Abstract

Sumber Rezeki Printing is a business entity that operates in the digital printing sector, which does setting and printing. For the Sumber Rezeki Printing transaction system, customers come with raw files and then go home with the printed results. However, the transaction system at Sumber Rezeki Printing is still carried out manually, such as in the process of creating order forms and SPK (work orders), which makes this system inefficient, especially in terms of materials and time. Based on the problems described, the author intends to create a web-based application to overcome existing problems. Therefore, the topic that will be created is "Design and Build a Web-Based Print Ordering Application at PT. Source of Fortune”.

Abstract

Rumah Gemilang Indonesia is an empowerment program unit and training center under the Al-Azhar National Amil Zakat Institute Program directorate. The current collection of academic data is felt to be less effective because it is still done manually. One of the superior features planned is an online report card system that allows academic staff and students to access the academic data needed for their respective needs. The method of collecting data in the preparation of this thesis is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. A web development method developed using the Code Igniter framework whose programming language is PHP based, Code Igniter applies the MVC (Model, View, Controller) concept which makes it easier for developers to design a website. By developing this academic application, it can make it easier for academic staff to manage academic data and student report card scores online, which will be very effective and efficient in terms of time and students can immediately see the results of their report card scores online by accessing This academic application is through a website that is opened using a browser.

Abstract

Virtual Private Networks (VPN) represent a popular solution for securing network access, particularly within the context of remote work and sensitive data access. However, VPN usage also affects network performance metrics such as latency and access speed. This study aims to evaluate the impact of VPNs on network security and performance utilizing a Research and Development approach. Experimental results demonstrate a 65% increase in access security alongside a 22% decrease in performance, with variations depending on the type of VPN protocol deployed. With the growing demand for personal data protection, VPNs play a vital role in maintaining privacy and securing digital communications. Nevertheless, the impact of VPN usage on network performance, specifically regarding access speed and latency, frequently remains a subject of debate. The research findings show that although VPNs can reduce access speed, newer technologies such as WireGuard and IKEv2 have mitigated these negative performance impacts. This study provides useful insights for individuals and organizations in selecting VPN services that align with their specific requirements.

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation demands flexible, automated, and scalable network solutions. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) serves as the foundation of modern networks, yet its management requires enhanced intelligence to support cloud service scalability. This article proposes an SDN design based on nano AI, which is a micro-artificial intelligence system for real-time automated network management. A Research and Development approach is utilized to develop the prototype and system model. Experimental results demonstrate a 43% increase in network management efficiency, a 27% reduction in latency, and a significant improvement in cloud system scalability.
