Abstract

In an environment where improvement initiatives are commonly run out simultaneously in all different parts of the system, many applied sciences are employed to address organizational problems. This results in competition between various departments within the same organization for infrastructure support, compliance needs, resource requirements, etc., and an inevitable waste of costs occur due to overlapping efforts, eroding the main objective of most organizations, namely cost reduction. This trouble can be abridged if the section works together to handle the landscape when it comes to implementing several technologies and processing models simultaneously. Furthermore, systems are required to possess a thoroughgoing discernment of the chosen IT framework and best exercises for carrying out this framework simultaneously. A common idea in all case studies is the behavioral challenges regarding resistance from employees. It has handled by appropriate change management. Another typical behavior is that all organizations only implement features of the IT framework that they consider more important rather than performing an IT framework holistically. Recommendations based on these key findings have been included in the mix of existing best practices meant to lead to the academic community.

Abstract

Manufacturing is a Latin word which, if interpreted broadly, is the process of converting raw materials into products. The process of converting raw materials into finished materials starting from the process of selecting raw materials to the stages of the product manufacturing process which will produce a product that goes through several stages of the production process. In a more modern context, manufacturing involves the manufacture of products from raw materials through various processes, machines, and operations, following a well-organized plan for each required activity. All objects that we encounter are made through various processes called fabrication (manufacturing). The purpose of this research is to make it easier to manage books such as product stock, raw material stock, production and orders that were originally done on worksheets, switch to easy-to-use programs. This research uses the waterfall method. The results of this study are to produce an information system that facilitates the manufacturing process starting from the process of raw materials, production to products ordered by customers.

Abstract

Sales and marketing that use traditional methods or steps, namely by asking the closest people to inform other people about their products. In this technological era, this method is less profitable because it does not reach people who like to find product information on the internet. It takes an application in the form of a sales information system that can inform about products and can serve online orders so that it can attract more and more profitable customers. The purpose of doing this research is to build an application in the form of an informative and communicative sales information system for Bowlleh.sini Sidoarjo and the application is able to make it easier for consumers when they will place an order for products available on the Bowlleh.sini Sidoarjo website application online. This sales application information system was created using WordPress as its content management system and integrated with Midtrans as a means of payment when ordering products from Bowlleh.sini Sidoarjo. With the application in the form of a sales information system, it is expected to be able to provide information to prospective buyers and can be accessed at any time easily and quickly so as to increase the number of buyers and income.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia's education system transformed with the introduction of the "Kurikulum Merdeka." However, its implementation remains limited. To support this, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo conducted a community service program (PKM) by developing an online report card web application at MTs Tarbiyatul Wathon Gresik. The target audience is school leaders and teachers. The methods used include lectures, discussions, and tutorials. The results show that the web application successfully facilitated the entry and monitoring of student grades, allowing data import from Excel to the application, and enabling easy printing of mid-term report cards. This application improves efficiency, organization, and flexibility in managing student grades, contributing positively to the educational transformation in the digital era.

