Abstract

Completion of inter-Village boundaries is a procedure that includes the determination, confirmation and ratification of village boundaries realized by the Village Boundary Affirmation and Determination Team (PPB Des Team), referring to the mechanism that has been inaugurated in PERMENDAGRI Number 45 of 2016. This research uses qualitative methods, looking at the process of establishing, confirming and validating the village PPB Team as well as the obstacles during the process of finalizing the boundaries. The purpose of this descriptive research is to explain in an orderly and interrelated, factual, and accurate manner the facts and the research process. The results showed that the settlement of the village boundary between Bukit Mamur Village and Kaliorang Village had been completed. The inhibiting factor in the settlement of boundaries was the lack of good communication between village officials and the lack of human resources in completing village boundaries, besides that, there were not many authentic documents that accommodated the process of document research and making work maps and overlapping boundaries between Kaliorang and Kaubun districts. The supporting factors in settling village boundaries between Bukit Makmur Village and Kaliorang Village are the existence of a dispute relationship between Bumi Sejahtera Village and Kaliorang Village, and the participation of all elements of society in the stages of village boundary settlement.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out and analyze the development of ESport athletes carried out by IeSPA Samarinda City, whether the coaching that has been carried out is in accordance with the indicators of organization, facilities and infrastructure, coordination, supervision, and planning as well as to find out the obstacles faced in coaching E-Sport athletes by IeSPA Samarinda City. The results of the study show that the coaching carried out by IeSPA Samarinda City for e-sport athletes in Samarinda has been running with the activities that have been carried out for E-Sport athletes. This is proven by the many matches or tournaments between e-sport athletes held by the IeSPA Kota Samarinda so as to hone the abilities of these e-sport athletes. In addition, the output that can be achieved is to be able to find new seeds for the next level. While the obstacles faced in fostering esport athletes by IeSPA Samarinda City are the lack of funds that can be allocated by IeSPA Samarinda City to KONI, the lack of professional clubs that can accommodate e-sport athletes, and the increasing price of mobile devices as playing infrastructure.

Abstract

In coal mining, reclamation activities must be carried out by holders of mining business permits. In Samarinda City, there are 3 institutions that carry out reclamation oversight, namely the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Director General of Mineral and Coal), the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources of East Kalimantan Province and the Regional Reclamation and Post-mining Supervisory Commission. There are 3 main oversight mechanisms, namely, setting standards, observing facts in the field, comparing facts and formulating suggestions. Barriers encountered in supervising reclamation included limited human resources, funds, time, inactive status of mining companies, inactive supervisory bodies, changes in policies on minerals and coal. From the results of this study reclamation supervision is felt to be not optimal due to the lack of supervisors who are directly tasked with monitoring mining locations, difficult access and very long distances make monitoring difficult to carry out. The latest Law on Minerals and Coal has become one of the obstacles for local governments to carry out supervision, this is because the authority of local governments has been revoked. Minimal and sub-optimal supervision has resulted in damage to nature in Samarinda City, adverse impacts in the form of damage to the natural environment, damage to natural ecosystems, abandoned mine pits that have claimed as many as 39 people died in mining pits (voids).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of E-Government in Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda City and public opinion regarding these online-based services. The research was conducted in Sungai Kunjang District, Samarinda City. The type of research using descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by means of library and field research using observation, interview and documentation methods. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Based on the data, the authors collect data, condense data, present data, then draw conclusions according to the theory of interactive data analysis developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of the study show that the implementation of e-Government in Sungai Kunjang District has been running quite well through services using the WhatsApp application and website. The requirements for file management can be accessed through the application. The efficiency resulting from the existence of this system means that residents do not waste enough time, money and energy to take care of their needs at the sub-district and sub-district offices. Furthermore, this program can also increase the active participation of the community on various issues and problems that exist in the environment. Various kinds of the latest regulations from the city government can be directly channeled effectively to support information disclosure between the government and the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of public services was implemented at the Sungai Kunjang District Office, Samarinda City and what were the inhibiting factors in the implementation of public services at the Sungai Kunjang District Office, Samarinda City. Service is the essential main task of the figure of the apparatus, as a servant of the state and a servant of society. The government has an important role to provide excellent public services for all citizens. Along with the implementation of the regional autonomy policy, government bureaucracy officials in the regions can manage and provide public services that are more concerned with the needs of their local communities. Based on the results of research conducted at the Sungai Kunjang District Office, Samarinda City, the implementation of public services by the Sungai Kunjang District Office, Samarinda City, is in a fairly good category. inhibiting factors in the implementation of public services at the Sungai Kunjang District Office, Samarinda City, namely: lack of work discipline such as problems of late working time and completion of work, lack of service transparency and outreach to the community, lack of employee ability to carry out the tasks assigned to them and lack of employee awareness of responsibilities. Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the strategies carried out by the Paser Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Department in developing Tourism Potential with a research focus on organizational strategies, programs, supporting resources, and institutions that support the development of tourism potential. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using methods namely observation, interviews, documentation, and library research. In this research, the analysis components used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. Based on the results of research conducted at the Paser Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Department, it focus on improving institutional strategies developed to manage, organize, and run tourism itself by maximizing visitor visits. This is one of the strategies of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Department in developing tourism, which still requires attention to the development of infrastructure and resources, both natural and human, and requires a lot of support to be able to develop tourism potential well.

Abstract

The implementation of Regional Regulation No. 19 of 2001 aims to regulate and guide street vendors. Through this regulation, it is hoped that street vendors (PKL) will be better organized and contribute to regional revenue. The implementation of this policy is evaluated using indicators such as communication, commitment, organizational structure, and resources. This research aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of this regulation is effective in regulating and guiding street vendors. The data collection technique employs the 3P approach (People, Place, and Paper).The research findings indicate that the regulation has not been well implemented, as evidenced by the continued presence of street vendors trading on streets and sidewalks. Communication, including socialization efforts, has not been effective. The resource that needs improvement is human resources, while financial resources should be used more efficiently. Obstacles to the implementation of this regulation include the lack of awareness among street vendors about the regulation, their continued operation in prohibited areas, and insufficient facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors include the dynamic development of regional law, effective communication, and support from various parties.

Abstract

The strategy carried out by the Samarinda City Manpower Department in overcoming unemployment refers to the Samarinda City Manpower Department's Strategic Plan (Renstra) for 2021-2026. The Samarinda City Manpower Service aims to increase employment opportunities with the target of reducing the level of open unemployment. In achieving this goal, the Samarinda City Manpower Office uses three strategies. First, increase the competitiveness of the workforce and create new jobs by carrying out Job Training and Workforce Productivity programs. Second, job expansion through data collection on job seekers which will later be distributed to companies that need workers through inter-work programs. Third, the Samarinda City Manpower Office brings together job seekers and labor users or companies directly with the aim of facilitating job seekers to get jobs according to their talents, interests and abilities through a job fair/job fair program.
