Abstract

Democracy in the village head election in Kaur Regency has shifted from the principles of ideal democratic ethics (trustworthiness, honesty, justice, accountability) towards the practice of money politics, which has the potential to violate Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the ethics of democracy in the village head election in Kaur Regency and evaluate it from an Islamic legal perspective (Siyāsah Syari'iyyah). The research employs a juridical-empirical approach using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community leaders, election committee members, and village head candidates across several villages in Kaur Regency. The findings reveal that the practice of money politics occurs systematically in the village head election in Kaur Regency, where each candidate gives money to voters, including close family members, to win the election. According to Islamic law, the practice of money politics in village head elections is categorized as rishwah (haram), unless it is done with the intention of establishing justice and eliminating oppression, in accordance with the principle of sadd adz-zari'ah

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to implement the strategy of internalizing Islamic moral values in preventing bullying behavior at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. The problem that is the focus of this study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written words. or word of mouth from people and observable behavior. The results showed that: First, the strategy of internalizing Islamic religious values in preventing bullying behavior at MI Negeri 1 Bengkulu City was carried out through academic and non-academic activities. The strategies used are exemplary strategies, habituation strategies, advice giving strategies and disciplinary strategies. Second, the prevention of bullying behavior at MI Negeri 1 Bengkulu City is to give punishments for bullying behavior. Such as punishment for memorizing selected letters, punishment for writing Yasin letters and punishment for school service. Third, the inhibiting factors from within the students themselves because of the different characters of students and from different backgrounds of students so that the coaching process carried out by teachers sometimes does not go well with students who can understand and do well the coaching and there are students who cannot carry out the coaching properly.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how is the teacher’s competency in implementing the standard learning process for Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that intends to describe in a systematic, factual and accurate manner the facts, situations or events and characteristics at SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang. The respondents were PAI teachers and several students. The results of this study are: first, the standard implementation of the learning process for Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang, Kepahiang Regency has been carried out, where students have been given the freedom to understand the subject matter with the guidance of the teacher. Second, the constraints in implementing process standards in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang, Kepahiang Regency after active learning is implemented in the form of 1) Lack of supporting facilities in the form of textbooks and learning media, 2) Learning media is not up to date or outdated, 3) Lack of student interest, and 4) Environmental factors and lack of attention from parents of students. There are four ways to provide solutions for solving the problems faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers by: 1) The teacher proposes to the school principal to want to add to the Islamic Religious Education package, at least in the book there is a ratio of 1: 3 in each teaching and learning process, 2) The teacher making teaching media using simple tools and materials in the form of cartons or available materials, 3) To arouse students’ interest by giving praise and giving satisfactory grades to students, and 4) Solutions to solve problems faced by Religious Education teachers Islam is to give understanding to parents that textbooks have a big influence on the teaching and learning process.
