Abstract

Organizations need to adopt green strategies and social responsibility to maintain business sustainability, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. This study analyzes the influence of green entrepreneurial orientation and green marketing on business sustainability, with corporate social responsibility as the mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, using PLS-SEM, to test seven proposed hypotheses. The total sample for this study consists of 220 respondents from employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The study results show that green entrepreneurial orientation and green marketing positively influence business sustainability, but only green marketing significantly influences corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility positively impacts business sustainability and significantly mediates the relationship between green marketing and business sustainability. Still, it does not mediate the relationship between green entrepreneurial orientation and business sustainability. The finding confirms the importance of integrating green marketing strategies and corporate social responsibility in achieving business sustainability. It highlights the role of corporate social responsibility in bridging the gap between green strategies and stakeholder expectations. This study provides theoretical contributions by reinforcing stakeholder theory, as well as practical contributions in formulating sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Green Behavior; Perceived Benefit; Green Buying Behavior; Environmental Awareness; Electric MotorcycleABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effects of green behavior and perceived benefit on green buying behavior, as well as the moderating role of environmental awareness. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 114 Uwinfly electric motorcycle users in Yogyakarta through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings show that green behavior, perceived benefit, and environmental awareness all have a positive and significant effect on green buying behavior. However, environmental awareness does not moderate the relationship between green behavior and green buying behavior or between perceived benefit and green buying behavior. This study provides a better understanding of the factors that influence green buying behavior among electric motorcycle users and offers practical insights for electric motorcycle manufacturers to encourage consumers to adopt more environmentally friendly purchasing behavior. Keywords: Green Behavior; Perceived Benefit; Green Buying Behavior; Environmental Awareness; Electric Motorcycle

This study aimed to identify the mental health of health workers in Yogyakarta using the Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20). The research method used a descriptive survey involving 87 respondents who were given the SRQ-20 questionnaire. The results showed that 17.2% of the 87 respondents experienced mental emotional disorders, with the majority of symptoms being headaches, anxiety, and depression.

Abstract

The intention to purchase green products arises from perceptions of value and positive attitudes toward sustainable products, supported by psychological benefits after purchase. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes toward green products and green customer value on green purchase intention, with the mediating role of green psychological benefits. The research objects were Aqua consumers in Yogyakarta. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with a total of 169 respondents. Data collection methods used questionnaire distribution and analysis using Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the scale test used for validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing showed that attitude toward green product did not have a positive effect on green purchase intention, but had a positive effect on green psychological benefits. Green psychological benefits have a positive effect on green purchase intentions. Green psychological benefits mediated the positive effect of attitude toward green product on green purchase intention. Furthermore, green customer value did not have a positive effect on green purchase intention, but had a positive effect on green psychological benefits. Green psychological benefits mediated the positive effect of green customer value on green purchase intention. This study provides a novel contribution by demonstrating that green psychological benefit functions as a full mediator between attitude toward green product and green customer value in shaping green purchase intention, a model that has rarely been applied to bottled drinking water consumers in Indonesia, particularly in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in the financial sector has prompted micro-entrepreneurs to adapt to increasingly complex financial environments. However, many micro-entrepreneurs, particularly in Indonesia’s furniture sector, still face significant challenges in financial management, a lack of structured planning systems, and limited digital financial literacy. These constraints hinder their ability to adopt digital financial services effectively and weaken their competitiveness in the digital economy. This study addresses the issue by examining the influence of financial literacy on digital financial literacy, with financial planning and control serving as a mediating variable. Using the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical foundation, the research explores how attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and intentions influence financial decision-making in a digital context. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 127 micro-enterpreneurs in the furniture industry as respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that financial literacy has a positive effect on both digital financial literacy and financial planning and control. Furthermore, financial planning and control positively mediate the relationship between financial literacy and digital financial literacy. These findings imply that improving financial literacy alone is not sufficient; it must be complemented with structured financial planning and control to strengthen digital financial competencies. Practically, this suggests that training programs and policy interventions should integrate financial education with digital adoption strategies to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of micro furniture enterprises. Theoretically, the study contributes by extending the theory of planned behavior to explain financial behavior in the digital transformation era.
