Abstract

Learning Implementation Design and syllabus as a set of plans and arrangements regarding curriculum development, are basically one of the prerequisites in determining learning objectives and outcomes. Apart from learning tools, another thing that can improve student learning outcomes is the selection of the right learning model used by the teacher. The Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model is a learning model that stimulates active learning so as to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of lesson plans based on the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model in Class VIII Language at Al Furqan Middle School and student learning outcomes using the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model in Class VIII Language at Al Furqan Middle School. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach. The results of this study were obtained in the form of validation results of the implementation of learning designs from 2 experts showing an average result of 3.84. Meanwhile, the results of the syllabus validation show the results of 3.37. Both of these results indicate that the learning device is feasible to use without revision. Student responses to Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning showed very good results of 61%. In student learning outcomes, the average posttest score is greater than the pretest score so that the average student learning outcomes taught by the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model produce better scores

Abstract

Students are individuals who participate in an educational program to develop their potential. School institutions play a crucial role in providing education for students. Vocational High School PGRI 1 Jombang is an institution that adheres to the SMM ISO 9001:2015 standard. The research aims to: 1) Understand the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2015 at SMK PGRI 1 Jombang and its impact on the quality of students. 2) Identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing QMS ISO 9001:2015 at SMK PGRI 1 Jombang. The research employed a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. The methods utilized by the researcher include: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, 3) Documentation. The results of the research at SMK PGRI 1 Jombang indicate that: The implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2015 is proceeding effectively, thereby enhancing the institution's quality and positively influencing student outcomes. Supporting factors include parental involvement, policies governing the ISO 9001:2015 system, the New Student Admission System (PPDB), student readiness, collaboration with the business/industrial sector (DU/DI), and the implementation of learning outcomes assessments. Inhibiting factors encompass parental circumstances, policies related to the ISO 9001:2015 system, the New Student Admission System (PPDB), student readiness, collaboration with the business/industrial sector (DU/DI), and the execution of learning outcomes assessments.

Abstract

The rise of juvenile delinquency, promiscuity and increased crime everywhere is a reality symptomatic of moral decline at the adolescent level that occurs in today's society. This raises the assumption that education has not been able to shape students into perfect personalities. This assumption makes education an institution that is considered a failure in shaping the noble morals of students. Even though the purpose of education is to form a person with character, dignity, faith, piety, and morality. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of spiritual education, student morals and the relationship between the two in grade XI social studies students at MA Hasan Muchyi Kapurejo Kediri. This study used quantitative methods. The results of this study revealed that spiritual education is a process carried out to guide the soul as an effort to improve the relationship with Allah SWT. While morals are the power of strength or nature embedded in a person's soul so that they become personality characteristics and encourage action to do an action. This study also shows the results that there is a correlation between spiritual education and student morals. This is based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, namely: Spiritual education is in the medium category with a frequency of 30 students and a percentage of 56%. Student morals are in the medium category with a frequency of 26 students and a percentage of 48%. As well as the correlation between spiritual education and student morals, the results of = 0.586 were obtained which were in the position of 0.40 – 0.599 with a moderate level of relationship.

Abstract

The learning process is an indicator of the success or failure of a learning that is followed by students. A teacher can choose a learning pattern that is by the subject matter to achieve a predetermined goal. A systemic and systematic learning environment can grow and develop the abilities of students. This study aims to investigate the application of contextual learning in Aqidah Akhlak subjects and its impact on improving student learning outcomes. The research method used was a pseudo-experiment with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research sample involved two groups of grade XI students at MA Sunan Ampel Nganjuk. The experimental group received learning with a contextual approach, while the control group received conventional learning. The results showed that the application of contextual learning in Aqidah Akhlak subjects significantly improved student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning methods. This research contributes to the development of learning methods in the context of religious subjects, especially Aqidah Akhlak. The practical implication of the study is that teachers may consider the application of contextual learning as an effective strategy to improve student learning outcomes in those subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan, yakni memudarnya nilai budaya lokal dan meningkatnya paham radikalisme di lingkungan sekolah, khususnya pada tingkat SMA. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar PAI yang terintegrasi dengan nilai kearifan lokal, khususnya melalui tradisi Kenduren Wonosalam sebagai muatan budaya yang sarat dengan nilai keagamaan dan sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas modul yang diterapkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model 4D dari Thiagarajan, yang terdiri dari empat tahap: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Hasil dari proses validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi standar kelayakan, dengan skor dari ahli praktisi pembelajaran sebesar 80%, ahli materi 89%, dan telaah modul mencapai 90%. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas modul, dilakukan pengujian melalui pre-test dan post-test. Pada skala kecil, nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 66,8% dan meningkat menjadi 71,9% pada skala besar, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebesar 5,1%. Hasil angket respon siswa memperlihatkan bahwa modul sangat menarik dan mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dengan nilai 90,8% pada uji skala kecil dan 94,42% pada skala besar. Pengembangan modul ajar PAI berbasis tradisi Kenduren Wonosalam terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama sekaligus menanamkan kecintaan terhadap budaya lokal.
