Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pakan ikan yang berbahan dari limbah ikan yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi seperti kepala dan duri ikan sehingga bisa menekan biaya operasional untuk membeli pakan ikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian adalah observasi, diskusi, dan evaluasi. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah kelompok pembudidaya ikan “Sari Jati Unggul” Tulungaggung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mesin pembuat pakan ikan otomatis telah berhasil dalam menekan biaya operasional pakan ikan hingga 70%. Dengan adanya mesin ini, efisiensi dalam proses produksi pakan ikan dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan, yang kemudian berdampak langsung pada penghematan biaya operasional yang sebelumnya dikeluarkan untuk pembelian pakan ikan. Pemanfaatan mesin pakan yang menggunakan limbah ikan sebagai bahan baku merupakan langkah inovatif yang ramah lingkungan dalam budidaya ikan. Penguatan manajemen keuangan, mitra sduah dapat memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan operasional sangatlah krusial dalam menjaga kesehatan finansial dan keberlanjutan usaha budidaya ikan. Kesimpulan pengabdian ini adalah dengan penerapan teknologi mesin pembuat pakan ikan otomatis dari limbah ikan serta penguatan manajemen kelompok terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan usaha kelompok. Teknologi ini berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan pada pakan komersial, yang selama ini menjadi salah satu komponen biaya terbesar, sehingga menurunkan biaya produksi dan meningkatkan keuntungan. Implementation of Automatic Fish Feed Making Machine Packages from Fish Waste and Strengthening Management of Fish Farming Groups “Sari Jati Unggul” Tulungagung This community service research aims to make fish food equipment made from fish waste that is no longer used, such as fish heads and spines, so that it can reduce operational costs for buying fish food. The methods used in service are observation, discussion and evaluation. The partner in this service is the fish cultivator group "Sari Jati Unggul" Tulungaggung. The results of the activity show that the implementation of an automatic fish feed making machine has been successful in reducing operational costs for fish feed by up to 70%. With this machine, efficiency in the fish feed production process can be increased significantly, which then has a direct impact on saving operational costs previously spent on purchasing fish feed. The use of feed machines that use fish waste as raw material is an innovative, environmentally friendly step in fish farming. Strengthening financial management, partners are able to separate personal finances from operational finances, which is crucial in maintaining financial health and sustainability of fish farming businesses. The conclusion of this service is that the application of automatic fish feed making machine technology from fish waste and strengthening group management has proven effective in increasing efficiency, productivity and sustainability of group businesses. This technology has succeeded in reducing dependence on commercial feed, which has been one of the largest cost components, thereby reducing production costs and increasing profits.

Abstract

The increasing use of fossil-fuel-powered vehicles has led to high carbon emissions and air pollution, making it necessary to develop more environmentally friendly and inclusive transportation options. This study aims to design and build a three-wheeled electric bicycle with a solar panel–battery hybrid system as an efficient, stable, and accessible transportation alternative for a wide range of users. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D), which included the design, assembly, functional testing, and vehicle performance analysis phases. The developed system utilizes a 650 W BLDC motor, a 48 V 20 Ah Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery, and a 200 Wp flexible monocrystalline solar panel as an additional energy source. Testing was conducted in three speed modes—Eco, Medium, and Sport—as well as battery charging tests using the solar panel while the vehicle was stationary. The results showed that Eco mode produced the highest average range of 54.4 km, followed by Medium mode at 46.2 km and Sport mode at 38.5 km. Additionally, charging the battery using the solar panel in a horizontal position took an average of 333 minutes. The results of the study show that the solar panel–battery hybrid system is capable of effectively supporting the operation of electric bicycles and providing a more environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and inclusive transportation alternative.
