Abstract

This research arises from the urgent need to develop a comprehensive coaching model for children in vulnerable situations. Through an integrative approach based on biblical values, this research aims to transform the paradigm of coaching children in social institutions, focusing on the formation of a whole and dignified character. The research team used a qualitative method with a participatory descriptive approach, which places lectures and active discussions as the main instruments of data collection and processing. The research design was designed to explore the dynamics of character development at LKSA Sekar Pengharapan through direct and reflective interactions. The research proved the effectiveness of the Bible-based character development approach in transforming the lives of children at LKSA Sekar Pengharapan. The model developed is not merely theoretical, but has practical significance in breaking the chain of social problems and building a generation of character.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical phase in the formation of self-identity, which is heavily influenced by self-image. Students at SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal Bali exhibit signs of low self-image, reflected in feelings of inferiority and an inability to fully realize their potential, a situation further exacerbated by exposure to social media and its unrealistic standards. The objective of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to build a foundation for a healthy self-image among adolescent students through the integration of psychological approaches and Christian values. The partners of the activity were 60 students and 12 teachers and staff at SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal Bali. The methods used were integrative, including interactive lectures, biblical reflection based on the Imago Dei concept (Gen 1:27), small group discussions, and self-affirmation exercises based on God’s Word. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of their identity in Christ, with 85% of participants stating they were better able to accept themselves. The impact of this activity included increased awareness among teachers regarding their role in guiding students’ identity development, as well as the creation of a school culture that better supports the growth of healthy self-esteem.

Abstract

Pengajaran hyper grace merupakan suatu ajaran yang mengabaikan pentingnya pertobatan, karena menganggap Yesus sudah memberikan anugrah keselamatan dan menebus dosa manusia di atas kayu salib. Pemahaman ini dapat menjadi ancaman bagi pertumbuhan spiritualitas umat Tuhan. Penting sekali untuk ditanggapi dan mendapat penjelasan secara Alkitabiah. Tujuan penulisan ini agar jemaat Kristen tidak memiliki pandangan yang salah akan anugrah Keselamatan yang diterimanya. Adapun metode penulisan yang digunakan yaitu secara kualitatif deskriptif melalui peneliti terdahulu, dan literatur lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan di atas. Maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keselamatan yang diterima orang percaya bukan menjadi suatu alasan untuk tidak menjaga hidup kudus melainkan harus memiliki karakter yang kudus dan terus menerus mengalami pertobatan.

Abstract

The Synoptic Gospels are very interesting books because they have the same story about the person of Jesus Christ. And it's even more interesting because the story of Jesus is told with the same story. There's almost no difference. This is meant because each Gospel writer has a different intention and also addresses it differently. This writing uses qualitative methods using library research methods, namely using the Bible, dictionaries, commentaries and journals, which relate to discussions in the author's scientific work. Researchers also use an exegetical approach through the application of hermeneutic principles and methods. Thus, the research results found that the synoptic gospels were written for different addresses and purposes according to the situation of the congregation. And this gospel also conveys God's will for His people in the church today.

Abstract

Kematian adalah peristiwa traumatis yang membawa guncangan mendalam bagi keluarga dengan anggota dalam kondisi kritis. Maka penting mengkaji strategi konseling keluarga melalui kisah Raja Daud dalam Alkitab, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan hermeneutik integratif antara teologi dan psikologi pastoral. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi mekanisme konseling yang memberikan kekuatan dan penghiburan kepada keluarga dalam menghadapi krisis kehilangan. Hasil penenelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan konseling berbasis spiritual dapat menjadi instrumen efektif membantu keluarga melewati masa sulit. Suatu respon yang baik adalah menekankan pentingnya doa, penerimaan kehendak Ilahi, dan membangun dukungan sosial. Ini merupakan strategi praktis bagi konselor dalam mendampingi keluarga menghadapi krisis, dengan strategi persiapan emosional dan spiritual tanpa menghilangkan harapan.
