Abstract

The implementation of the Religious Moderation Workshop for IAIN Madura Students is a Transformation of the strengthening of the Religious Moderation Platform in the future. This study uses a Descriptive-qualitative approach with conceptual data collection, namely through critical analysis. The purpose of this study is to strengthen the potential of Religious Moderation values among IAIN Madura students. The findings of this study indicate that the Implementation of Religious Moderation in the process of instilling Tolerance values is a very central role in finding the Pioneers of Religious Moderation Ambassadors and Drivers of Religious Moderation itself. In conclusion, the Religious Moderation Ambassador Workshop can be the first reference in forming and revitalizing the application of Religious Moderation in the community.

Abstract

In the world of broadcasting, business meetings, or formal events, the role of the MC is very important to maintain the smooth running of the event and create an atmosphere that is appropriate to the formal context. However, being an MC in a formal setting requires more than just public speaking skills; it requires special techniques that involve mastery of the material, emotional regulation, effective communication, and adaptation to certain situations. This study aims to identify the main techniques that can be used by an MC in presenting a formal event professionally and effectively. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with seven professional MCs who have had at least five years of experience in filling formal events. The results of the study indicate that the success of an MC in a formal event depends on thorough preparation, self-control, improvisation skills, and the ability to build relationships with the audience even within formal boundaries. These findings provide practical contributions for individuals and organizations in improving the quality of formal event management through the strategic role of an MC.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the application of digital literacy-based learning in strengthening religious moderation for students at SMP Negeri 1 Pademawu. The background of this study is the existence of intolerant cases that still occur in Indonesia, even in school environments. In addition, this study is also motivated by the development of technology that has positive and negative impacts, so that literacy becomes important for generation Z to dive into the virtual world while still upholding religious teachings that have moderate values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the results of this study can be concluded that the form of application of digital literacy-based learning at SMP Negeri 1 Pademawu is by utilizing social media (WhatsApp, YouTube) and using media in the form of projectors in delivering learning materials. In terms of instilling the value of religious moderation in students, educators at the institution use social media in the form of YouTube to share content about attitudes of tolerance between religious communities.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with social and cultural diversity. This diversity can trigger conflicts that lead to national disintegration. Therefore, education should play a role in resolving and preventing conflicts in society. The purpose of writing this article is to explore more deeply the role of education, especially multicultural education, in preventing social conflicts in society. The method used in this study is a descriptive-analytical library research. Data collection was carried out through document analysis, by reviewing books and journal articles that are relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this study indicate that multicultural education can function as an alternative means of preventing social conflict. Multicultural education is an education that teaches attitudes of respecting and honoring differences. With multicultural education, it can certainly increase tolerance in students from an early age, and this can minimize the occurrence of conflict in society.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the learning process of children with special needs at SDN Gunung Sekar 2 Sampang. The evaluation was conducted to determine the extent of the effectiveness of learning strategies, availability of facilities, and the role of teachers in meeting individual student needs. The research method used was a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The subjects of the study included class teachers, students with special needs, and the principal. Initial results showed that there were quite good efforts in implementing an inclusive learning approach, although there were still limitations in terms of resources and teacher training. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of developing teacher competencies and providing adequate supporting facilities to support the learning of children with special needs. This evaluation also recommends the need for cooperation between schools, parents, and related agencies to create a friendly and adaptive learning environment. With ongoing evaluation, it is hoped that SDN Gunung Sekar 2 Sampang will be able to provide more optimal and inclusive education services for all its students

Abstract

The learning strategies used by teachers are an important factor in determining learning success. The aim of this research is to find out PAI teachers' strategies in implementing PAI learning in the independent learning curriculum at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan. This paper uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The subjects of this research are PAI teachers. The data collection method used in this research is through interviews. Meanwhile, the results of this research can be concluded that the PAI teacher's strategy in implementing PAI learning in the independent curriculum at SDN Candi Burung 2 Pamekasan goes through three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. At the planning stage, the steps taken by PAI teachers include: formulating and compiling learning tools, designing learning methods, determining learning tools and materials, and paying attention to the availability of learning facilities. Meanwhile, at the implementation stage, PAI teachers go through several steps, namely initial activities and core activities. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, PAI teachers carry out formative and summative evaluations. In the process of implementing this strategy PAI teachers face a number of obstacles. However, PAI teachers were able to overcome these obstacles with various efforts.