Abstract

Distribusi bantuan sosial merupakan salah satu program penting yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pacitan. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah menentukan rute distribusi yang efisien untuk mengurangi biaya operasional dan waktu tempuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan rute distribusi bantuan sosial dari kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pacitan ke seluruh kantor kecamatan di Kabupaten Pacitan menggunakan metode Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) yang dioptimalkan dengan algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup koordinat geografis dan jarak antar lokasi distribusi. Algoritma PSO diterapkan untuk mencari rute optimal dengan meminimalkan total jarak perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma PSO mampu menghasilkan rute optimal dengan jarak tempuh 228.35 Km. Selain itu, algoritma ini juga menunjukkan waktu komputasi yang efisien, sehingga dapat diimplementasikan secara praktis. Penentuan jarak tempuh optimal ini berdampak positif pada penurunan biaya operasional dan peningkatan ketepatan waktu distribusi bantuan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan algoritma PSO untuk menyelesaikan masalah TSP dalam konteks distribusi bantuan sosial efektif dan memberikan dampak positif bagi operasional Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pacitan.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving software development industry, efficient methodologies are crucial for delivering high-quality applications on time. Extreme Programming (XP) is one of the methodologies adopted for various types of software projects, offering flexibility and responsiveness to user feedback. This study aims to apply the XP method in the development of an online welding workshop mobile application and document the process and results. The main goal is to explore how XP practices contribute to the development of a functional mobile application and provide valuable insights for future application development strategies. The XP method was applied over a seven-week period, focusing on small iteration planning (small releases), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI). These techniques were employed to ensure efficient development, continuous testing, and close collaboration with users to meet their needs. The application of XP in this project demonstrated its effectiveness in delivering a functional, user-focused mobile application in a short timeframe. This study documents the entire XP process and can serve as a reference for future development strategies, particularly in mobile and web app development.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen sangat penting pada Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an karena membantu mengelola efisien data santri, memantau kinerja pengajar, dan merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, yang secara keseluruhan mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan Al-Qur'an yang terstruktur dan efektif. Pada saat pendaftaran dibuka, instansi pendidikan mengalami lonjakan pendaftar, mengakibatkan keterbatasan sumber daya dan kesulitan dalam proses pelayanan pendaftaran. Jumlah pendaftar yang banyak dan petugas pendaftaran yang terbatas menjadi hambatan dalam melakukan pendataan calon santri baru. Guna menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini berfokus pada “Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Santri Baru“. Sistem tersebut merupakan sistem informasi pendaftaran santri berbasis web sebagai media untuk memudahkan para calon santri untuk mendaftar di lembaga Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) yang diinginkan serta memudahkan para lembaga TPA untuk menggunakan sistem pendaftaran berbasis web. Pada pengembangan sistem informasi electronic office ini menggunakan metode Agile. Metode Agile adalah salah satu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Juga sering disebut sebagai Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak (SDLC). Metode ini sering digunakan oleh startup dan perusahaan besar dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah taman pendidikan Al-Qur’an dalam pengolahan data. The Management Information System is essential in the Al-Qur'an Education Park because it helps efficiently manage student data, monitor teacher performance, and plan learning activities, supporting the implementation of structured and effective Al-Qur'an education. When registration opened, educational institutions experienced a surge in registrants, resulting in limited resources and difficulties in the registration service process. The large number of registrants and limited registration officers are obstacles to collecting data on prospective new students. To solve this problem, this research focuses on the "New Santri Registration Information System." This system is a web-based student registration information system, a medium to make it easier for prospective students to register at the desired Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) institution, and it makes it easier for TPA institutions to use the web-based registration system. The development of this electronic office information system uses the Agile method. The Agile method is a software development method. It is also often called the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Startups and large companies often use this method in software development. The results of this research are a web-based management information system application that can make data processing easier for Al-Qur'an education parks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengelompokkan data status gizi anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Legok, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan menggunakan metode K-Means. Data dikategorikan menjadi lima kategori gizi, yaitu "Gizi buruk (severely thinness)", "Gizi kurang (thinness)", "Gizi baik (normal)", "Gizi lebih (overweight)", dan "Obesitas (obese)" berdasarkan atribut umur, tinggi badan, dan berat badan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan K-Means untuk mengelompokkan data status gizi anak-anak dan remaja berdasarkan atribut umur, tinggi badan, dan berat badan. Setelah iterasi K-Means, hasil pengelompokkan disajikan dalam bentuk grafik dan visualisasi yang interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi distribusi status gizi anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Legok. Mayoritas data masuk dalam kategori "Gizi baik (normal)", namun terdapat data yang termasuk dalam kategori gizi yang kurang baik. Hasil ini menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan program intervensi gizi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi dan kesehatan anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Legok.This research aims to analyze and group data on the nutritional status of children and adolescents in Legok Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, using the K-Means method. Data is categorized into five nutritional categories, namely "Poor nutrition (severely thinness)", "Undernutrition (thinness)", "Good nutrition (normal)", "More nutrition (overweight)", and "Obesity (obese)" based on attributes age, height, and weight. This research method uses K-Means to group nutritional status data for children and adolescents based on the attributes of age, height, and weight. After K-Means iteration, the grouping results are presented in the form of interactive graphs and visualizations. The research results show variations in the distribution of nutritional status of children and adolescents in Legok Village. Most data falls into the "Good (normal) nutrition" category, but there is data that falls into the poor nutrition category. These results are the basis for decision-making and planning effective nutritional intervention programs to improve the nutritional quality and health of children and adolescents in Legok Village.

Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan suatu kegiatan utama yang dilakukan oleh kantor desa Ngerong secara berkesinambungan. Dimana sistem yang berjalan sering menemukan permasalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan. Pengelolaan kependudukan yang baik sangat dibutuhkan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Ketepatan, keakuratan dan kecepatan penyajian data dan informasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mengelola pelayanan yang baik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan perangkat lunak yang mampu menangani pengelolaan pelayanan secara baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model agile development dengan proses perencanaan, implementasi, tes perangkat lunak, dokumentasi. Sistem ini berjalan pada website sehingga dapat diakses oleh desa, dan penduduk masyarakat desa Ngerong. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan PHP sebagai Bahasa pemrograman web yang dihubungkan dengan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Sehingga adanya sistem informasi layanan desa ini dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dan mendapatkan kemudahan. Service is a main activity carried out by the Ngerong village office on an ongoing basis. Where the running system often encounters problems in providing services. Good population management is needed to provide services to the community and produce better performance. Accuracy, accuracy, and speed in presenting data and information are important factors in managing a good service. Therefore, software is needed that can handle service management well. This research used the agile development model system development method with planning, implementation, software testing, and documentation. This system runs on a website so that the village and residents of the Ngerong village community can access it. This system was built using PHP as a web programming language connected to MySQL as a data storage medium so that the existence of this village service information system can minimize errors and provide convenience.

Abstract

Oral and dental health is an integral part of general health, yet high treatment costs and limited availability of dentists, especially in non-urban areas, often lead the public to delay examinations until complaints worsen. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of providing early indications of oral and dental diseases quickly, accurately, and accessibly through a self-screening mechanism. This web application provides an expert system developed using Python (Flask) and designed with login/logout features for data security, as well as storing user information and diagnosis results in a database. The system utilizes the Forward Chaining method as the primary inference engine to process user-inputted symptoms, and integrates Certainty Factor to calculate and determine the confidence level of the diagnosis results. Testing has demonstrated ease of use, where users only need to answer symptom questions with "yes" or "no" to obtain a disease diagnosis and relevant treatment suggestions. Performance analysis based on trials with 40 simulated data shows the system achieved an accuracy rate of 85%, making it a reliable tool for initial screening.
