0.1% Co/Si, and 0.5% Co/Si exhibit silicon diffraction patterns at 2θ = 28.42º; 47.28º; 56.11º; 69.13º; and 76.36º. The morphology of Si and Co/Si revealed a rough, uneven, and porous surface with particles appearing spherical. Electrical conductivity increases with Co concentration: Si = 1223 µS/cm, 0.1% Co/Si= 1376 µS/cm, and 0.5% Co/Si= 1529 µS/cm. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicated that Si, 0.1% Co/Si, and 0.5% Co/Si are paramagnetic at a range of 1.18 x10-6 to 1.25 x10-5 SI. These characterization results confirmed that the modification with Co dopants can enhance the magnetoelectric properties of silicon.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat indonesia telah lama menggunakan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) sebagai upaya pencegahan timbulnya penyakit dan menjaga kesehatannya. Salah satunya adalah meniran (Phillanthus niruri L.) dan jahe (Zingiber Officinale) dimana kombinasi tanaman tersebut telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Namun dalam pegolahannya masih dalam bentuk yang sederhana, oleh karena itu diperlukan edukasi dan pendampingan pemanfaatan TOGA menjadi bentuk yang lebih praktis, mudah dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi seperti serbuk instan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan pembuatan meniran dan jahe menjadi serbuk instan sebagai imunostimulan di desa tebang kacang. Sasaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah ibu-ibu kader PKK yang ada di Desa Tebang Kacang. Metode dari PKM ini adalah penyuluhan dan workshop dengan tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan (penyuluhan dan workshop atau pendampingan pembuatan jamu serbuk instan), serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan  adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang ditunjukkan dari nilai post-test rata-rata peserta, yaitu 65, jika dibandingkan terhadap nilai rata-rata pre-test, yaitu sebesar 53,33. Evaluasi kepuasan peserta dari kuesioner juga menunjukkan bahwa, materi yang disampaikan mudah dipahami, bermanfaat, menambah keterampilan, produk yang dihasilkan memiliki rasa yang enak dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa.  Kata Kunci:  Serbuk Instan, Imunostimulan , Meniran, Jahe dan Desa Tebang Kacang  Abstract: Indonesians have long used family medicinal plants (TOGA) to prevent disease and maintain health. A few of them are meniran (Phillanthus niruri L.) and ginger (Zingiber Officinale). Their combination has been proven to increase the body's immune system. However, their processing was still in a simple form; therefore, education and assistance are needed to use TOGA in a more practical, easier, and highly economical value, such as instant powder. Therefore, this community service activity aims to educate and assist in making meniran and ginger into instant powder as an immunostimulant in the Tebang Kacang village. The targets of this program are PKK cadre mothers in Tebang Kacang Village. The method of this PKM is counseling and workshops with activity stages, namely preparation of activities, implementation of activities (counseling and workshops or assistance in making instant powdered herbal medicine), and evaluation of activities. The activity results showed an increase in participants' knowledge as indicated by the participants' average post-test score, which was 65%, compared to the average pre-test score, which was 53.33.% Evaluation of participant satisfaction from the questionnaire also shows that the material presented is easy to understand, valuable, increases skills, the product produced has a good taste, and can improve the village economy.  Keywords: Instant Powder, Immunostimulant, Meniran, Ginger and Tebang Kacang Village.
