Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen sangat penting pada Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an karena membantu mengelola efisien data santri, memantau kinerja pengajar, dan merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, yang secara keseluruhan mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan Al-Qur'an yang terstruktur dan efektif. Pada saat pendaftaran dibuka, instansi pendidikan mengalami lonjakan pendaftar, mengakibatkan keterbatasan sumber daya dan kesulitan dalam proses pelayanan pendaftaran. Jumlah pendaftar yang banyak dan petugas pendaftaran yang terbatas menjadi hambatan dalam melakukan pendataan calon santri baru. Guna menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini berfokus pada “Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Santri Baru“. Sistem tersebut merupakan sistem informasi pendaftaran santri berbasis web sebagai media untuk memudahkan para calon santri untuk mendaftar di lembaga Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) yang diinginkan serta memudahkan para lembaga TPA untuk menggunakan sistem pendaftaran berbasis web. Pada pengembangan sistem informasi electronic office ini menggunakan metode Agile. Metode Agile adalah salah satu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Juga sering disebut sebagai Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak (SDLC). Metode ini sering digunakan oleh startup dan perusahaan besar dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah taman pendidikan Al-Qur’an dalam pengolahan data. The Management Information System is essential in the Al-Qur'an Education Park because it helps efficiently manage student data, monitor teacher performance, and plan learning activities, supporting the implementation of structured and effective Al-Qur'an education. When registration opened, educational institutions experienced a surge in registrants, resulting in limited resources and difficulties in the registration service process. The large number of registrants and limited registration officers are obstacles to collecting data on prospective new students. To solve this problem, this research focuses on the "New Santri Registration Information System." This system is a web-based student registration information system, a medium to make it easier for prospective students to register at the desired Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) institution, and it makes it easier for TPA institutions to use the web-based registration system. The development of this electronic office information system uses the Agile method. The Agile method is a software development method. It is also often called the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Startups and large companies often use this method in software development. The results of this research are a web-based management information system application that can make data processing easier for Al-Qur'an education parks.

Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan suatu kegiatan utama yang dilakukan oleh kantor desa Ngerong secara berkesinambungan. Dimana sistem yang berjalan sering menemukan permasalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan. Pengelolaan kependudukan yang baik sangat dibutuhkan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Ketepatan, keakuratan dan kecepatan penyajian data dan informasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mengelola pelayanan yang baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perangkat lunak yang mampu menangani pengelolaan pelayanan secara baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model agile development dengan proses perencanaan, implementasi, tes perangkat lunak, dokumentasi. Sistem ini berjalan pada website sehingga dapat diakses oleh desa, dan penduduk masyarakat desa Ngerong. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan PHP sebagai Bahasa pemrograman web yang dihubungkan dengan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Sehingga adanya sistem informasi layanan desa ini dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dan mendapatkan kemudahan. Service is a main activity carried out by the Ngerong village office on an ongoing basis. Where the running system often encounters problems in providing services. Good population management is needed to provide services to the community and produce better performance. Accuracy, accuracy, and speed in presenting data and information are important factors in managing a good service. Therefore, software is needed that can handle service management well. This research used the agile development model system development method with planning, implementation, software testing, and documentation. This system runs on a website so that the village and residents of the Ngerong village community can access it. This system was built using PHP as a web programming language connected to MySQL as a data storage medium so that the existence of this village service information system can minimize errors and provide convenience.

Abstract

The implementation of a Web Application Firewall (WAF) based on the OWASP Core Rule Set (CRS) aims to enhance web application security; however, improper configuration may lead to false positives that adversely affect system performance and service availability. This study analyzes the impact of WAF false positives on Open Journal Systems (OJS) services deployed in a cloud environment using a server log analysis approach. The data were collected from web server error logs and ModSecurity audit logs that recorded the blocking of legitimate requests during the manuscript submission process due to inbound anomaly scores exceeding predefined security thresholds. The results indicate that WAF false positives caused service failures characterized by HTTP 403 responses, increased submission errors, and a measurable reduction in OJS service availability during the observation period. These findings demonstrate that anomaly-based detection mechanisms in OWASP CRS may misclassify normal application behavior as malicious activity. This study provides empirical evidence based on server logs regarding the impact of WAF false positives on cloud service reliability and offers insights for WAF policy tuning to achieve a balance between security and service availability.

Abstract

Distribution lies at the heart of logistics, as it directly dictates both operational costs and how fast customers receive their items. The Sidoarjo Branch Post Office, which manages a massive delivery network, currently struggles with inefficient routing and an uneven workload among its couriers. To tackle this, our study focuses on optimizing these delivery paths by applying the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) framework, powered by a Genetic Algorithm. We chose the Genetic Algorithm for its superior ability to navigate complex solution spaces without getting trapped in "local optima" or dead-end results. The process involves several key stages: initializing the population, evaluating fitness, selecting individuals, and performing crossover and mutation to refine the results. By using the CVRP model, we aim to slash travel distances while staying within strict limits like vehicle capacity and fair workload distribution. Our findings reveal that this algorithm-driven approach consistently outperforms manual methods by finding shorter, more logical routes. Furthermore, the web-based system we developed does more than just calculate; it provides a clear "before-and-after" comparison, balances courier tasks, and offers a precise sequence of visits all while ensuring no vehicle is overloaded. Ultimately, this method has proven to be a game-changer for the Sidoarjo Branch Post Office in boosting its overall operational performance.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di RT 13 Desa Sumberejo melalui edukasi, literasi digital, dan penguatan sosial. Kegiatan ini meliputi pendidikan formal seperti les mata pelajaran, mengajar mengaji, serta kegiatan sosial berupa bakti sosial dan perlombaan olahraga serta kreativitas. Inovasi teknologi seperti pemberian teknologi running teks dan pembuatan tong sampah digunakan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi publik dan pengelolaan lingkungan. Implementasi program ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, digitalisasi, dan sosial, sekaligus menumbuhkan rasa kebersamaan dan nasionalisme. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran, partisipasi aktif, dan kreativitas warga, serta terciptanya lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan maju secara sosial dan teknologi. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis teknologi dan kolaborasi efektif dapat menciptakan desa yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. This Community Service Program aims to improve the quality of life of the community in RT 13, Sumberejo Village through education, digital literacy, and social empowerment. These activities include formal education such as tutoring subjects, teaching the Quran, as well as social activities such as community service and sports competitions and creativity. Technological innovations such as the provision of running text technology and the creation of trash cans are used to improve public communication and environmental management. The implementation of this program is expected to strengthen community capacity in the aspects of education, health, digitalization, and society, while also fostering a sense of togetherness and nationalism. The results of the activities show an increase in awareness, active participation, and creativity of residents, as well as the creation of a clean, healthy, and socially and technologically advanced environment. This program demonstrates that technology-based community empowerment and effective collaboration can create independent and sustainable villages.
