Abstract

Ngadiman UKM which is located in the Barelang area is a small and medium business engaged in the manufacture of bricks. The activity of moving bricks from the printing process to the drying process is done manually and repeatedly. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, the results showed that there were complaints on the neck, nape, back, waist, left forearm and right forearm, left wrist and right wrist and left and right hands. The result of the load value with NIOSH is 3,801 kg / LI > 1, indicating that the activity contains a risk of fatigue to spinal cord injury and corrective action. the typical obtaining a work risk score using REBA is 7 which is included in the moderate category and needs to be corrected. To attempt to lessen this danger , it is proposed to design a work facility in the form of an ergonomic brick removal trolley. The application of the proposed work facility design is obtained by the final calculation of NIOSH/LI < 1 with a value of 0.834 kg / LI < 1 indicating that the activity does not contain the risk of fatigue to spinal cord injury and belongs to the safe category, as well as the target specification for the moving brick trolley designed according to anthropometry. worker. Anthropometric data used in the design are Standing Elbow Height (TSB), Shoulder Width (LB), and Hand Grip (GT).

Abstract

Product development in the industrial manufacture is currently at step growing up. All companies are required to take action for always do innovation and give a usefull new product. Design and development of a product is an important activity needed, because is related to make a functional product base on costumers needed. In a production process, one part of inverter component is often rejected with margin around 4,5% per day. The 3 cavity UHT Final tester machine is used to check the component whether the product is complete using the base plate already exist in each product size. The method is used in this research is Design For Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA). The result of calculation using reject product on work in shift 1st found 33 pcs reject products with success percentage rate of 95,42% and on shift 2nd found 40 pcs reject products with success percentage rate of 94,44%. The redesign of new base plate was then tested and got result 100% rate success on both shift, that’s mean there was decrease a 4,58% reject product on 1st shift and decrease 5,56% reject product on 2nd shift

Abstract

PT Infineon Technologies Batam is a semiconductor manufacturer specializing in the assembly and testing of chips/integrated circuits. PT Infineon Technologies Batam is experiencing an increase in customer/customer demands of material. therefore management is indefinitely increasing the volume of production. This study aims to design a model to optimize the number of employees in warehouse logistics. Currently, there is no specific measure to optimize the number of employees needed in the areas of the stuffing and issuing operation, the delivery and supply operation and the operation of the PPC store, the problem is that the warehouse logistics department has a staff of only 2 employees in the stuffing and issuing operation, 1 employee in the delivery and supply operations and 1 employee in the store PPC. The purpose of the research is to collect data on job descriptions to calculate the workload and the optimal number of workers through the method of workload analysis. The results of the workforce workload analysis implemented with data on the total needs/requirements in the field of prank and issue operations remain 2 employees, in the field of operations delivery and supply, there are 2 employees and in the PPC Store area, there is another 1 workforce. Realize the design model of the optimal number of employees by combining the number of employees, the demand and the time expenditure with the application of the enterprise device system to obtain the results of the variable demand, the optimal number of employees efficiently.

Abstract

A good layout ensures efficient material flow, short material transfer distances and minimal material handling costs so operators can work optimally. To deliver goods to the Shifting Lever line which is 23 meters away and takes 53 seconds and must pass through several departments that should not be related to material handling. The current layout is not good because the distance between the storage room and the production area is too far apart and results in a lot of wasted time delivering goods and even longer waiting times. Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) will be used in planning the linkages between each group of interrelated activities. And combined with the method for the Blocplan Algorithm to calculate the degree of closeness between each department. The total material handling displacement distance is calculated as 48,815 meters per month and 585,780 meters per year and causes a total OMH cost of IDR 12,545,455 per month and IDR 150,545,460 per year. and incur OMH costs of IDR 8,828,413 per month and IDR 105,940,956 per year so that the new layout analysis reduces the material handling mileage by 173,547 meters per year and OMH by IDR 44,604,504 per year, or 29.6% per year.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam menyusun administrasi kurikulum dan evaluasi pembelajaran melalui pelatihan berbasis masalah. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang sering dihadapi guru dalam menyusun dokumen kurikulum dan merancang instrumen evaluasi yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, workshop, pendampingan, serta praktik langsung dengan studi kasus nyata. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 25 guru PAUD yang berasal dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar, rubrik penilaian, serta asesmen formatif dan sumatif. Guru juga mampu mengidentifikasi serta memecahkan permasalahan nyata dalam praktik pembelajaran secara kolaboratif. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah serta mendorong budaya reflektif di kalangan guru. Pelatihan berbasis masalah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas profesional guru secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.
