Abstract

This study aims to: determine the description of workability, work motivation, and employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. As well as to assess the effect of workability and work motivation of employees on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch. Based on the study results that 1) Description of the workability of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch with an average score of 106.5 is included in the very high category. The description of the average work motivation score of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch, 92.2, is included in the high class. Definition of employee performance of PT. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi Branch, with an average score of 99.1, is high. 2) Based on the results of multiple linear regression testing, the variables of workability and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on PT employees' performance. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch. Meanwhile, the variables of ability and work motivation also have a significant effect on PT employees' performance. Nusantara Card Semesta (NCS) Jambi branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on teacher performance at SMKN 2 Kerinci. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all teachers of SMKN 2 Kerinci totaling 60 teachers. The sampling method used the total sampling method. The number of samples in this study was 60 teachers. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Data testing techniques used in this study include instrument testing (validity test, reliability test), data analysis methods consist of descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing consists of t test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) with the help of SPSS V 24 application. The results of this study show that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 2 Kerinci.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention in PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Jambi. This type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 42 sales employees in PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif. Samples were taken with the Slovin formula. Data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study, it is known that the level of employee job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on the occurrence of turnover intention. The higher the job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention in the company. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that PT. International Pahala Otomotif Dipo to maintain employee job satisfaction so that employees are not comfortable working and there is no intention to leave the company.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine and analyze the description of work motivation, work discipline and performance of administrative employees of Yonif 142 / KJ, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of administrative employees of Yonif 142 / KJ, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the administrative staff of Yonif 142 / KJ, and 4) To know and analyze the motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of the administrative staff of Yonif 142 / KJ by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results indicate that the work motivation in the results of this study is "high enough" and shows that the respondents are motivated to work because they get a promotion if the job can be done optimally and achieve performance targets. Work discipline in the results of this study is "high" and indicates that the respondents expect very good work discipline such as coming to the office on time. Employee performance in the results of this study is "good" and shows that the quality of employee performance has contributed greatly to the leadership. Motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Yonif 142 / KJ. Based on the simultaneous test, the variables of motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance variables.
