Abstract

Design and Build an IT Ticketing Helpdesk Information System at the Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center is a system that can help to provide services in the form of additional requests or feature troubleshooting on existing applications on the RS. Metropolitan Medical Centre. IT Information System Design Ticketing Helpdesk at Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center comes with features supporters in the form of categories and classifications of requests or requests with different due dates for work selected category. In addition, Design and Build IT Information Systems Ticketing Helpdesk at Hospital. Metropolitan Medical Center uses user leveling system. So, it can help SIRS department staff (Hospital Information System) to manage query data adding or troubleshooting features proposed by staff other units/departments in existing applications. The process of making an IT Ticketing Helpdesk Information System Design on RS. The Metropolitan Medical Center uses the Research Method Development by taking data from RS. Metropolitans Medical Centre, interviewed SIRS department staff, literature review supports problem-solving theory as well as the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for the design of the application system. This application is web based which can be accessed via Firefox and Google Chrome browser software.

Abstract

Pada acara pernikahan, yang merupakan acara yang penting dan sakral dalam hidup, setiap orang tentu berharap agar acara tersebut dapat berjalan dengan lancar, sehingga tidak jarang dilakukan persiapan  berbulan-bulan lamanya demi menghasilkan pesta pernikahan yang lancar, meriah, dan tidak terlupakan. Untuk dapat mewujudkan hal tersebut, salah satu persiapan yang sering dilakukan adalah mencari dan menyewa jasa wedding organizer, yang merupakan profesional dalam penyelenggaraan acara pernikahan Sistem merupakan kumpulan komponen yang saling berkaitan dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, sistem yang digunakan juga berkembang. Perkembangan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan memperlancar sehingga proses bisnis dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan lebih memudahkan dalam bertransaksi.Adapun alasan penelitian dipilih objek ini adalah karena ingin membuat sistem informasi wedding organizer yang jarang ditemui sehingga menjadi hal yang unik dan menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi penulis untuk mewujudkannya. Terlebih penulis memiliki kerabat yang bekerja di PT. Palm Mustika sehingga memudahkan proses penelitian dan perancangan sistem serta membantu penulis untuk mengetahui lebih banyak mengenai business process yang dilakukan dalam penyelenggaraan acara khususnya acara pernikahan. Oleh karena itu, maka perlu didentifikasikan masalahnya pada: Bagaimana sistem wedding organizer yang diterapkan di La Mariage?, Bagaimana masalah atau kendala pada sistem berjalan yang dilakukan La Mariage? Abstract

PT Prakarsa Multisari Mandiri is a company engaged in the aviation sector located at The Garden Center Floor 5 Unit 22, Jakarta. This company still needs the right data processing in order to create time efficiency and data accuracy that can support operational, management and decision-making processes properly and accurately. Abstract

The value processing process used at SMK PGRI 11 in Jakarta is currently still using the manual method, namely by filling in the values in Microsoft Office Excel given by the school principal, so that in data collection and processing the employee's ability values are not effective and efficient. From these problems led to the idea to create a Desktop-based information system, in which it can perform computerized data management and value processing. The research method used is Library Research and Field Research. The application software used is SQL Server, VB.NET, Microsoft Office Word 2010, StarUML, draw.io. There are two actors/users in this information system, namely Admin and homeroom teacher. It is hoped that the existence of a value processing information system in the form of a Desktop can facilitate the process of data management and value processing in this school. Keywords: Information System, Value Processing, Final Value
