Abstract

Prophet Muhammad as the cover of the prophets has a noble character. Behind his moral glory as a prophet, he is also an ordinary human being like other humans. He also feels joy, sadness and other things that are felt by humans. One example that he is the same as other humans, he also made mistakes. The difference between him and other humans is that when he makes a mistake, he immediately gets a warning from Allah. The existence of the nature of basyariyyah in the Prophet Muhammad, made it possible for psychological research to be carried out on him. This study seeks to understand the hadiths about the morals of the Prophet Muhammad with a psychological approach. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of the hadith about the morals of the Prophet Muhammad in terms of the perspective of psychology, because so far sometimes the traditions related to the morals of the Prophet Muhammad are understood to be limited to the fiqh dimension.

Abstract

Al-Azariqah was the most extreme faction of the Khawarij sect that emerged in the early period of Islam, particularly during the post-Rashidun Caliphate era. This group was known for its violent actions and frequent practice of takfir against Muslims and other groups who did not conform to their beliefs. This article aims to explore the origins of Al-Azariqah, their attitudes and thoughts, and the analysis of their similarities with contemporary radical movement. By using a qualitative method and a historical-critical approach, the study reveals a stark contrast between Al-Azariqah and other Khawarij factions, as well as the ideological legacy they left behind in Islamic thought discourse. Al-Azariqah positioned themselves as a group that claimed exclusive religious purity. They also practiced religious teachings based on their own interests and through a textual and partial understanding of the contents of the Qur'an. This study also emphasizes that the existence of Al-Azariqah represents one of the earliest examples of how religious radicalism can emerge from political tension and crises of authority in Islamic history.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter bagi siswa baru yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMP Islam al-Atrawiyah Robiya Timur Ganding Sumenep. Upaya ini sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pada komitmen pemerintah melalui kementerian pendidikan untuk membudayakan karakter dalam pendidikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar siswa memahami dan menyadari pentingnya nilai-nilai karakter dan pada akhirnya mampu melaksanakannya sehingga terwujud pribadi-pribadi yang berkarakter baik. Selain itu juga sebagai bentuk manifestasi keterlibatan perguruan tinggi melalui peran dosen dalam memenuhi salah satu kewajiban tridarma perguruan tinggi. Untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, maka kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyampaian materi untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai karakter. Materi disampaikan melalui gambar yang ditampilakan pada LCD Proyektor. Hal itu untuk memberikan gambaran nyata serta menghindari salah penafsiran. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan dengan metode pendampingan untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata tentang perilaku berkarakter. Penguatan pendidikan karakter ini merupakan bagian dari proses berkelanjutan yang mana capaian keberhasilannya tidak bisa diamati secara instan. Namun setidaknya menjadi stimulus bagi tumbuh kembangnya kesadaran untuk berperilaku baik dalam mewujudkan kepribadian yang baik dalam diri siswa.
