Abstract

This paper examines the role Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital on Economic Growth in Indonesia. The data used in this research are time series data period from 1990 to 2012. Data obtained from the website of World Bank. The results showed that the Foreign Direct Investment and Human Capital affect economic growth in Indonesia. Of both independent variables, Human Capital variable compared to Foreign Direct Investment variable more affect economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment, teacher motivation and job satisfaction which contribute to teacher performance. The research was conducted on teachers of State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 3 Bireuen. Using path analysis. Data was collected through valid and reliable questionnaires. The research results show; 1) between exogenous variables namely work environment, work motivation and teacher job satisfaction have a positive correlation with an average between 0.46 to 0.56. 2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on teacher performance of 42.14%, between work motivation on teacher performance of 45.55% and job satisfaction on teacher performance of 47.74%. 3) Simultaneously work motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction make a positive contribution of 71,1% to the performance of MAN 3 Bireuen teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior on teacher performance. This research was conducted on public elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. With descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis tool uses the path model. The results of the analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual factors on teacher performance by 29.53%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational culture on the performance of S teachers by 22.47%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of work behavior on teacher performance by 25.4%. 4) Simultaneously individual factors, organizational culture and work behavior contributed 43.9% to the performance of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency

Abstract

This research tries to analyze empirically: the influence of village fund allocation and Village Fund management in villages in Samalanga District on the performance of village heads. As well as its relationship with community welfare. Using a number of community samples as sources, through questionnaires. With a quantitative path analysis approach. The research results show: (1) Village Fund Allocation is related to village fund management. (2) Village fund allocation affects the performance of the Village Head by 18.13%. (3) Village Fund Management influences Village Head Performance by 22.05%. (3) Simultaneously the allocation of village funds and management of village funds makes a significant contribution to the performance of the Village Head by 64.2%. (4) There is an influence of the Village Head's performance on the welfare of the village community by 55.8%. (5) There is a direct and indirect influence of village fund allocation on community welfare in the village of Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, namely 19.82%, there is also a direct and indirect influence of village fund management on community welfare. the community in Samalanga Village, Samalanga District is 23.03%.

Abstract

secretariat, with the aim of observing communication activities, leadership style, employee motivation and employee job satisfaction descriptively. And with path analysis trying to prove and measure: the influence of communication aspects and leadership style on employee motivation, the implications for job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The results of the analysis show: a). there is a direct and indirect effect of communication aspects between employees and superiors on employee motivation, namely 49.78%, b). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee motivation of 78.89%, c). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication factors and leadership style on employee motivation of 62.8%, d). there is an effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction of 87.0%, e). there is a direct and non-communicative effect on employee job satisfaction of 54.56%, f). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction of 96.5%, and g). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen District DPRK Secretariat of 53.3%.

Abstract

The research aims to descriptively analyze and verify employee performance by considering the direct and indirect impacts of leadership factors, organizational culture or work environment. Study of 47 employees of the Aceh Restorative Justice Working Group (RJWG). Analysis uses quantitative methods and analysis techniques use path analysis models. The results of the research found several conclusions, namely (1) employee performance is influenced both directly and indirectly by hypothesized factors, namely leadership factors of 38.42%, work culture factors in institutions of 41.89% and the contribution of the work environment to performance. employee. 53. .95%, (2) Simultaneously the three factors, namely leadership, organizational culture and work environment, influence the performance of RJWG Aceh employees by 56%.
