Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan variabel Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala likert terhadap 57 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji R-square dan uji hipotesis dengan boostrapping dengan bantuan PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap OCB pada pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap OCB, dan budaya organisasi terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan pada pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Jambi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the influence of the dimensions of affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment on employee performance. The research method used in this research is the survey method, while data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Jambi City Education Office. A sample of 60 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study consists of validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determination test coefficient test. The entire investigation was calculated using the SPSS version 17.00 program. Research shows that the dimensions of affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While partially variables that influence employee performance, practical dedication, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Furthermore, from the three influential dimensions, the dimension of continuance commitment has the most dominant influence.

Abstract

This research aims to know the compensation influence on employees' organizational commitment. This study involved 58 respondents who are employees of PT. Honda Wiltop Auto Jambi. A detailed questionnaire has used as a data collection method, while the analysis method used simple linear regression. The result showed which compensation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The value of the t causes it is significantly larger than the t quantification, the variable compensation of 0.553 regression, which means that the better system of awarding prizes will increase the organization's commitment by 0.553. The resulting value of R square on 0.363 means that contribution of compensation on 36.43% informing organizational commitment variable, and forming the rest by the outside variable of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine and analyze the description of work motivation, work discipline and performance of administrative employees of Yonif 142 / KJ, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of administrative employees of Yonif 142 / KJ, 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the administrative staff of Yonif 142 / KJ, and 4) To know and analyze the motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of the administrative staff of Yonif 142 / KJ by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results indicate that the work motivation in the results of this study is "high enough" and shows that the respondents are motivated to work because they get a promotion if the job can be done optimally and achieve performance targets. Work discipline in the results of this study is "high" and indicates that the respondents expect very good work discipline such as coming to the office on time. Employee performance in the results of this study is "good" and shows that the quality of employee performance has contributed greatly to the leadership. Motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Yonif 142 / KJ. Based on the simultaneous test, the variables of motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance variables.
